This is an urgent call to the owner of this business, I have tried to buy here several times and they leave me waiting or apparently they don't want to sell to me, we are a dealer and we buy quite a bit monthly, lack of courtesy and education, I assume that the owner will read This and he will try to contact me and fix things, because the last time I went in person that office looks like a hair salon, they leave people waiting and serve them whenever they want.NO RECOMIENDO ESTE LOCAL JAM�S

This place is so helpful and even provided us with a funnel and paper towel to check our power steering fluid level. They also let us use the bathroom which was very much appreciated! Great, helpful service!

Called on the phone and asked if I bought a battery from them would they be able to install it. Which I was told yes. Bought the battery as in store pick up. Got there then was told no / they don t install batteries paid online? employee spoke to his manager then attempted to install the battery.Used inappropriate language while trying to unhook my old battery. 2 minutes later, basically told me he could not do it and went back inside. The entire interaction was extremely unprofessional. Especially considering how much I paid for the battery.. if I knew they could not install it, I would have went somewhere else .

He was very kind and extremely helpful, amazing customer service it was very easy to explain our situation and he was more than happy to help. Great customer service from buying the battery, to disposing my old one and some extra Oil, to helping install the battery properly. Hector did a great job handling my very difficult battery and terminals. Knew what he was doing and did everything with precision. Was in and out within 10-15mins.

Went in for a refund and Mike went above and beyond to help. When I didn t think I would receive the refund due to an error on the store s part, Mike made it happen with professionalism, kindness and respect. I would give ten stars if I could Mike is an all around great guy and very thorough!Thank you very much

Stopped by this location for a quick battery change and the managers were super helpful and friendly. They were patient and did the best to get my battery out which was a bit of a struggle. They succeeded, checked my alternator and gave me sound advice. Super happy I stopped here!

Juvanile and Helena did such a good job helping me that I will definitely be going out of my way to get my car parts at this particular autozone. I ve never had such a human to human interaction with any autozone worker before and they truly made me feel like a family member at their autozone. I hope these guys get the recognition they deserve and nothing less.

Absolutely terrible service. Hector was really bad at managing employees. The organization was so bad that they could not handle a $6 exchange for 10-20 minutes without upsetting the customer and losing a customer for life. Advanced sucks to though, so at least there s that.Charged me more for a battery than promised and didNOTHING to satisfy the customer. These guys don t know what they are doing.

My car battery went out unexpectedly after work and had to get a jump start and needed a battery ASAP at 8pm on a Saturday. Excellent service I was able to get a new battery and they installed it to assure that I made it home safety.Definitely recommend! They care

The guy pretented to charge my battery then told me it wouldn't hold a charge and i need to buy a new one. Then proceeds to charge me a core charge and taking my old battery. I wish would got his name tall white guy about 6' 3' with a little belly where's a hat and glasses

Came in, there are two people standing and doing nothing but yet they can t help because they are on a commercial side.... I have never heard that before.... will never be back at this store...

Lacking any knowledge of the products they have. I had to go in the back and point out the hose I needed they had 70 feet of the sales person had no idea what 1/2 inch radiator hose was and when ask for clamps to fit it gave me 1 1/2 clamps. I would call that a lack of knowledge about what you sell.

Montel was a big help with finding my order. I had called at 5 to place my order and the team that was supposed to fulfill it had dropped the ball. Montel reassured me and made everything so easy. The customer service was 10/10

Don't trust them. I brought my car battery to be charged. When I went to pick up they couldn't find my battery and told me the battery was fine. I spent a lot of money replacing other parts. At the end the battery is damaged.
