First time bringing my car here & am very impressed! Excellent customer service from Omar, everyone was very friendly! They sent me photos & videos of things that needed to be repaired & I could approve what I wanted done. Clear estimate with details. They even had shuttle service! Byron the driver was super friendly! This is definitely my new spot!

Hands down the friendliest and most open mechanic shop I have been to. They explained every step in detail and left me with no questions. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I was going to go get lunch down the road, but I stayed in the waiting room, happily. I will be returning here for future work needed on my Celica! P.s. They have a shuttle service if you need a drop off somewhere within 10 miles of the shop!

They did a great job on my car. I came in to get a general look-over of my car to see if any work was needed. They checked thoroughly and only offered fixes for things that actually needed done. No upselling. They ordered all the parts and scheduled a follow up to do the work and everything went smoothly. They didn t up charge the parts and the labor costs were very reasonable. Staff were kind and helpful the whole time. Great experience!

Wonderful service! I was mailed a deal on an oil change of $50 for a full synthetic and decided to give them a try. Went late on a Thursday and they were fully booked. Fortunately, the gentleman at the desk was told me that he could squeeze me in the next day if I could drop off my car by 8 in the morning they could have it done by 2 in the afternoon. I mentioned that I received a coupon in the mail and he added it to the notes on my service. Their service was excellent and to top it all off I was offered complimentary shuttle service back home after dropping off my car and pick up once my service was done. Would 100% recommend.

I couldn t have been more satisfied with the services I received from the moment I pulled into the parking lot to the moment I left. The customer service was incredible and the service on my vehicle was quick. I used a coupon I received in the mail for an oil change. Great prices! Highly recommend them. I will definitely be returning for future vehicle maintenance.

Christian Brothers has awesome customer service. They look at your vehicle and take pictures of the things that need to be fixed. They then show you the pictures and review everything that needs to be done before doing any work on your vehicle. They get your permission to do the work that needs to be done and if other things should come up they will let you after they complete the repairs that they are working on already. They even gave me a ride home and offered to pick me back up after they were done working on my car. They did an awesome job on my vehicle and helped me find someone to replace my windshield because I had a very big crack going down in my windshield. I got fixed as well. Thank you so much Christian Brothers for your help and I will be coming back there. You all are awesome!

Very nice good and with children. Cares about you and your vehicle. Can actually get things done and figured out with willingness to do so without causing any damage to vehicle. First auto place we've gone to out of many visits elsewhere without any issue whatsoever. Knowledgeable and willingness to LISTEN to customers. Love this place will come here for anything that I possibly can. Great people excellent service. Highly recommend. :)

UPDATE: Revisited this location for an oil change and ac drain repair/unclog. As per usual. Fantastic, top notch service. Front office and shop. Thanks all!Christian Brothers Automotive is the most honest Auto repair shop I have ever been to. Recently moved and needed to find a new dependable, honest, reputable mechanic shop. Glad I found CBA. First impression was great. Friendly, honest, and competitively priced. Thorough & transparent from start to finish diagnosing and resolving the issue.Luis was my service consultant and was outstanding, communicating well & in general w/addressing concerns while also being mindful & caring about costs. Christian was also extremely friendly & courteous. Thank you.

There was a new, burnt smell coming from my car and I just was hoping someone could check my fluid levels real quick. Got there with 5 minutes before they were closing.I had checked the oil the night before, but didn t know how to check my transmission fluid. There were three men behind the desk the front office, but the guy said he didn t have a technician present to do it and he couldn t help me. Said that I would have to leave my car there To have my transmission fluid checked Drove down to Strickland Brothers and the new manager took care of me herself. Check my tires, fluid, filters, and charged me nothing. The tech checked underneath and said there s no leak. Nurses get 20% off at Strickland.

I was quite impressed with the efficiency of this repair shop and their use of technology. Their intake process was courteous and professional, the waiting area clean and comfortable. Better yet, after inspecting my vehicle, they texted me a detailed report containing pictures of the problems they identified on my vehicle with additional informational videos further explaining each issue. They also have a terrific after-hours vehicle drop-off/pick-up system available if needed, as well as a free courtesy shuttle if needed during normal business hours. I cannot speak to their pricing, since I did not obtain quotes from any other repair shops, but I assume they are in line with their competitors during this inflationary period. Overall, I was very pleased and will definitely use them again!

Loved my service love my car and how it purrs again. I got my oil changed then turn around and got my tires replaced and air filter replaced. The customer service was top tier, Christian (not the owner) was excellent. Thank you for your awesome work!

I have a daughter going to school in Orlando UCF area and had an issue with her car. I contacted Christian Brothers Automotive and they were able to get my daughter in to inspect and diagnose the issue that afternoon. The staff and facility were great, they looked after my daughter s car, sent me photos and video, and called to discuss. In summary, everyone was great, service was great, and pricing was very fair. I m quite relieved that I found a great shop in my daughter s area. To all the parents of UCF students, this is the go to place. A well deserved 5 stars.

