Richard and his team at Carmatic are absolutely top-notch! We have been bringing our two vehicles to Richard for several years now. We were going to the dealer when we moved to Florida simply because we didn t know anyone and didn t want to just open the internet and pick randomly. Someone recommended Carmatic and we gave it a try and found we could be seen quickly, by trustworthy staff, and honest quotes (much lower than the dealer!). When expensive repairs come up, Richard has helped us find reasonably priced parts - he goes the extra mile to make car maintenance a pleasure, not a pain!

When he recommends something is because of safety and always priorities was the service or repair that needs to be done in the vehicle so it can run effective and protect us from any potential damage down the road.

I have been taking my cars to Richard for more that 10 years. There is no other mechanic I was would trust more than him. He's friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about his craft. Excellent service. I have been taking my car to this mechanic shop for over 2 years and I have nothing negative to say. I have used many shops before but none has been as honest, diligent and reliable as Carmatic. Bring your car and see for yourself. You won t be disappointed!

No other place I would bring my car! He's extremely knowledgeable, meets deadlines, and most of all.. he is honest and fair!! I've been coming to him for over 3 years now and never once have I felt taken advantage of or pushed aside for other projects. Has never recommended anything I didn't need, and is willing to show and back up his diagnoses, which others simply wont. Best mechanic in Orlando. Services on my Range Rover are dramatically better, quicker, and fairly priced. Its also worth noting you'll see some exotic and top cars (Bentley, G wagon, Range Rover, Porsche, Jeep, Ford, Audi, etc.) at his shop. Very respectful and all around great guy! Ben is also very hands on and extremely talented.

I've used Carmatic Auto Service on multiple occasions relating to tune up, sensors, check engine notification, and auto parts. Richard has always provided excellent and prompt services to both of my vehicles.To this date I haven't had to return my vehicles for bad installation or services. Honest reliable car service. They sometimes take you back to show you the broken part on your car as well as what a functioning part looks like so that you can get a good idea of what s going on and what needs to be done.

We have been going to Carmatic for well over 10 years. This is a family owned and operated shop that offers reliable service delivered with personal care. Richard, the owner is a knowledgeable and honest mechanic. After diagnosing any problems with one's car, he explains likely causes, what he'll do to fix any problems, and ways to avoid the problems in the future. He tries to find the highest quality, yet affordable replacement parts and shows customers all replaced parts. An example of his honesty...a few years ago I brought my car in for an oil change. Upon his thorough inspection that he does as part of the maintenance service, he discovered some job he had done before (I don't remember exactly what it was) needed to be fixed again. I hadn't even noticed any problem, but it was still under warranty, so he fixed it. Yesterday, when I went in for my oil change, his records indicated that the tires I bought from him were due for a rotation, so he had his mechanice rotate my tires. Again, he initiated the service. His wife, sisters, dad, and brother-in-law work well to make the shop a pleasant place to get our cars serviced.

I would like to begin by saying if you drive a vehicle with a leaking sunroof, or water leak inside of your vehicle anywhere this is the place to go!!I moved to Orlando in 2021 & my vehicle had never leaked once. I had noticed it began to leak pretty bad during hurricane season, basically anytime we received heavy rain storms, & car washes. I had finally landed on the best place to service my vehicle.Customer service was top tier!! I was offered beverages & refreshments as I waited to hear about my vehicle. I was updated about everything throughout the process while my vehicle remained in the shop.Once it came time to pick up my vehicle, I had a very nice, well explanation regarding work done on my vehicle. From how it was leaking, what happened, what was completed, and left a very happy customer! (Even had a rain storm on the drive home, & the new sunroof did its job. Keeping the rain out!!)The service took three business days. All due to the parts that needed to be ordered, plus I had some other service done & of course there hard work & dedication to fixing my vehicle. I highly recommend Carmatic Auto to all! Especially those with sunroof leaks. Truly good people, & outstanding service. Love this place! Richard took a look at my vehicle, gave me a run down of what it needed with prices, even told me he was having trouble finding a part because he didn't want to give me a sub-par aftermarket replacement. Then, when the repairs took longer than expected, he even worked after hours and on Saturday to get it done for me. Your mileage *hah* may vary, but you definitely can't go wrong with getting work done here. They are fair and reasonable on prices for all work that was performed.

Richard has been my car maintenance tech since 2007. Even though I am out of state now, I still bring my cars to Richard. Under Richard's expert care, both my vehicles are running strong at 225,000 and 185,000 miles. Whenever I have tried my local dealer and local techs, I have ended up bringing my cars to Richard for corrective work. Richard's honesty, expertise, fair prices, and professionalism are above par and challenging to match with any other shop. I love my cars, and I am confident that both will touch 300,000+ miles under Richard's expert care.

This is one of the best auto repair shops in Orlando that I've used. Here, you'll get honest, quality service at a fair price. I have been coming here since 2010. It s the only place I can go where I can truly trust the mechanics to do a great job. The staff has always been extremely kind and knowledgeable in all they do. They go above and beyond researching to ensure you get the lowest prices in parts that definitely helps the pocket when doing major repairs. For the record, my truck is 261,000 and still running strong. Thank you Carmatic!
