Extremely happy with the performance of this repair facility, went above and beyond to correctly Repair, my Porsche. And gave me the same exact treatment with my 20 year old boxster, which is believed to be the poor man s Porsche with the identical quality control as if it was the top-of-the-line Porsche. they were at the mercy of the insurance company and even took care of my rental vehicle for they worked with enterprise which even made my experience not only pleasurable but more comfortable an quickly to saved me time. I would recommend this body shop to anybody.

20231129: Unfortunately Brennan's is no longer and this place has now earned a 1 star rating from me. They claim to be a Tesla "Approved Collision Center" and yet couldn't fix my Model 3 door after having the vehicle for a week. Then, the day before pickup, I requested to have 75+ miles of range on the car (enough for me to get home). I was assured it would, however they gave it back with only 25 miles (just enough to get to a super charger). Lastly, I had secondary damage (a very deep chip through vinyl wrap and paint, down to bare metal) occur to another vehicle while in their care. When asked to see the photos they took of the car at drop off, which I believe would show it didn't have the problem when I handed over the keys, I was told they have been "lost".As good as they have been with my Porsche repairs, I do not recommend this location due to these most recent disasters.---Nov 2017: Worked diligently finding all the needed parts to put the rear end of my car back to stock condition. And those headlights are so clear!

I towed my car 140mi for body repair because they came highly recommended. I signed off when picking up my car because it was waxed and it looked ok. When I washed my car for the first time, I got a pretty big surprise and the pictures should say it all. The owner was nice and offered to fix it but it was not worth my time to drive 5 hours back and forth, I didn't like the fact someone has to remove more of my clear coat, and I also didn't trust for them to touch my car again. I still can't believe whoever worked on my car did this and thought it was acceptable. A little QC would be nice especially when working on high end cars!

I took by 2018 Dodge Charger R/T to Brennan Bodyworks on a recommendation from the Dodge dealer after a truck backed into me at a stop light. Brennan did an excellent job repairing the front end of the car, explaining the process and answering my questions. They also detailed the interior, and when I received the car back, it made me feel like the car was brand new again. The level of care in the repair was superb. I was extremely happy with the level of detail, quality, and paint matching that they were able to do. After other less than stellar experiences at other shops in the Orlando area in years past, I would make Brennan my first choice for any auto body repair needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

This is my second time bringing my vehicle to Brennan. First time was my Audi S4 and they did a phenomenal job on it. This last time, my wife s 2008 Lexus IS350. Once again, they did an amazing job. Not only with the paint and bodywork, but dealing with the insurance company who refused to repair the car the right way. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was repaired correctly! I have used Brennan's Bodyworks multiple times because people can't seem to stop hitting my car. Last visit rear side panel had to be replaced as Dent was so severe it could not be repaired or pulled out. Old panel cut out and new panel into the roof line was welded in. Welding, seams, bodywork and painting were immaculate! They treated my 2016 Honda Accord just like the many Mercedes and Audis they specialize in. They worked hand in hand with my insurance company as the estimate changed when the dent became too far gone to complete, and had to replace the panel. I wrote a personal e-mail to the front office to give to the men who repaired and painted my vehicle as it was flawless. Be sure to praise good work when you see it as craftsmanship is dying in the U.S.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

I've read many of these reviews and find them hard to believe. I have a 2018 sQ5 that is my baby, its only a few months old but it has become a part of our family and my daughter calls it the Millennium Falcon because of all the gizmos and gadgets. a Month or so ago, a tourist decide to turn left right into my car, my first call was to Audi of South Orlando. Everyone directed me to Brennan Bodyworks. The entire right hand side of my car was torn up. They stayed in touch with me through the entire process and took care of dealing with the insurance comp[any and car rental so I didn't have to lift a finger. The car looks exactly like it did when I drove it off the showroom floor a few months ago. I waited a little while to write the review until I had a chance to do a full detail of the car to see if I could find any issues with the repair. I cleaned every inch of the car and the work in the areas not visible normally was as good as the outside body work. I took it by the dealership to get an oil change and they were all saying what an awesome job they did as well. A huge thanks to everyone at Brennan for making this a painless experience and for doing a great job. I did have a touch of paint smell in the car but I had the cabin filter replaced when I got my oil changed and the smell is gone. Thank you for being so great to me and the Falcon... I am sure there are other folks that may be a little faster getting it done but I want quality over quickness. The timing for the repair was right around what I imagined with most of the body parts coming from Germany.

