They are so nice and professional. They don t lag around. C&G are about getting the job done and informing you in a very timely matter. Although, I wasn t able to get my truck fixed then due to the amount of time and work needed ($4500). I told them I would definitely bring it back to them when I m financial able to get everything fixed at one time They understood and said sure we totally understand . They didn't charge me an inspection fee even after spending so much time in finding all the issues! Most shops would charge you because you didn t get it fixed after they done been under your vehicle all day !! But NOT C&G. I m definitely taking my truck back in a few weeks. I was blessed to have another vehicle for transportation! But yes please don t hesitate to make an appointment! Thank you!

I needed work done on my BMW 750 and after not having a pleasant time at the dealership, I decided to research a shop that can take care of my car. What first attracted me to C & G Auto Center was the amount of five star reviews they received. after speaking with Jonathan and Phil, I can see how they earned those five stars. Phil was upfront with his assessment on the job needed. The job was completed quickly and under budget. How refreshing. I will not be taking my car Any place else. C & G has earned my business.

They told us to take an appointment to talk about the issue of my car and I did as asked. I drove 40 minutes to get there but the man at the front desk refused to tell me what kind of services they can provide and what kind of diagnostic they can perform on my car. I asked to kindly talk to a mechanic but he said that I can only talk to him. Wasted 1.5h of my time .

C&G Auto is a top notch, reputable and quality car repair facility. Had a check engine light that came on on my Cadi ATS Coupe and didn't want to go the dealer route. Brought my vehicle to the facility and dealt with Isaiah at the front desk. Professional and courteous all the way through and addressed all my concerns. Later in the repair process, I also had to deal with Phil and he explained everything regarding my repairs. He was a huge advocate for me when dealing with my car warranty company, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He really went to bat for me when the car warranty was jerking me around. These guys take care of their customers. Top rate facility.

My husband and I went in to get an oil change last week and a diagnostic of my VW Jetta that is near 114k miles. The staff was very friendly and the waiting area had a home feel to where I wouldn t mind to wait, very comfortable inside and the staff gave a very comfortable vibe as well. I watched the staff interact with other customers as well and they were very patient and kind with others with barriers of communication. The outcome of my car I was fearing was not as bad as I feared and they were very honest on what needed immediate attention and what could wait. They did not mind to repeat themselves with any questions we had as not everyone is knowledgeable of cars, I feel I m in great hands with this business and we will definitely be returning customers. Thank you so much for making your customers priority and actually being kind and caring human beings.

Have been using C&G auto repair for about a year for car maintenance. Great service pricing is fair friendly staff. Willing to work with customer. Having a auto mechanic background myself I am comfortable with C&G working on my vehicle

They lied about what I needed for my car. I only needed rotors and breaks pads. They said I also needed a new filter and a break fluid flush. He said every time breaks are changed they have to do a break fluid flush. My brother told me that was a lied. They showed me a picture of a dirty filter from their computer and told me it was my filter and it wasn't...the mechanic where I ended up going to showed me my filter and my filter was clean...they wanted to charge me over $1,100 charging me over 500 in different fees. I took it to a mechanic that only charged me $160 for the work and I only paid less than $300 for the rotors and break pads from Autozone..They are scammers. They charged my daughter over $2,000 for some repairs but still couldn't fix the main problem. Her lights are still on. They said they can't do nothing about that. Just because we qualified for financing they over charged us for repairs and fees since we didn't have to pay all at once. Thank God my brother called me and told me to take it somewhere else.

Don t go here for coolant repairs!! They gave me a completely wrong inspection!!! I was here to get an inspection for my car because my engine was overheating. They told me my coolant reservoir is leaking and a heater hose is leaking. So I trusted them at first and went ahead with the inspection. They told me they need the car for the next day because it was already 4 PM (and they close at 6 PM). So I let them inspect it the next day. The quote they gave me was $900!! I was shocked. But they told me that is what needs to be done and this is only the first step. So I quickly called other mechanics to see what they could give me and one gave me a quote for only about $450 for the same services!! And here comes the best part. I took my car for an inspection at a different mechanic and they found something completely different!! The coolant reservoir is not leaking (even though they claimed it did). Also, they found my water pump is not working properly and that was another reason for the overheating. This shop did not even inspect the water pump. This would have meant, if I even would have went for the $900, I still would have had issues and needed to pay for the water pump replacement!!! Unbelievable. Sorry, but I expect better service. Maybe this was a one-time mistake, but I still expected better.

The best local neighborhood mechanic shop hands down, well worth giving them your business.The staff is amazing, the work is detailed and prices are fair for the the amount of talent handling your daily driver or even your vehicular toys.Do not hesitate and give them a chance to improve the health of your car.

Phil was great. He identified that the problem was likely involved with a GM Bulletin and said that GM would likely cover the repair for no charge even though it wasn't a warranty issue. He could have easily taken the car, done the work and charged me several hundred dollars but he was awesome.

I called and spoke with Isiah about bringing my car in, and he told me to come on in, not too many places can work on exotic car, but C & G auto center can. After the diagnostic Denny the lead mechanic told me what the problem was, he suggested a fix and I was pleased with the outcome. The guys and C & G auto center are great. They have exceptional service, I won t hesitate to take my automobiles there for any service needed. Thanks guys

Unfortunately my car was 17 years old and not worth repairs. C&G were gracious and gave me enough time to make arrangements to have it junked while working around my 50 hours a week work schedule. As you can imagine with a car that old this was not the first time I had it there and I can say that they were always pleasant to work with and I've never had an issue with any of the work they've done.

