ZERO STARS!!! They have had my vehicle for 3 weeks. Keith states he doesn t know when the mechanic can figure out the problem. Take your vehicles somewhere else. You may have to take legal action. I will elaborate when my vehicle is returned to me.

Took my 2020 Gladiator there today for an alignment after I installed my new lift. Staff members, especially Keith, the manager, were super friendly and helpful. I m not kidding when I say the price here was half of what I d been quoted anywhere else. Not only that, the Jeep rides much smoother than before. The price was so good I opted for additional services such as tire balance and rotation. I will definitely be going back and recommending a few more friends. Thank you to Jeeper s Den for suggesting that I get the work done at Bronco John s!!!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

About 2 months ago I was referred to brocco John's. I had a problem with my transmission slipping. Of course I thought worst case scenario I'm going to have to get a new transmission. When I contacted them they informed me that it may be my transmission or could be the computer to my transmission. They inspected my vehicle and formed me it was the computer. Ordered the computer installed it had my car up and running in no time. Everything was done when they said they were going to do it and it cost what they said it was going to cost. I was absolutely shocked on how much money I saved when all of the other guys wanted to just replace my transmission. I will definitely be using them in the future and thankful I found them!Service: Transmission

I took my old Jeep to this shop because one of my neighbors who also owns an old Jeep recommended it....(they work on all makes of automobiles) I was quoted about $400 worth of repairs and service......when I went to pay the bill they said I only owed $150....when they started working on it realized the extent of the needed repairs were less than estimated and were able to rebuild one of the parts.....I was very impressed with their honesty and customer service. they could've charged the original amount and I may never had known the difference.......especially being a woman.......some people may want to take advantage of our lack of knowledge of auto repair.This is the shop were I will be taking my 3 cars for service and repair from now on and recommend to others.

A couple months ago I took my 2004 Isuzu truck in for an electrical problem. Keith was kind courteous was right up front with me on my issue. He told me he would call me when it was done and we picked the truck up three hours later. All my issues where gone. have recommended several customers to Bronco Johns and they have been taken care of with outstanding customer service and pricing.

They did not keep customer informed of the progress and severity of issue. Had to call to find out what is wrong and what is the next step. Overall, have 94 Ford Ranger with tranie issues. Had it repaired, runs great so far. Will give an update in 2 weeks.

I was buying my vehicle thru drive time and this is one of the authorized auto centers to fix on my car . they are always helpful honest and caring any thing or concern i ever have i bring my car to them. They are efficient and awesome i would and i do recommend them to anyone i can when asked where i get my vehicle serviced.

this shop has Had My girlfriends Car for a Month and can't seem to fix the transmission ,taken it back apart 3 times still nothing, no reason other than BS reasons as to why they have not finished.. Was told it would take a few days to fix not a month. If you think this is good business to hold a car and not do the job right the first time or keep to your word then you need to close your shop...if you wish to be blown off and get stuck without a ride this is the shop for you....Worst people ever ..went in today to find out about car they returned unfixed and said please remove the car from property..did not offer to tow...did'nt offer a shop that can fix what their supposed qualified mechanics should be able to do..of course not guy laugh while returning the keys to us.. That is not how you treat a customer The manager is a assclown..his employees are monkeys acting like they can turn a wrench.....You get No stars for good business You Suck

If you ever have car issues this is one of the best places in Orlando I would personally have to say to have your car worked on!They are great and at a reliable price to where when you drive off you know you got your money's worth!