I was rear ended at a light and Brennan s had been recommended by friends at work! I m glad I did. They discovered more damage than the insurance estimate and took care of all communication and coverage with both insurance companies. Seamlessly! But the best part was the end result. My car looks like new ! I am thrilled with my experience!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brennan Bodyworks is the best body shop around. I took my Audi A4 there when someone banged into my door and dented the quarter panel. Would highly recommend this shop. George, David, and none other than Andrew "Andy" Taylor are all on top of getting your vehicle in and getting you taken care of in a timely manner. If there are no delays in parts they will make sure to work you in the best they can. I am sure a lot of people prefer going to them, so they do book up fast. When I called them they were booked for a few weeks, but told me to just go ahead and bring in my vehicle. They got the paperwork going and a few days later I was SO surprised to hear they had my diagnostics and estimates ready that fast! Thank you guys!Service: Body & Trim

I have used Brennan Bodyworks multiple times now and they never waiver from their professionalism and quality of work. Everyone there is extremely knowledgable and personable and treat you with understanding and respect no matter what the situation with needing their services. I would not take my Audi to any other body shop and greatly appreciate that Mr. Brennan takes the time to always engage in a meaningful sincere conversation when he sees you. Brennan Bodyworks did an exceptional job on the hood repair work they performed on my vehicle. Staff was highly responsive and provided updates throughout the process. I found the entire staff very receptive and pleasant to enteract with. Nicole is very pleasant and professional at all times. Rob was outstanding in his roll !! no matter how many calls he was always reassuring and just damn cool to deal with making you think this organization has the customers best interest at heart. The process can be long but their never wrong upon delivery. You would be doing yourself a great big favor having Brennan make your vehicle whole again.

I was SO pleased with my experience at Brennan. Everyone was kind, quick, and my car couldn't look any better. Highly recommended. Easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable staff.My paint job is INCREDIBLE. Thank you to Shane and Victor (and anyone else!) who worked on my vehicle - and the unexpected detail was such a treat!

I did not feel like a valued customer with this company, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. There were too many handoffs and a lack of communication throughout the whole process, and my vehicle was still not ready when they called and told me that it was ready.I initially made an appointment with Andrew Taylor in May, and he was the one that took pics and discussed everything with the insurance company and me. Andrew told me he could not do the repairs until August 8th, which we agreed. On the day of my appointment, I was told David would be working on my Jeep and not Andrew, with no explanation.Brennan Bodywork had my Jeep for almost a month, which they did additional repairs and was paid for it by the insurance company.David called me on Friday (9/2) at 12:15 pm and said my Jeep was ready. I arrived at the shop, and my Jeep was still not prepared; the work that they got paid extra to do was not done because there were scratches still on the mirror, and there was a piece still missing from the Jeep. In addition to my Jeep not being ready, Nicole, the receptionist, kept asking me for the remaining total for my Jeep and did not let me or the auto technician inspect or discuss any details about the repair, which I had to insist on an inspection. After the inspection that s when I noticed that the repairs were still not done.I spoke to David about leaving the Jeep at the shop until all the repairs were completed, and he agreed and said that s fine and he ll get it done, and it won t be any additional costs. Nicole, the receptionist, Insisted on David and asked if he was sure about not getting more money from the insurance company. Once again, this is for repairs that were already paid for by the insurance company. I felt very disrespected at that moment when Nicole turned and asked David, the body technician in front of me if he was sure about not charging more to fix the vehicle as if I was not standing there. Nicole spoke to David as if I was not there and insisted on reaching out to the insurance company for more money on repairs that were not done.David was apologetic and made sure he fixed the problem, but I should not have to go through this with a place of business. Nicole is unprofessional and does not value customer service. There was a lack of respect and accountability towards me, and it gives a bad look on the business hence why I will not be recommending Brennnan s Bodywork to anyone who is in need of auto body repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rob was excellent at providing me a timely estimate and communicating with the thru the repair process. My 911 Porsche came out looking like new, they did an amazing job which showed their skill and training . I would recommend them to anyone needing body work in their luxury automobile. When dealerships were saying I d have to leave my vehicle for a minimum of 2 days just in order to be diagnosed, these professionals were able to squeeze me in the same day that I called. They ordered the part needed while I was there and worked with me to have it installed the very next day with absolutely fair prices. This will be the first place I call from now on!

