Don t trust this place!!! They quoted me 6 weeks max for a new engine in my rig. My Rig was held hostage for 6 months due to trying to locate parts . Customer service is terrible. Trying to get a update on progress is near impossible because no one EVER answers the phone. So I had to drive an hour back and forth basically every week trying to get updates. 6 months of lost work and not even a sorry just excuses. Til this day my engine is still leaking oil, but I refuse to take it back there for fear of more months of lost work. Also, owner quoted me in the 20 thousand dollar range and the final bill was $33,000. If this was New England I would sue him for damages, but in FL it s a lost cause and the owner knows it.

Good evening people!!! I will tell you my story my experience from this place. Very bad Starting owner has an attitude and some of the call them self Mechanics to me all the do is changing parts and even on that the are bad. We had a quote for the maximum price on a whole rebuilt engine and that was me taking the block to get it decking. 25,000 the high side labor new parts when I specified everything new including houses. Then he told me was 33,000 and change. My fault was I never did it on writing I trust his word and I got screwed.Well the use the old hoses back in the truck was leaking oil from day one I took it he had my Truck for over 5 months I lose a contract because of this shop. The owner be nice only when he wants money from you. After he gets your money and you call them the don't even answer the phone. You have to show up there and when you do he gets with an attitude. I went there more than 6 times getting a ride or Uber the I never got reimbursed from it. I spent close to 35,000 dollars and still leaks oil from the front. Something the he knew about it. I never would spent a dime on this place who ever ask me I will tell them don't you dare go to that place. The rip me off obviously the don't know how to work on this engines. The truck still having leaks on a engine the I pay to get everything new all the did was a make a mess I regret take my truck to this place. Any one who see this listen to my advice. T ake it to a real shop the if you are goin to pay 35,000 you shouldnt have no issues. Still having issues looking for a real garage who they know how to fix the problem. RIP OFF PLACE A LOT OF MONEY THE I PAID TO THIS MAN AND GOT RIP OFF. STAY AWAY AND PAID THE DEALER OR A REAL GARAGE. Today August 08/23 I called this facility because my DEF system is leaking profusely; to the point I have to carry extra DEF on the truck to refill. After my delivery this afternoon I called around to find a mechanic to seek repair. I called a number who s wife name is Tina and the husbands name is Robert (what a coincidence). The owner answered the phone and stated that they were closing at 16:30 (it was 15:45) and the shop was 18 miles from my delivery. We are here in Orlando, Florida (so a 18 mile trek is 30-40 minutes). I arrived big rig in tow at 16:00. When on the phone I used a deep southern drawl (as I normally emulate when confronted with one) not sure if the owner took me to be non-melanated, southern drawl and all. When I arrived (darker than ever due to the extensive heat) they were all shocked. The first thing I noticed were all the rebel flags on every ones license plate (red flag #1), once in the shop his (Billy the owner) entire story changed I told your boss that we were closing and for you to come back in the morning (why would I drive my rig 18 miles in the opposite direction of my next delivery for you tell me that lie). Billy then has his assistant look up another facility they state closed at ten o clock. Mind you I m there because I m leaking DEF profusely. Since these hillbillies aren t going to help me I ask if I can purchase some DEF from them. I kept three containers (2.5 gallons a piece) from earlier this morning. These nasty lying individuals charged me $87.33 for three containers. Which at a fueling station would have cost me $4.39 cents per gallon, in the store they range from $9.00 dollars at Walmart and $22.25 if you buy them by the box at a Loves, Pilot, TA. I said all this as anavoidance. Please be careful if your melanated, I truly believe had I had a rebel flag, non melanated. I wouldn t be sitting here at a booth because I would be able to relax in my truck with the air conditioning. I don t recommend them at all. As a business owner myself. I understand the power of great customer service. This facility lacks integrity, customer service and down right humanitarianism.

This is not the kind of company one would expect to encounter in a metropolitan city such as Orlando. I would have expected this company to be located in a small backwater town in the south in the 1920s.This is a very negative review. So, I am not going to give you my opinions on what or why, but rather I'm going to give you just the facts and you can decide for yourself.May 13 broke down, I suspected a fuel line leak.May 15, morning; called BME to see if they serviced RVs. Two other calls to BME confirming that they do service RVs.May 15, afternoon; towed to BME. After arriving, i personally met with an owner type at BME and was told that no, they do not service RVs.May 15, late afternoon; Convinced BME that they had said that they do service RVs on three different phone calls that day. BME told the tow company to drop the RV out front, on county property. I was told that they couldn't work on it for 3-4 weeks.May 15-24 waiting, many days temperatures were in the low 90s and the RV didn't have AC. But i couldn't leave for fear of them saying that they looked for me and that i had missed my turn. Other customers who did not resemble me had instant access to a mechanic. They were in and out on the same day. I never encountered another customer who resemble me.May 25-26; BME worked on my RV. I asked them to find the fuel and transmission leaks, get the on-board generator going and to replace a broken shock. After two days of working on it, they could not find a fuel leak, they replaced transmission seals, they did not get the generator going and they could not source a new shock, after pulling the broken one off of my vehicle. For what they did do they charged me almost $900. After 9 days of waiting, now it was Friday afternoon before Memorial Day. They told me that they couldn't find a replacement shock. They said that I should try to find one as I drive a 28K lbs vehicle 1200 miles to Michigan over Memorial Day weekend. Oh, and the missing shock is on my front(steering) axle. They are mechanics and couldn't find one, but I should find one on the road over Memorial Day weekend. BME also gave me 4 replacement part numbers for the shock. They were all wrong. Obviously, I was not going to drive an unsafe RV that distance over a major holiday. But they keep urging me to leave.June 1: The beginning of the standard end game, intimidation with the police. More of the same, white business owner, black male disrupting business. BME's service manager comes over to the RV and says he had been trying to be nice, but no more, I have until Monday to leave. I told him that i had found a replacement shock, it wasn't that difficult, and that I wasn't leaving. What BME refuses to say is that they won't service me because saying that elevates this to the federal courts. So on Monday, I am waiting for the police to come. I will get the police report that i will need to proceed. It's going to be interesting to see how BME dance around denial of service because of race.UPDATEThe shock that BME could not source, I ordered it, and it was delivered via FedEx at 4:35pm June 1 to BME.

Jonathan was able to fit us in at the last minute before leaving town. I've been to Bil-Mas multiple times in the past months for various different issues regarding different trucks and each time he and his team have been extremely quick to get our vehicles back to us in working order.

Don t waste your time coming to this place, they don t really know about truck services. They took 24 hrs to trying to find out what was going on with my truck and I ended up leaving because they did not know what was going on. Really bad service and they work to slow.

Rating one star because phone customer service sucks. They're rude, especially the receptionist who told me to hurry up because other customers were waiting after I waited 15 minutes just to get connected. She is rude and very unprofessional and I would fire her if that's what is representing that company!