My car transmission needed to be replaced. My worry was eased by the exceptional customer service that Christian and Matt (the store director) offered. Everything about the crew is fantastic! The establishment is kept up nicely. Since I now have my car fully repaied, I am grateful to them for keeping my 2013 running in 2024 and, given their high quality of service, I expect my car to run for many more!

My first visit and first impressions are always important to me. Very clean outside and inside. I was greeted by a very friendly person. I was made to feel comfortable and confident with my car issues. I was offered coffee, snacks, and water. The waiting area is very comfortable with comfy sofas and nice plants and tables. The decor is very chic and classic. My appointment was at a specific time and they took my car in actuallya few minutes earlier. They made the necessary repairs (oil change) and it was done promptly, less than 30 mins. I was also given a courtesy point check on my vehicle with a complete explanation and printout with photos of the necessary recommendations.I will definitely be returning to the Christian Brothers for future car repairs and maintenance. All of the staff that I saw were very nice. This place is superior in my opinion. The price for tbe oil change was fair and competitive with other places.

I was a bit unsure of what to expect on my first visit, as my past experiences with repair shops have been less than stellar. I was greeted warmly by their receptionist and check-in was a breeze.I would describe the environment as high-end adequate seating, a Keurig with a solid assortment of K-Cups, and light snacks are made available to you while you wait.Christian greeted me and took time to listen to the concerns I aimed to address during my visit upon completing the inspection, Christian returned and provided me with a detailed breakdown of all necessary services, accompanied with price quotes for each line item.First impressions are everything, and based on my initial visit, I definitely plan to continue doing business with CBA in the future.

An incredible company to go to! They were extremely kind and caring for my personal situation dealing with a troublesome old car. They also had a courtesy car ride service that was extremely useful for picking up my car without transportation! Loved it.

I took my car to have the AC fixed . They also did inspection on my car which they found that the control arms needed replacing. They fixed Ac and control arms. My car running great. The shop staff very professional and friendly. I will definitely bring my car back in future

Went for a window motor repair and they took more than great care of me and my Mercedes, i was helped by Christian who was absolutely excellent and kept me informed on everything that was going on with my vehicle and was very timely with responses. He actually cared about my car and what i needed to be done and they delivered. Will be seeing them again for any other issue i have.

I usually go to Tire Kingdom but after they were acquired by Mavis their prices went up significantly and the experience isn't as good with scheduling and billing. The staff is still good but the experience is pricey and clunky. I visited CBA Alafaya after receiving a coupon at the exact time I needed an oil change. It took just at 2 hours from start of my appointment time until I had my keys back in my hand; not bad in my opinion. I declined the shuttle service offer and I took advantage of the free wifi and the clean waiting area to work. I really like the inspection and invoicing system here. The photos of key components and tests (fluid levels, battery, brake pad wear, etc.) are good for me to easily add to my vehicle records folder. Christian, Matt, and Luis were all extremely friendly and covered my next recommended services and pricing with no pressure or aggressive sales tactics. Techs appeared to not be frustrated and in their groove; where competitors tend to have techs running around in panic while the manager yells at them. The shop floor was also extremely clean and organized for a place that constantly has dirty vehicles, parts, and fluids moving in-and-out all day. I've never seen a cleaner garage bay at an auto shop. I will be back with my other vehicle and bring my primary car back for the recommended services soon. The price is a little more than nearby competitors (but less than manufacturer) and I think it was worth it for the level of service and the digital experience.

I took my truck in to be analyzed for possible transmission malfunction. The technician did a thorough inspection and comprehensive troubleshooting. However, he could not duplicate the problem; and therefore, advised that the transmission was performing well. My Service Advisor, Christan Cortez, did an admirable job of walking me through the inspection report and recommendations.I was impressed with his honest approach to customer service; and really appreciated that I was not mislead into making unnecessary repairs. This level of integrity is rearly found in most automotive repair shops. I strongly recommend this shop to anyone needing automotive repairs - you won't be disappointed!

I have not been here myself - I write this review as the dad of a daughter who came in for an issue with her A/C not working (in Florida! c'mon). Sincerely, thank you for taking such good care of her. When we heard she had a good experience, I kinda teared up a little, not gonna lie. Especially when she told us about the rubber duck! We love our CB here in Birmingham and used them exclusively in Houston for years before we moved. Now that our baby has left the nest, it's comforting to know she will be in good hands.

My first time here and experience was very positive. My Jeep went in and they diagnosed the problem within 2 hrs. Sent me an extensive and thorough inspection of my vehicle. Staff were friendly and professional. Constant communication throughout the day via text. Best part was I had the repairs done and my Jeep back before the end of the day. Definitely going to be my go to place from now on.

Had a really wonderful experience with Christian Brothers Automotive My rep was Matt who was fantastic at keeping me updated and communicating the progress of my vehicle. I was having a vibration issue that Pep Boys supposedly fixed but was still annoying me daily at highway speed. These guys fixed it and were fair prices for work accomplished. I also really appreciate the ride to and from my house before and afterwards as my wife was at work and I needed to be home fairly quickly.Car runs great at highway speeds now).