I went to Brennan due to reviews. Met the folks there and felt comfortable. My truck was repaired beautifully and looked brand new. They matched the paint like it came from factory. If you're a fanatic with your car or truck and you need body work done, then they are one of the best in Orlando area.

Took my dad s car here last month because he got into an accident. The passenger side damage to the point you can t open both doors. They did an amazing job. We got the car back look like original. Not only the damage was fix but the color match perfectly. They made it very easy for my dad since they took care everything with the insurance company. The staff are professional and friendly. I highly recommend this place if you need a reputable and quality work done on your car.

I have used Brennan Bodyworks three times now (unlucky in that sense) for repairing my Audi. Every single time the car looks exactly to how it was prior to the accident. They call Enterprise for you, get you shuttled over, and get you spot-on quote for service. Afterwards, you simply drop off your rental at Brennan and they take care of returning it. They wash and detail the car and have you come back in 30 days to clean and inspect it after repairs are done. The only downside that you could really nitpick, would be the time for repairs. You won't be getting your car back typically the same or next day. This doesn't bother me because I care much more about the quality of work and not having to come back, or go to another repair shop. Highly recommend bringing your German cars here as they are the only certified repair center in Orlando (at least for Audi)

I have known Dan Brennan and his crew for a long time. I can t think of anybody with more integrity and skill who does quality work in the area. He goes out of his way to try to obtain the best training for his employees. The time taken and invested in building skill and professionalism shows in the final product.Unfortunately I ve had to use a service on several vehicles. Each one has turned out to not only meet but to exceed my expectations. I can t recommend him more highly.

Dan Brennan and his team at Brennan Bodyworks have ALWAYS repaired my families vehicles for 25 years. Their friendliness, knowledge, expertise, quality of work and critical eye for detail are what keeps us coming back. Another great job was just completed on our daughters Honda Accord Sport after it was hit in the USF parking lot. Thanks again to Dan, George, Nicole, Bobby and the rest of the team. Top notch.....again!

I have been unfortunate to need Brennan Auto body works 4 times over the past 20 years. I would highly recommend their service when you need bodywork on your auto. Color matching is terrific, body work is impeccable. Paint and body work performed 20 years ago still looks brand new. Customer service is second to none. I will continue to call Dan whenever I need to get my auto back to pre-collision condition.

Very happy with the service and work provided by Brennan Bodyworks. They did a great job matching the Yulong White paint on my 2019 Range Rover Sport. Very good with communication and keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. Hopefully I won't have to revisit them, but if I need work again I would not hesitate to come back..

Brennan s receptionist is the absolute best- kept me informed, empathetic to situation, respectful & friendly. When my car was deemed total loss, she even helped me unload & transfer items from my car. It was an emotional moment to see the car in daylight and the severity of the damage and realizing how fortunate we were to be spared injury or death. She was right there with me, a total stranger but yet supportive and helpful.She s a gem, Brennan has an asset at there front door.

Ken and the entire Brennan Bodyworks team was incredible! The only component that I wish could have been better was a better estimate of when repairs would be complete. For example, I realize they may have been optimistic in telling me that it was almost done. However, I would have preferred a kind of worst case scenario so that perhaps I may have planned better. Regardless, they are an incredible team and I am so happy with their service overall. I highly recommend to anyone.
