I was recommended to come here by a coworker after they had a great customer experience. My tail light was out, and I had really outstanding service from Will and Joel. Will helped me get the bulb for my model of vehicle and Joel helped replace it. These guys are above and beyond awesome. Friendly and very competent! I'd highly recommend this store to people.

The store manager Helga and the young man (I hate I didn't remember his name), but he had on a New England Patriots jacket are the best!!!! I love how nice, kind and friendly they both were. Great and efficient work no matter how many people are in the store. Everyone knows how frustrating it is when trying to fix your car, but these people have amazing patience and I can't recommend them enough. Raise for them ASAP AND KEEP THESE PEOPLE WITH THE COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE WHAT YOU WANT IN EMPLOYEES

Jean C went behold the extra mile! I was working in replacing both control arms and Jean assisted majorly with looking up videos and helping with rental tools so I could complete my job! Jean was instrumental and a live saver as I was at my ends. Would highly recommend this location as customer service was too notched even helped when a part didn t fit just right, they helped like if they were working on the car with me!

Pedro, thank you for your excellent service, you were the only one who could help me. with my SUV since the Auto Zone service in Oviedo nobody helped me. I recommend this Auto Zone with my eyes closed and I recommend Pedro because he works giving the best service.

I had to ask for assistance this trip into this store. I didn't have the number for the taillight I needed and the staff got me what I needed and I was on my way home to fix it.

Mohammad needs a raise! Right when I walked in he asked if I needed assistance and asked if there was anything I m looking for in particular. I walked in there not knowing what exactly to get. He went out of his way to assist me and help me get the right oil and coolant for my car.. and he was so knowledgeable and patient with me. He went out his way to even help me out the oil and coolant in the car to make sure it was good. He didn t have to do that. Great retail customer service and I will For sure come back to this location. Definitely need to have more people like him because he was fantastic!!

I stop at this store with a "complicated" battery issue for my Jeep compass. These guys were extremally helpful and patient with the situation. Christian and Pedro saved my day! I'm grateful and happy I came here.

I'm a sucker for AutoZone which is hard for husband to be a O'Reilly's fan but this location in particular is why I stick to AutoZone because the staff are more knowledgeable and helpful then other locations .

I just wanted to take a moment to applaud the excellent customer service that I experienced at Auto Zone. The store manager Ray helped me out with a simple fix, it even started raining a bit, but he never missed a beat. I would recommend anyone to this store to get the help they need. Keep up the good work, salute!

Andres Torres was very helpful. He explained everything in layman terms, which was very much appreciated. He was quick and efficient and he provided exceptional customer service. I went with my sister to get her battery changed and was very pleased with the service.

Dennis was wonderful!He helped me and my boyfriend fix our tire! Not even the best part!He literally taught us how to do it if we ever needed to do it again.He offered nicer products then what we picked out.I ve always had the greatest experience with this store s team.

I recently got a ticket for my headlight being out. Considering I couldn t do the job by myself I went to autozone to get a replacement. In my car the battery needs to be taken out to have a replacement light so Dennis helped me. He walked me through the steps to help me fix my issue now and he also gave me knowledge for future. Thanks Dennis. I highly suggest promoting him. Great customer service! I will be coming back for brakes next week since he was such a great and nice help.

I had a deficient battery. The sales associate checked the battery and confirmed the problem. We were able to get a good battery at a great price. Service was awesome. The associate was attentive and knowledgeable. He addressed our needs and resolved them. His name us Hector.

I regularly go to this store and other AutoZone's in the area. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always take care of me. I purchased a battery here and it died before the warranty was up and they replaced it at no cost to me. I've saved hundreds of dollars through their tool rental program as well. Will always come back for my car needs.

Was in and out super quick. Andres helped out so much. All I needed was a plug for the plastic lip of the front of my car and he not only pointed me to the right plug, but he also took the liberty to install it himself. Great service from the store and Andres.

Good location and helpful staff. They offer the traditional services of checking your battery and alternator. They keep all the usual parts in stock and will install batteries on request. The manager was helpful and was working with the other team member when I stopped by the store. They acknowledged that I was there and said they would be with me in a few moments, as they were a little busy when I walked in. The location was clean and organized. They had the air filter I was looking for on hand, but didn't have seat covers in stock that would fit my Ranger's driver's seat. I was told I would need to order online and that they only carried the generic bucket seat or bench seat covers. I would recommend this location to others!

Dennis is extremely helpful in helping me change parts in my car. I m there at least once a month replacing little things and he s always at my service willing to help without me asking. I m always greeted by the staff when entering no matter what time of the day I come. Dennis is amazing at what he does and always has an answer for questions/recommendations on my car. I definitely recommend asking for him if you need assistance he s awesome.

Went into AutoZone on Christmas Eve because I had a piece of furniture in my back seat that I got in but couldn t get out. It was a vintage piece and had wheels that I was hoping to get off with a tool so it would be easier to remove. Dennis went above and beyond to help me. He came out to the car and tried to find a tool that would fit. He also was able to remove the furniture in about 5 minutes that 3 of us had already tried for an hour. He also informed me my brake light was out which I was not aware of. He was courteous, helpful and professional and we truly appreciate the excellent service. We will always use AutoZone at this location! Donna

The service person, Andres was so helpful and courteous while he helped me look for a oring for my washer and we thought it would work, but it didn t, so when I returned it the next day he was sorry and returned it with no problem.This young man should be an example for all employees that work in retail!I will recommend this store to anyone who needs an auto parts store!Thank you again Andres!
