Love this place most of the time if you get your car in early it s done by the end of the day. Bob is a great guy prices are very good. The owner is friendly, knows what hes doing, and gives an affordable price. He will take time to listen to your issues and test drive it to see if theres any other issues with the car/truck. He works on all brands and all years of cars. The owner isnt the type of owner that sits behind a desk, he will actually get down and dirty with the mechanics. Bob and his crew have taken care of my cars for 5+ years. He is honest and dependable with exceptional turn around for most repairs. His prices are more than fair and he will give you options for the repairs if there any available . A solid mechanic like Bob can keep your car running for a long time.

Rolled in there atmosphere was great Charlie took good care of me for an oil change really quick fast and definitely professional. If you want experience mechanics and you having problems with your car they will definitely fix it or lead you in the right direction

Bob and his guys are great. First came to them 8 years ago when I wasquoted 1300 and 1500 to fix my a/c. Bob did it for 269.00 and it's stillworking great!!! We have been with Bob ever since and can ALWAYS count on him doing the right thing right!!! That guy is amazing!!

Bob and his crew is hands down one of a kind guys. Bob is vary knowledgeable, honest and up lifting guy to be around. I'm vary particular of people working on any of my cars. If I can't figure something out about what's wrong he is always there to pretty much answer me with the right answer with and I'll fix it myself. Or if I can't do it because I don't have the right tools to I know he can do it for me. Me growing up with my dad being a mechanic and my dad getting stumped on a few thing him self he pretty much will go to Bob if he also has a problem with a car. His work is great and vary far on his prices. They take there time on everything and nothing leaves his shop with out him looking over everything. Even if he works on it him self or not. No other shop I will go to but here. Thanks Bob!

Great prices and work, but horrible customer service in my experience. I've been left out of the loop on multiple things, having to actively retrieve information myself. I've been pushed back weeks for an appointment, to the point where my car broke down before getting in. I will repeat the prices on repairs and work done are FANTASTIC, but be warned unless you get in with a car when they open shop at 8, you will be put on the backburner. What they're missing is someone to take care of customers as their main job, but I don't know if that's common in the auto industry.

I'm confused??? We bought a replacement used motor from A1 auto salvage in Apopka. Though we have someone lined up to do the motor swap we asked if they could recommend someone. I was given a name and this number and told that they do great work quickly and CHEAP! So I was happy to save several hundred dollars. The only problem is that we have been calling for several days and no one is answering the phone??? Can anyone chime in and let me know if they are still in business???UPDATE: Decided to take a ride over there since it was only 15 minutes away. LOL There was a note on the door that said they would be back on May 1st. The only problem is that they don't have an answering machine, so new customers don't think they are out of business. Very easy to do is have the calls forwarded to a cell phone. Almost everyone knows that 99% of all US cell providers offer voicemail... ;-)Update #2 They did a good job and the price was great. Now we're having the steering rack&pinion replaced and the price again, was/is great!!!Give them a shot ;-) & try to get the best price from them... Sometimes the first quote is not they're rock bottom acceptable price... Haggle a bit...

This is not the biggest shop out there, but they are amazing. Unless it's a really huge problem, they usually get the car back same day. They communicate well, they do good work and are not overpriced.

I am furious that they ripped my family off while i was on deployment. My wife's AC wasnt working in our car and they charged us $734.85 and $297.14 for apparently replacing the compressor, condenser, dryer, and expansion valve... Basically the whole system supposedly 'new'. Then it still doesnt work..... So she cant go back for them to fix it because she had to move and drive to VA.... with a broken AC in the summer with 2 kids. So $1000 later the best they did was send 'another new compressor' in the mail to our new address. I come home from deployment and find out the problem myself, was in fact the compressor wasnt operating correctly. So i replaced it with the new one- come to find the one he replaced it with, and i paid $650 dollars for, was a used piece of * all rusted, locked up, and clearly not new. Im so mad i couldnt do this myself in the first place and prevent pieces of * like this from taking advantage of women that dont have an understanding of automobile systems. Then they have the nerve to request the old compressor to be mailed back to him. They are gonna hear about that one from me personally. This is a straight up dirt bag mechanic and he puts used/broken parts in your cars, and charging people like its new. I highly recommend refraining from this business and i will make sure i do everything in my power to make this known. This is in fact illegal practice and people need to know that if this happens to you, you can file a lawsuit. I hope the people at bobs see this and know, the only way im taking down these reviews is if i receive compensation in the mail, or prepare to lose alot more business and money than you took from me. I am active duty navy and i dont play when people take advantage of my family.

Wonderful Mechanic honest not like others that I have gone to that told me my car had this and that and it would cost me boy the price it's was so high when I went to Bob's the Guy check my car and it was none of the things the other Mechanic told me it was something different and he put the parts and put them in my Jeep is working like a champ now and he did not charge me alot it was a very cheap price and he and his Son give wonderful customers service this is my official mechanic from now on won't trust anyone else with my Jeep and my Husband pick up
