Absolute BEST place to take a mini cooper. Gone here multiple times now for issues that other specialty mini shops and dealer couldn t figure out. (Or they wanted arm and leg for). Literally thought I was going to have to scrap my car before finding Bimmertech. It s the kind of place that will actually find the real small piece/issue vs saying just replace a huge chunk. Ac fixed without replacing unit, seperate wiring issue fixed without replacing harness, years of mechanic stumping fuel issues fixed- can t recommend more.

I went to three other mechanics in Orlando before I found Bimmer Tech. These guys are by far the best.THEY ACTUALLY RUN CODES AND CLEARLY TELL YOU WHAT THEY FIND. Beyond that they have reasonable prices, good explanations, fast turnaround. Now that I found this place, I'm never going anywhere else.

I would not go here. They charged me to tell me the same thing I told them about my vehicle. Then proceeded to tell me to install a new motor. When it wound up being the vvt cam, bearings and actuator. (500 for parts) vs a new engine (9800 for motor)

I love this shop. If you own a bmw or mini this is where you need to go. They are honest reputable and straightforward. You can trust them to never over do repairs and help you care for your vehicle. 3rd car and they are the only shop who touch my car or even my mom's car. 5 stars is not enough.

These guys rock! I had a leak in my 2012 5 series. Other so called bmw shops didn't have a clue where the leak was from. Bimmer tech knew exactly where the water was coming from. I came in vulnerable the leak had shorted out my accelerator pedal and my car barely made it to their shop. They had me up and running less than 24 hours later. I figured it was going to cost a fortune to get my car running again but little did I know this establishment was more than fair on the repair cost. Anyone with a bmw would be a fool not to take their car to Bimmer tech. Thanks again!!

I had an amazing experience here!!!Definitely recommend it to anyone, affordable prices and quality work, they even did a bit extra for me and helped me find out my timing chain is pretty messed up probably saved me a few thousand

BEWARE this shop should be closed down, they know nothing about BMW s, The guy must ve worked at Walmart and thought he was a Bimmer tech. I brought my Bimmer in for what should ve been a simple task, I ended up bringing the car back three times they did not even know how to bleed the coolant system properly, charged for new coolant and then when coolant leaked out they suggested i put water in the system i just paid them to repair and fill .on top of that they use cheap parts from Amazon. It has not even been two months and I am replacing the same part that I paid them for, I will replace myself this time, you cannot trust these people with anything they are thieves and like anything else if you want something done right do it yourself BEWARE of the shop these people are lazy and incompetent, pretend to be professional but are anything but!!!! Shame on you Walmart Tech.

Had to drop a new engine in my baby these guys were great and able to help out with the assist. Recommend these guys they know what they re doing. Big help thought I d never be back in this ride lol. Life savers!!

Had them perform a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a BMW I was looking to purchase from a local dealer while I am out-of-state. Leslie did a great job explaining the process and coordinated with the dealership to get it done the next day. Brought my 05 bmw 325i for a simple job to change out my oil cooler, they over charged me for parts, a 1hr job became a week, never called to inform me what's going on, i had to constantly call for them to give me some excuse on the delay. Finally pick up the vehicle after telling me it's done and he so called tested everything with no issues. 40 mins in driving after picking up my car and it breakes down, overheating, coolant poured out the same part that got "replaced". Gave them a call and after 4 hours finally got them to send a tow truck, they tell me somthing wrong with the part and i need to replace more parts in my coolant system cause of the overheat they caused. After they so call fixed the problem (took them another 2 weeks and $800 to fix the problem) and drove it home and it has the same leaking issue, on top of that they left my white car with greese marks all over and no attention to clean up after themselves. i gave up and went somewhere else to find out that they didn't replace any parts everything on my coolant system needed to be new so i basically gave them over $1000 to store my car in their garage. Bottom line don't use this place unless you want to lose your car,money,time and patience. Total scam garage. they are not professional and no care for you or your car.

Highly recommend if you love your BMW. I experienced honest, kind, and knowledgeable service with Leslie up front. The management was extremely helpful and understanding. They worked to accommodate both my finances and my schedule. On top of that, the costs were spot on. No gimmicks. I was allowed to pay up front, and my e46 325ci drove away happier than she d been in a long long time.I made an extra appointment for diagnostics.And it s a weird feeling wanting to go back to the mechanic, just cuz.

