I wish i could rate this place NO STARS. starting with my brand new truck being broken into. I really feel like it was the staff that did it. I had over $1,000 in electronics and personal items stolen out of my truck. To make it even worse, this place has no security cameras on the property and no lighting. Taking your vehicle here is worse than dropping it off at the chop shop. The area where they put your vehicle is a grassy field. They had ladders on all sides opposite of the fence for thieves to come i to the property. My vehicle was broken into after midnight.. they didn t notify me until noon the next day and when they called they said your vehicle was vandalized over the weekend because they didn t know when it happened (hence proving no cameras on the property). My window was shattered out completely. They didn t want to compensate me for my loss or get me a rental for the inconvenience. It took them 2 1/2 weeks to fix my truck. Then weeks later, the adjuster Andrea called me begging me to change my review on the service i received and she would credit/refund me $100 back. Needless to say I never received it so here I am telling you all my experience with the company. They do great body work, but if i had to do it again, I would not even look their direction. Classic Collision has traumatized me with this experience. Never again. Run!!!

I read some reviews and stated they did not color match their vehicles... I am here to say that is completely false. The staff is amazing, Mark and Carroll are absolutely amazing. The color of my " orange copper rust" vehicle was matched 100% looks like a brand new car again. .. definitely recommend classic collision

Carol and the rest of Classic Collision s staff took wonderful care of both me and my vehicle. When there was confusion caused by the rental car company, they actually drove me to the establishment to get things taken care of. I was informed every step of the way and my car has not looked better since it was brand new. This is the second Classic Collision location I have worked with in Orlando and I could not recommend them more.

This people do not know how to paint cars, they made a mess on my brothers car, unfinished paint job you can see the big difference on areas that were incomplete with paint, his car looks horrible he went to pick on a rainy week and couldn t tell at the moment, lazy people working here, on top of that they claim the parts they order for their cars are oem and they arent.do not bring your car here. you ll be highly disappointedService: Painting

HORRIBLE PLACE. PLEASE I AM BEGGING YOU DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, OVERSPRAY ALL OVER MY CAR, PAINTED ONLY HALF MY HOOD, MESSED UP MY FRONT WINDSHIELD TINT, DAMAGED MY DOOR HANDLE FROM DRIVER SIDE, PAINTED ONLY HALF MY DOOR DRIVER SIDE WHERE ACCIDENT OCCURRED, OVERSPRAY ALL OVER MY WINDSHIELD, THEY CLAIMED PARTS WERE OEM ON SUMMARY COPY OF EVERYTHING THAT WAS REPAIRED OR REPLACED AND PARTS ARE NOT OEM they are from CAPA. I AM SUPER UNSATISFIED W THIS PLACE MY CAR, they didnt even bother to sand my hood and just painted half of my hood where some rock chips and damage was from accident, HORRIBLE JOB I KEEP CALLING THEM AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, PLEASE I BEG EVERYONE TO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I WISH I COULD GIVE 0 STARS.
