They were very professional, very nice. Very knowledgeable. They help me with all my problems and they kept in touch with me through the whole step. Geico is also excellent. They send me a rental and they brought it to classic collision for me, and they also picked it up when my car was ready. Very very satisfied in all aspects. Highly recommend

Several months ago, I had a choice of totaling my car or have it repaired. Since my M3 is a modern classic, I chose to have it repaired but, by only the best shop, since I am so picky. I originally chose several other places due to their many reviews. This was a Geico approved shop, but had only a few 5 star views. So I took a chance and i chose Orlando Supercenter 2 over other approved shops with even more 5 star reviews, due to how clean the shop looked and the current reviews. I'm really glad I did. The shop manager Joe and Alberto kept me up to date with the progress of my car through the entire process. I asked them to to take their time and do it right the first time, and that's what they did.When I went to pick up the car it looked better than new!. The body work was perfect and the paint match looks oem. Just look at the pictures. The great part is that the work is warrantied by them for as long as I own the car. I'm super happy with the results and want to say Thank you to the team at Orlando Supercenter. Thanks again Joe and Alberto. I highly recommend this shop.

I took my Jeep Cherokee to Orlando Super Center and was impressed by everyone who had a part in repairing my vehicle. The receptionist at the desked called and fixed me up with a rental car which was delivered to me at their shop, without having to wait. When I picked my car up all I needed to do was leave the rental with them and they took it from there. My car was repaired like new and they even washed and vacuumed the inside. We also had them install some factory rain guards on our windows which were very reasonable since I had purchased some after market ones off the internet when we purchased our Jeep new and we had two that had come off. We decided to have them installed by a professional. My Jeep looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Their body shop and waiting area was extremely clean, and everyone was wearing a mask, but not because they were trying to rob you! ha ha. If I every need any more work done it will be by them and I will definitely recommend them to all my friends.Valarie MeadorsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Classic collision bought this location that used to be Orlando super center.I had bodywork done from Orlando supercenter that came with a lifetime warranty, but classic collision won t honor the warranty of the shop they bought out. Bad business.

I didn't have anything repaired there but I had a good experience with Ashley in relation to an insurance claim.I was sent to Classic Collision by my insurance company for a hail damage claim. I had been getting the run around from the insurance company and sending me to many different people because hail damage claims are handled differently than regular collision claims.I had an estimate done by a paintless dent repair company but I wasn't given the go ahead to work with them because they weren't an approved shop. At Classic Collision, Ashley took a look and said that it would be more expensive than paintless dent repair and take longer because the hoods for '23 vehicles are usually on backorder. But rather than send me off my way to continue the runaround with my insurance company, Ashley went out of her way to contact the insurance company and work with both them and me to get things moving in the right direction with the paintless dent repair company even though Classic Collision would not receive anything for the job.This was very much appreciated and saved me countless hours of time until I could talk to the right person at my insurance company.

Had repair done due to a dent/crease in the driver side door of the SUV. The claim was filed through out insurance provider. Vehicle took longer to fix and when the vehicle was picked up, the painting of the driver side door had waves in it and did not match the rest of the oem texture. A visible crease was still present under the driver side mirror on the door. Poor craftsman ship and customer service. Beware!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I would have 0 stars but they get 1 star for the actual cleanliness of the repair and 1 star for Ashley and her customer service.The initial interaction and visit I had with the front desk associate and Ashley was great. They were both helpful and walked me through the process. I m not sure what happened in a week because I was dealing with a different front desk associate and she was rude and hung up on me once and all the other times she had an attitude like she didn t care and I was inconveniencing her.When I went to pick up my vehicle I had to wait for about 20 minutes while they searched for the key and Nick finally told me they locked the keys in the car and they had to call a locksmith. Luckily I have an app when I can control my locks so I u locked it and left.About 5 minutes later I got out of the car and noticed there was a piece missing. I called, went back and had to wait again because apparently everyone was in a meeting. I saw Nick and let him know the issue and he looked at it, wrote it down ON HIS HAND, and said he would see if they still had it or had to order another one. A WEEK goes by and I still haven t heard anything and I called every single day to check and their response was we still have to look for it . They get the piece, I go back, it s the wrong one, I wait another week, and they finally have it and pop it back on.I would only recommend this place for Ashley because she was great and the actual repair was good. It s just literally everything else smh.

My daughter has had the best service not once but twice (insert rolling eye emoji), she's only 21. Best service both times, communication is easy and efficient, the shop is clean, everyone seems super friendly and helpful. Of course, there are always bumps on the road with supply and demand issues but throughout all that we were still satisfied with the job done. Shout out to Robert Echevarria for "putting all hands-on deck" to help my daughter. Geico recommended this place to me and they were excellent. John, Ashley and Heather really helped make a stressful situation so much easier. I ve been trying to get in contact with Classic Collision since Monday to schedule an estimate for my car. I got in touch with someone on Tuesday who tried to transfer me to the Airport location to schedule but I was put on hold again only for the same woman to answer again and tell me you didn t press 3 on the menu like I told you when I transferred you (which I definitely did). I finally talk to someone this morning and I m told that they don t do estimates for my insurance company, only repairs. Even though I was referred to Classic Collision by my insurance company for an estimate. How do you do a repair without an estimate first? This place has terrible customer service, and I m thankful I wasn t able to schedule an appointment so I can take my business elsewhere.

Just picked up my Jeep from here after a small accident and I am beyond impressed. Impeccable work matched with amazing customer service and a sense of professionalism you don t always see now a days. 10/10 best service I ve ever had at any auto body shop. Keep up the great work everyone.