I am speechless... I scheduled a service with Bimmer Tech to have my brakes changed out. The day of my appointment they did a check to make sure I didn't need anything else prior to starting and they came back and told me that my brakes were at 50% so I really didn't need brakes yet unless I just wanted to change them now for convenience.I am speechless! I've never been to an auto repair shop that actually told me what I don't need at least my regular scheduled service. I thanked them and told them though they didn't have my business that day. They would see me as soon as I needed anything else. Honesty goes a long way.... special thank you to Leslie who shared the info with me and the tech who was honest about his findings. This only tells me that anytime I do need your service. The honesty will continue. Now that's real service! I highly recommend them if you're in need of honest service... their waiting room was very clean and neat as well... very impressed!

Flawless first experience, will be here in the future!Took my 328i here to get a second opinion after being told by Fields BMW I needed a new oil pan because they could not get the drain plug off. They quoted me $1500 and insisted it was "mandatory" by next oil change. I had Bimmer Tech take a look, and with some technique from their crew, I payed for a regular oil change and was good to go... Can t say enough great things about this family run company! Amazing service with passionate people running it! Very accommodating and knowledgeable. They gave my 330i the routine maintenance and tuneup it needed and I was very impressed. I would recommend the shop to anybody with a BMW who wants it taken care of the way it should be! Can t wait to go back!!! Nelson the owner and Leslie in the office are so kind and helpful. Luis who worked on my car knew exactly what the issue was during the test drive! This place is awesome! I took my 2011 BMW 328i in because the check engine light was on. She was idling pretty rough. I left it overnight, and got a call back saying I had a loose ignition coil. That s it. That s all. They retightened it back in place, and now I m ridin good again!!! No hidden or screwed up fees! This place is my official go to for all of my BMW service needs!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I sold my Jetta to an online retailer and the check engine light was on, and they said the car was unacceptable in that condition. Walked into Bimmer Tech with no appointment, asked if they could scan and fix, and they got me done and had my car taken care of within 30 minutes. Super friendly staff all around. When it came time to settle up, they DID NOT CHARGE ME A DIME! They said this was just a quick fix and nothing was showing as an issue. I would have gladly paid the diagnostic fee but they would not let me since they said it was such a simple problem. They did not take any of my information and let me go on my way. I spent more time waiting in line at the VW dealer to speak to a service rep than Bimmer Tech spent fixing my car. This shop is as honest as they come. I will definitely be using their services again and they get the highest possible recommendation! Support small businesses, especially this one!

End up having to go to the other Bimmer Tech f something for electronics but these folks were so nice to point out to me a quasi competitors location. Their lobby is fantastic. You have to wait for your car there. You're in a great place to be so give em five stars even though I haven't actually had my car serviced there.

Known the owner of this shop for many years and I would trust him to solve any issue you could have with your BMW. He is very passionate and knowledgeable. Look no further for an independent shop to service your vehicle.

Best place to get your BMW worked on. They will diagnosed your car perfectly. My tensioner pulley was misaligned by ONLY 1MM & they fixed it & haven t had a problem since. Go here & listen to these experts if you want your BMW fixed

I highly recommend this shop! Was visiting from out of town. Power steering on my X5 was making noise..took it to Bimmer Tech for a diagnostic. They fit me in last minute and was so professional and courteous!I was in panic mode because I was going to drive back 500+ miles back home that same day and felt uneasy driving my car back with that noise.They explained in detail what was happening and gave me assurances I could get back home and recommend to get it checked out further. I was able to drive it home with no issues.Thanks so much again..when I visit my family down here will definitely come by to take my BMW's for service!5 star service!!!

My 06 X5 had been parked for 8 months due to leaking brake lines and having no time to fix them myself. We are heading up to Canada in 2 weeks to visit my wife's family and needed our BMW back in action as we can't take the vehicle we have been borrowing on a several thousand mile 3 week trip.After getting frustrated that none of the other BMW shops in Orlando wanted to give me even a hint at what kind of cost I'd be looking at for a brake line repair, I called Leslie at BimmerTech, and she gave me a rough cost over the phone. I understand a mechanic needs to look at a car to commit to an estimate, but there's a certain price point at which it's a waste of everybody's time to even tow it to the shop.I towed the car in a few days later. After they looked at the car, the final estimate was right in line with what I was told over the phone - always a pleasant surprise ;-)The car was ready to be picked up a few days later. I drove it home. The car was able to stop without running red lights or rear ending anyone. Mission accomplished :-DLeslie is wonderful to work with and they do a great job, on the agreed upon timeline, at a fair price. Couldn't be happier and would recommend this shop to anyone without hesitation.
