I ve been to this location dozens of time and always gotten the absolute best service. Speedy, helpful, knowledgeable, genuine, and always with a smile on their faces. I m fortunate to have them down the street but I d drive out of my way for this store if I needed to.

Wow. The customer service here was great on 11/25/2023. James M. was so friendly and ready to help me with my questions. I wish I remembered the gentleman who rung me up because he took initiative to stop what he was doing to help me from the line. I noticed a few other employees being really professional and friendly with other customers too.Keep up this level of service and you have a loyal customer.

I came in to have my battery tested. Robert came out to test it and informed me I needed a new battery. I remembered I purchased the battery from another store, and there was no pressure from Robert for me to purchase a battery from his store. He allowed me time to look for my receipt and I was able to determine the battery was out of warranty. I purchased a new battery from this store as it's right in my neighborhood and Robert was courtesy and helpful.

Pedro is phenomenal. My battery died- and I came by here and he helped- he literally saved me!!! I have a road trip and he saved the day. And the nicest guy! I hope he gets recognized

Came in to have the battery checked. Needed a replacement and Robert the manager checked the battery and had it replaced super quick! Love the service here.

We were doing groceries with our daughter today and when we came out of the supermarket our battery stopped working. While looking for options like waiting for an Uber 30 mins away or for roadside assistant 2 hrs away, we remembered there was an Auto Zone nearby and my husband called and explained what was going on. Pedro quickly checked how they could help and Tony was in our location within 3 minutes. He jumped started our car and we were able to go to their location and bought our battery. They went above and beyond and we will be forever grateful. Thank you!!!!!

Today i had a problem with my car starting when i pushed ignition button. Came to avalon auto zone and was blessed to meet Zach. Zach was more than helpful, did a diagnostic, found it was my battery. Zach put the battery in was courteous, helpful, and provided service with a smile!!! I am now able to drive off in confidence knowing my problem is solved and im safe! Thanks Zach you are the best!!! Avalon auto zone is now my car go to store!!!! Kudos to Zach!!!

My car was showing all kinds of crazy check engine messages & lights. Pedro checked my battery. Based on its age, almost 3 years old he said it was time to buy a new one. They had one for my car & he was able to install the battery in under 10 minutes.

Highly recommend!! We broke down early in the morning and we needed a part before they opened. The staff was kind enough to let us in 30 minutes before opening time. They helped us tremendously!!! Thank you so much!!!

I wish I knew the names of the employee/manager that helped. My daughter had pretty bad battery corrosion. She cleaned it off and went to have it tested. It tested within spec but the manager didn't like the looks of the battery and replaced it under warranty. He didn't like the idea of her getting stranded. As a father 3 hours away from his college student I am grateful for service like this. Thank you!!
