My family and I have bought many cars at Central Florida Toyota, and this visit by far was the best experience. We were helped by Jakobo and Armando, and let me just say best experience ever! . The deal was sweet. He made sure he offered water. Jakobo really did his best to help us get the best deal. It felt genuine, and so smooth. He wasn t pushy, he listened very carefully and we appreciate it so much. We sealed the deal with Armando on a 2024 SE Toyota Camry. Armando was professional, informative, very thorough, and genuine. They followed up as promised, and overall I d recommend them a million times! 6th car bought from this location and again we always get great service but this one was over the top!!! Thank you again, we appreciate the professionalism in your center and people. Excellent customer service guys, we re very happy with our purchase.

I recently purchased a 2024 Camry SE. Having not needed to purchase a vehicle for the last 10 years, I was a bit stressed. CF Toyota totally knocked it out the park! I worked with Shaheem Chung (AMAZING!) and he was very attentive and patient showing me dozens of vehicles. He listened to my needs and I felt no pressure to purchase the entire experience. The Finance Manager, Ernesto, was patient about explaining everything to me, making sure I understood the terms. Excellent service and even better sales crew. Got my wife a brand new 2024 Toyota Corolla SE and she is over the moon about it! This was the perfect fit for our growing family! I recently bought my Camry TRD here. The overall experience was great, from finding the car I was looking for to picking it up. I worked with Julian and he was very friendly and helpful. He was able to order exactly what I was looking for and I was able to pickup my dream car less than 3 weeks later. The process from start to finish, was very quick and easy. I would definitely do business here again.

Was looking to purchase a car, my salesperson Julian was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and never any pressure. He even came in on his day off to help me find the car I wanted. All at a price that was more than fair. Then Roberto in the Finance dept. was equally great. He showed me all of my options and in no time I drove out in my new car. I was told I had to get my tire fully replaced since the side wall was damaged after asking for a patch on my tire due to a nail. The nail was in the tread so it s a little suspect that I had to get the tire replaced vs patched. Also, the person that replaced the tire smeared a bunch of white grease on the rim and overinflated the tire. The paint/sealer on the rim was screwed up a bit too. On top of that I had to go back to ask for a cap for the tire stem for the brand new tire. Would not recommend this dealer s service department. Just poor service overall and had to pay for a brand new tire on top of that.

Very excited for my new car, and without the people that work with me this would ve never happened!! Gabriel Medina really cares about his clients and is a very nice guy! Also, Juan Becerra from finance did an amazing job! And Jesus Amaya from service also did a did a great job! Great experience!

I purchased a used 2022 4 Runner Trd Pro and had a great experience with my sales agent Gabriel Muniz. I appreciate his honesty and thoroughness during the buying process.I did not feel pressured to purchase and appreciated the professionalism from Gabriel and the Finance Manager Mr. Muniz as well.Mr. Muniz explain each document presented to me during the final sign off and I appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism. I highly recommend working with Gabriel and Mr. Muniz.I understand everyone has different buying/selling car experiences; however, I can honestly say, it was a great experience for me. Keep up the great work Gentlemen. I will definitely return to purchase another vehicle in the near future.

My experience in purchasing my car was great. I've only had it since October. My issue is with their service department. I had my car checked due to my ac leaking water inside my passenger side. Was told I needed my ac accelerator fixed. I've been waiting 3 weeks and have called over 8 times being told someone would call me back. To let me if it's covered under my warranty. Which has not happened. It's frustrating to not get an answer from anyone.

I was extremely happy with our sales person Mary at Central Florida Toyota dealer. She was just fantastic to work with from the minute I walked in to me driving out with my new RAV 4. Never felt pressured, thank you to the Mary and our Financial manager. We love our new vehicle.

My experience at Central Florida Toyota was outstanding from the very start. When I called, Edgar Cabrera answered from sales and came through for me in many ways. First, he offered to deliver a car to my home because my circumstances didn t allow me to drive two cars back from the dealer. Then, he offered to find a car with the right price, paint, interior, and model and sent me pictures. Then, when he arrived at our home, he helped my wife connect her phone to the car. Ernesto in finance was very understanding and helpful as well. He allowed me to sign all the paperwork while answering all my questions. Then Ernesto printed everything out, and Edgar had all the paperwork signed by my wife at our home. They both were five stars. I highly recommend this dealership. Edgar and Ernesto lived up to the Central Florida Toyota values of integrity, professionalism, leadership, and progressiveness.

The sales experience was good. The post sale support has been disappointing. I have had issues getting my title. The license commission office tells me to check with the dealership to make sure they submitted everything because it was incomplete. I have probably called them about 15 times to check on this. I would continuously get transferred and would get a voicemail. I finally got through to someone who was supposedly going to call the license commission to check on this. I asked for a return call or email so I knew it was taken care of and they never did. I still do not know if this has been taken care of and I bought the car a month ago.