This is one of the best auto body shops that I have been too. It is clean the staff is very knowledgeable of there craft. They painted and installed my body kit on my van and boy it couldn t have come out any better !!! An Albert one of the managers there was a stand up guy he told me everything that was gonna be done gave me a time frame that I was pleased with and payed such close attention to my concerns. When I went to pick up my car it came out impeccable and once again Albert took his time to go over the car with me and until he was certain that i was totally 100 percent satisfied he wasn t happy. Thank you Albert and the whole staff at Orlando super center 2 for all that you guys have done to keep your customers happy.

I was referred by the car rental in Kissimmee for my car body repair. From checking out the appearance, staff, professionalism of Orlando Super Center at 8730 Orange Ave., I was and continue to be most impressed. In addition to being the best choice for comprehensive auto body repair, they ensured that all needed accident repairs were checked out and completed. Kevin Mendez kept me alerted to the repair status along the way. Very clean and a most caring staff committed to complete customer satisfaction!As a one month follow up with two issues relating to their non warranty as long as you own the car, nada.Very dissatisfied with their not caring that leak and noise issues appeared. The response was "go back to your insurance company. Don't make promises that you do not honor. For that reason, beware.

Last year in April 2021 my fianc� was involved in a hit and run. Progressive suggested this place to fix his vehicle. Classic collision had his car for over a month and we ended up having to cover some of the rental fees. We just kept losing in this situation. To add insult to injury the sensors on the front part of the vehicle was prolonging the process of completion, so classic collision asked for us to take the vehicle and when the parts come in, they will contact us to bring it back and get it fixed. Now I understand parts during that period where difficult to get especially for a VW GTI. However many calls later and here we are in April 2022. A year later! we trying to be patient and understanding ! Before the company says anything please look up your recorded calls and how often we tried to reach out with no return calls or acknowledgment. The refuse to return our calls or fix the car they have already been paid for. At this point we have to seek legal action. We literally have to waste time on money for legal fees. However based on suggestion they will be covering the cost because this is 100% on this company. Failure to provide reasonable care to ensure safety NMC needs to look into the management of this location. I sincerely hope no one else experiences this unfortunate event

I brought my car to get it fix after an accident in 2019. Another vehicle enter in my lane and hit my car in the drivers door. I took it to this shop to get it fix. When I enter through there door, the receptionist was fighting with her husband over the phone screaming. She gave a glance like I was interrupting her. She starting greeting me with an attitude. I didn't mind it, because anyone can have a bad day. When I pick it up 8 days after, the color off the pain the the door didn't match the color of the entire car. There where parts on the vehicle that were missing. A part of the center console was broken. I spoke with my adjuster and the kept the car 3 more days to fix the problem. The car was the same. I end up taking the car as it was because they seem that they didn't know what they were doing. I had a terrible experience with them. I would recommend it to no one.Service: Painting

They had my 17 Ford explorer FOR FOUR MONTHS supposedly waiting for a part that it didn't even need, and when it was determined that the part wasn't needed the hurried up and q-c'd the truck to get it out the door, THEN their rude phone associate called with and attitude saying the truck had to be picked up IMMEDIATELY or it was going to start accruing storage fees, they took and already stressful situation and made it even WORSE, thanks for the wonderful experience. Oh, and I forgot to mention that the rear of the truck was FULL of dust, and the jack was taken out of it's storage compartment and not put back. Worse shop EVER.Service: Body & Trim

MECHANIC SCAM!!!! I received my car back from Kevin after being "fixed" from an accident, less than 5 minutes driving my car back from the shop I had messages on my board for temperature, engine damage, malfunction. When I called them back directly they said its fine keep driving. I was on the highway and I'm 8 months pregnant thanks God I survived. Now the insurance company after speaking with the shop says thats normal wear and tear, and is not covered. I have a newer bmw and consistently diagnose my car at the dealer no previous problems like this. Save yourself the headache and attorney fees as I will be involving mine, don't use this scam business where they care more about giving u your keys and getting you out of there more than customer safety. They demand you give an excellent review even if it cost you your well being apparently but this is an honest review how they really do business!!!

I loved Antolino's "Tony's" review and consultation of what my concerns were and or are. He was very genuine in the pennies that were going to be spent for what concerns were. He was extremely involved and invested in staying true to the customer and the customers wants verses recommended considerations. I honestly loved his feedback and willingness to meet me where I was and where I wanted to be and where I was going to be. If everyone on staff here is as genuine and business professional as he was and is I would never hesitate to spend a quarter or more on what I was going to get out them because I believe in them fully that the job would get done and get done right!!!

I was greeted outside by two gentlemen from the supercenter, my Geico adjuster, two enterprise employees. It was a warm but quick transaction. I felt like a celebrity ... or what I image celebrities might feel like. They called me every day or so with updates and everyone was so nice. I was T-Boned and they only took a couple days to completely bring my car back to life. The paint matched perfectly and they detailed it - I joked that it actually looked better than it did when I bought it. I did have to wait a bit upon pick up but I didnt really call and give them a heads up. I left my garage door opener, registration, and insurance information in the darn rental but I called and they placed it aside for me to get a couple days later. Overall it was a great experience surpassed my expectations.

Young lady at the front desk is absolutely rude. Treats you as if you re bothering her for coming into the establishment. Progressive needs to stop recommending this place. They have no integrity

Body work is horrible also there customer service is horrible my hood is not even adjusted I have a 1 inch gap compared to the other side there was a lot of trash on the clear coat and they always feeding you lies instead of being honest with the customer had a bad experience with these people I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOBODY TO THIS PLACE ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THE INSURANCE PAYING THEM THATS IT

My insurance recommended this place to get my car fixed after my wife was involved in a crash and they did an excellent job my car looks like nothing ever happened to it I would highly recommend it they even washed the car and the lady that helped us out was great