I am absolutely grateful for C&G services. I put my trust in them to check out a used vehicle I recently purchased. I didn t feel pressured to purchase and appreciated their professional opinion. I refuse to go to the Jeep dealerships in the Orlando area anymore. I started researching mechanics in the area that work on Jeeps. I found C & G, and my experiences have been great. Johnathan does a fantastic job communicating with me about what needs to be fixed and how long it will take to get my Jeep back to me. They are extremely fair on pricing and do a great job. I highly recommend it.

This is my second service experience at C&G for a large engine oil leak. The outstanding service experience with Isiah and the technician at C&G Auto for my Cadillac repair was more like the treatment and attention-to-every-detail of a luxury resort than that of any other auto or similar experience I ve had. Had brake fluid flushed. It cost half what the dealership was going to charge me. I had an appointment and I was in and out as expected. Wait area is nice and clean. The staff were friendly. For prolonged service they said they have loaner cars for free. I'm very impressed and I'll be going back for service in the future.

This place is by far has the most accommodating, most professional, absolutely personable and compassionate group of people! My husband has been going to this shop for couple of years now. He had always spoken highly about this shop, and when I had to get my brakes/rotor changed (front and rear), I didn t think twice to go to them for my car! Not only they have accommodated everything I needed for my car, but was very communicative and personable all throughout the process! Absolutely good hearted people as they also focus on people in need. They give back, and that s absolutely amazing to us! We are very blessed and grateful to have them as our go-to auto shop.

What a great experience AGAIN! I was told by a tow truck guy I had a broken motor mount. I remembered that 2 years ago on vacation in Orlando I needed a mechanic and visited C&G who installed a motor mount! I called them and was told yes it s warranted for 2 years. Yahoo! I take it in and they look and confirm yes -motor mount problem. It s 10am and Jonathan says it ll take till 3 so he actually called an Uber on their account to take me to my hotel!!!!! Thank you . When I go back and get in my car it s beeping. Another guy takes it back in and returns saying Your key fob battery was dead. I replaced it for you . Needless to say these things made my day!

The employees of C and G auto were kind, honest, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. On vacation with my family, I had an urgent need that could have been tragic if left unattended. C and G diagnosed and fixed the issue the same day, and had me back on the road quickly.

Very prompt and super friendly! Came in with a broken window a month ago and they were fast with the repair. Had a headlight issue today and they fixed it, free of charge. Can t recommend enough, so glad we moved nearby because we will be going here for all of our care care needs!

Took my 08 expedition EL with a rough idle. Car sat in Ohio for 3 years and is all rusted out. Even knowing that they couldn't work on the car because of it, the honesty was deeply appreciated. Jonathan and Ben the tech took the time to explain everything clearly. Not every one does that these days. I would recommend this shop to everyone. What a great smell and very clean lobby for an Auto Repair shop. Ladies you don t have to worry about sitting or the bathrooms everything is clean. My whole life around mechanics and this is the best one I have ever been in. Oh also they have great fast vehicle and customer service with reasonable prices. Believe it or not, this shop is top notch! They have courtesy vehicles available for situations where you need one while your vehicle is being repaired. They go above and beyond for service and friendliness. They have a charging port for electric vehicles, and also service them too. Primarily I have plenty of interaction and experience with the staff at this location because of issues I had with my bicycle actually. Whether it was attire that needed air, a tool I needed to borrow, or a part that needed tightening because it was loose, they would always help any way possible. But I had also noticed the types of repairs and the quality of work that they were doing in the shop when I would be there getting help with my vehicle or my bicycle. They are absolutely awesome!

Don t go here they overcharge and will scam you. I brought my car in because it stopped accelerating. Instead of fixing the actual reason I brought it in for, they did my brakes, claimed I had an oil leak and some other small stuff that didn t need to be done and made me pay $4,000 for it to be fixed I still have the issue and they won t give me a refund simply because they fixed other issues that needed it instead of helping my original problem.

Hands-down, the best auto repair shop in Central, Florida. I live in Minneola now and I still drive 45 minutes to have my car service by them. Integrity is so hard to come by in any industry let alone the auto industry and their team has it in abundance.Phil, the manager was absolutely incredible. I hired them to do a tip to tail inspection on my car to be prepared for upcoming expenses and not only did his team do a thorough job, but Phil walked me through everything they recommended and why as well as their order of importance. Even going so far as to show me and reproduce the problem right before my eyes.Some repair recommendations are based on mileage, some on actual issues with the car but if you ask them, which is which they will walk you through the details, so you can make an informed decision to protect your family, your vehicle, and keep things running in tiptop shape.I am incredibly grateful to have found an automotive shop I can trust.

My son was having issues with his car and he took it Pepboys to get a diagnostic. He was informed that his clutch was slipping. A Pepboys technician later test drove the vehicle and refused to repair the vehicle. They told us the car shut off and the engine light came on. The vehicle is 6 speed manual and I believed it stalled on the technician. After doing a little research on the internet, we liked the reviews from C&G Auto Center. My son dropped off the vehicle and they did confirm it was the clutch. The vehicle was repaired the same day, which was faster than I expected. The staff was professional and they provided an exceptional service. The vehicle has running been great!
