I ve had 2 jobs done with them. And both have been good. The second job needed a touch up and they took care of it but not without a disrespectful encounter from an employee. Lucky for them, I m not going to blame the entire company for the actions of one person.

My wife had some damage on her car and we took it to Caliber to get an estimate. We received the estimate from Maureen and we had them do the repairs. Not only was the work done right but Maureen kept us updated every day on the progress of everything. Great communication and great customer service!

This is the second time caliber collision has repaired my car..not only was the body damage repaired flawlessly, the vehicle was detailed, washed and waxed and minor doohickeys were fixed. Matt, Leo and the staff are professional and courteous well done guys!

Maureen handled my process through it all. She helped make the process easy and made sure the work was covered and done right. She was awesome!! Can t thank her enough for easing any worries I had through the process with insurance. The work they did was awesome!! Truck looks amazing and they detailed the car after which was nice of them too. Would highly recommend!

They did a nice job with my bumper. Paint looks good and they fixed the dent but .... , clearly they have zero quality control as I had to take it to another body shop where they pointed out they left all my wires unclipped/unbundled in the area they were working on. This caused further damage to the wires as they were flying around. I wouldn't use this place again. Letting Progressive know that this shop doesn t do good work and they should send their customers elsewhere.

Has been one of the worst experiences.Paint job was done awfully, has been months and they still can t schedule me a repaint of my car.Missing parts that have been on back order but I can get next day from Amazon.Call every week and the same answer. We will call you next week to schedule the repaint and install missing parts.. never happens.

Car accidents are traumatic especially when it's out of nowhere and my car is an extension of me and although I'm not physically injured, seeing my car's damages have shocked me and I feel bad for what the car been through to protect me and my family during the accident. For the 2 weeks that my car was under the care of these professional repair men and women at Caliber Collision, my life was out of rhythm not knowing how long it would take but then one day I got the call and my car would be ready for pickup. When I saw my car pull up the experience patched a hole in my life and I am truly grateful for Caliber Collision for Restoring the Rhythm of my life.

Took about a month for them to accept the car and then about a month and a half to fix it. So I didn t have a car for almost three months because of a damaged bumper. But I get it, they re busy, supply chain issues, busy location. The work they did was good and acceptable. Not bad overall.

Called here to make a appointment to get a estimate and lady seemed to have a attitudeTold me to get my estimate online it s easier for themI have physical damage and some internal/engine damage so don t know how that would help me one bitI hung up because she was rude and very unhelpful

(If I could do 4.5 stars I would) Before getting my car into the shop for an estimate was easy. However actually getting in for repairs took awhile. Getting my car scheduled for drop off, there was a lot of miscommunication resulting in confusion on behalf of the shop and my insurance company. Nevertheless, I was able to get my car in without any further issues. On day of pickup I was notified I could drop my rental off which was great. However, the shop lost my keys and spent a good 20-25 minutes looking for them. I got apologized to, but I don t know how a shop looses keys. I got my vehicle back to my delight, to find out all my windshield wiper fluid was taken out (small inconvenience). Nevertheless, happy to have my car back, and the receptionists were so helpful during this experience. Highly recommend.

I love this place!! Unfortunately I was rear ended by a careless driver and was sent to them for a repair. They did an amazing job and had my car back to brand new within 1 week. I was apprehensive as a BMW owner using a non-BMW shop but their customer service, timely manner, and repair outcomes was better than any BMW place I have ever been to. Matt took absolutely fantastic care of me yesterday. They could have charged me thousands of dollars and instead offered to check something to hopefully avoid it all. That level of honesty and integrity is rare today in people and in businesses. If you want an honest quote for the real work it s going to take to repair your vehicle, go with Caliber. They did a good job on repairing the car. Can't even tell it was in an accident. Their customer service is not the best. They were nice and professional on the phone but do not update on anything unless one calls. They overpromised the car would be done on time and that promise was never kept. The worst is to find out last minute before a work trip, spend your own dime on renting a car only to find out they could've provided one but lacked to mention it even knowing you needed the car urgently!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I want to thank Mr. Mike at Caliber Collision shop I appreciate the great work he did on my truck. He took very good care of me when my truck was in the shop and he got me a rental for a couple days until my truck was finish I will recommend any friends and family to him

Caliber Collision is a great company with an even better staff. I feel everyone who I came in contact with had a great spirit and went above and beyond to make sure that I wassatisfied. I found that to be truly refreshing seeing how nowadays great service is hard to come by.