I traded in a 2018 Jeep Rubicon for a 2023 Tacoma, the process was easy. I also got a fair trade in on my Jeep. Cristian and Shaheem took care of me from the start, notified me as soon as mine got off the truck! I recommend asking to see these guys if you want a fair honest sales experience! Finance guy was also very helpful! Go there first for your new Toyota.

These people don t respect your time. I was looking to trade in my car, I talked to Julian on the phone , gave him my car details, he comes back with a price range that s too low for me. I told him ok I understand cancel the appointment. Again persisting that I should come and maybe get a better deal. I told him listen I have my baby with me, if you re telling me a range that s not working with me then I m not interested. Totally understand their side but again being persistent saying I wont waste your time, just bring it in so we can look at it, If we can look at the car then we can fight for the price. Okay I go with MY BABY and first he s not even available. Even though we had an appointment. Someone else tries to help me , updated him on the conversation said ok let me see what I can do. Gave him the keys. Mind you I m literally in front of him where they have the window offices. He come back and gives me a low ball offer. Tries to explain the price and which I said I already know that. I knew that. I m here because they said they can try to fight the price If they look at the car. He goes back, once again comes back with a lame offer and both times I see that no one is looking at the car. I specifically said do not waste my time because I have my baby with me. Why tell me you can do something and not follow through. I m beyond annoyed that I drove all the way here with my baby for nothing. Something that I told them over the phone that I understood their part and I was canceling the appointment.

The experience with Toyota was pretty seamless. I came in on exactly what I wanted. Gabriel Medina got right to it showed me it was very transparent with everything and we had a car within an hour. I was super nervous because of my past history with car salesman, however he was very honest and you can tell he wasn t trying to just push something so that he can make a buck and I be screwed over. I do want to say that s a huge location for me. There s a lot of people and it was very impressive how fast they were getting people in and out not rushing anyone very smooth everybody that walked by you had a smile on their face said hi. Definitely recommend this location if you re looking for it Toyota really nice people.

Working with central Florida Toyota on getting a new car was a great experience. From the sales person Oscar to the finance manager Jose. They really make you feel like your part of the family. I bought a 2021 Toyota Corolla and love it. I will go back to purchase my new car when I am ready to buy again. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new car. Just ask for Oscar.

Jorge Romero made the whole process easy and even went above and beyond when I realized that I left my sunglasses in my trade in car. I sent him a message a few days after and he was able to track them down for me. Very happy with the service and my new car.

Do not buy or bring your car for maintenance here. They will scam you as much as they can. I brought the car for it s first maintenance ( having the car only for 4 months) and I parked it home. Next time I see two flat tires, which the dealership doesn t want to respond for them. They are scammers and will take your money as any way they can. They offered me new tires the same day of service, it is such a coincidence that now I have to of them flat.

I have to give a shoutout to Central Florida Toyota. On our way into Orlando, my fianc� and I heard a grinding noise, but we hoped it was coming from a different car. Unfortunately, it was my car making the noise. I called Toyota, explained the situation, and was told to bring it in at 3:15, which was the earliest available appointment. We carefully drove the car to the dealership, and the staff met us at the car, took us into the building, and took care of us. We were there for almost three hours, so one of the service advisors, Blake, set us up with a free rental car since they needed more time to diagnose the problem after fixing what they knew had to be replaced and still hearing the noise. They called me while we were at Disney to let me know that my car was ready and that everything was covered under warranty, so I didn't have to pay anything. Unfortunately, it started making the SAME noise not even 6 hours later. We called back the next morning to see if we could bring it back. Blake immediately said bring it in and they would see what the problem was. They fixed it again, all under warranty, and let us know that we should be good to go. We had a sweet note left for us in my car thanking us for our patience (which wasn t necessary because they took such great care of us) and we made it safely back home. If I lived closer, Central Florida Toyota would be my go-to dealership due to their exceptional customer service. We are so thankful for the amazing stuff and service they gave us! Highly recommend!!

I took my car there to get the clutch fixed and they basically said I needed to buy a new car. Gave me $100 for my car (insulting) and would not let me clean out my own car. It was up on the lift and they said they couldn t bring it down. I am missing some of my belongings. My sales girl Valery was super sweet and amazing but overall I wasn t too thrilled, including service.

I have always disliked going to car dealerships, because I do not like being pressured to buy or being ripped off. I did not feel that at Central Florida Toyota. They were surprisingly low key, with no pressure. They made buying a car, an actually pleasant experience. They were also willing to negotiate a reasonable deal. And of course they sell great cars that are extremely reliable. I would definitely recommend them.
