Buying a new car at this AutoNation location was the best experience I ve had at a dealership. The customer service began the second we got out of our car from the parking lot. When we arrived, Angel greeted us and opened the door for us with a smile. We soon met Tim, and they both worked together to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and important. Jorge was also very helpful when getting our tags and made us feel like family. I was thrilled to leave with my new 2024 Chevy Equinox! They made the process easy, enjoyable, and fun! I love my new car!

My husband and I love Chevy on West colonial! It feels like a family and we are always welcomed. We recommend this location to our family and friends all the time because we receive the best service and I never feel as if I m being sold anything. We feel that they have our best interest at heart

Glenn kept us informed the entire time they had the truck. He said they might have to keep the truck for a week, but we had it back within a day. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be back and will be recommending you to others.

What an excellent shopping experience! From the initial phone conversations about what vehicle we needed thru our final pickup. Our Sales Rep was Marquis and he could not have been more helpful, knowledgeable and professional in the process! He made our shopping experience smooth and enjoyable.The same excellence in service was provided by our Financial Mgr. Jorge! I had a dead battery issue that they solved very nicely. But I had another issue, that is "shift to park" notification continuously showing even though I already put gear into the park. I paid for that already And I showed videos online that it's a very common issue in Chevrolet cars. I tried to reach them back and one of their representatives said that they will look at what they have to do with this issue but I never received any call from them. I have to face this all over driving on the road through Florida to Maryland.

If you are in a need of a car then this place is more than you are looking for. Excellent service and exceptional human being. Rodney was beyond everything to help me with my first car. I was at Jeep, Red Nissan and Hyundai across the street and it was a nightmare. Finally I came to AutoNation and got my first car and did of this experience something unforgettable. Thanks Rodney for save my time and the 5 star service!

We have checked with SEVERAL dealerships that would honor the online prices with incentives and this dealership was the ONLY one! James Wright was awesome to deal with the whole process. He was prompt to respond, straight forward and made the process a breeze. Not only did we get an awesome deal, but the process from sales, to finance dealing with Rodney Farley and detailing dept was incredible. Great service! The staff is very friendly and kept constant communication throughout the maintenance process. They have an easy communication system through text to keep customers up to date on their vehicle service. Service was completed quickly and they did an exceptional job! 10/10 highly recommend!

Really disappointed in this location. I was from out of town traveling alone with a minor child and my brand new brakes that I just had put on from a Chevy dealership were grinding and felt like the car was not stopping safely as it was prior to the brakes and rotors being replaced. I was told by the dealership at home to go in to a Chevy dealership and have an inspection done to ensure my safety before my trip back to Wisconsin so I came here. I can't remember his name, but a very tall African American male in the service department refused to do a free brake inspection when I told him that the brakes were grinding suddenly and not coming to a complete stop in a safe amount of time. He said, "Well those are new and I am not going to waste time having an inspection done on new brakes and rotors but I can schedule you for a diagnostic test to see what is wrong with your car because it sounds like it is your transmission that is grinding." Has anyone heard a transmission grind only when you apply the brake?...... yeah, me neither. I left with no idea what was wrong with the brakes. From someone who has an anxiety disorder, I can tell you that the rest of my trip was ruined because of my intense fear that my son and I were going to die in a car accident and I couldn't enjoy anything because of my worries. The travel home was worse and I cried for two days trying to drive back as carefully as I could. I can't believe this is how Chevy treats their customers. Extremely saddened about the lack of concern for the number one safety feature in a vehicle that is supposed to prevent injury and death.

Excellent customer service!!!Professional, polite and efficient. Rep (Lenny) kept me informed throughout the process. Warranty included. Only wish they gave my car a quick wash before I picked it up. Thanks to Lenny, I'd definitely consider AutoNation Chevrolet West again for repairs if/when needed.

The actual facility was great. Staff knowledgeable and courteous. They spoke with me about my issue and sent text on the status of my car. I give them 9 out 10. Your call center is horrible. They get a negative 10. I called to schedule an appointment. No one could answer my questions. I was told I would get a call back. Several hours past. I called back and informed by another staff that it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a call back. I asked why would it take that long to call back. She aid they were busy. I exclaimed everyone is busy. I waited for 48 hours. No call back. I drove to the dealership to get the help I needed

Must visit if you are in the market for a new or used car. Marquis and Luis were absolute professionals on purchase day despite it being busy and made it seamless to get a couple cosmetic issues fixed right away. Two hard working and enjoyable guys that took the stress out of the car-buying experience and worked great together. Will absolutely be referring friends that are in the market. Got an online quote to buy my car off of me. They guaranteed 8000 to 10000. I told them I was 1hr 30 min away they said depending on condition of the car 8k minimum up to 10k. After driving the 1.5hr I have to wait after setting appointment then I'm hit with 3500. I said there's nothing wrong with the car and he told me that it has to be sent to auction. Best they can do is 5500. Then I show the message for 8 to 10k. He said I'm sorry no way. Waist of time and waist of gas. This is a joke for a dealer to offer even less than a trade in value for a car with no issues. Kelly bluebook trade in valued at 8 to 10k.

let me regale you with a tale of woe and disappointment, akin to a poorly scripted drama. My recent encounter with the purported "establishment" known as autonation Chevrolet West Colonial left me questioning the very fabric of human decency.Picture it, if you will: a desolate wasteland of broken promises and shattered dreams, disguised as a car lot. From the moment I set foot on their hallowed ground, I was greeted with all the warmth of a polar vortex. I was also forced into waiting over an hour+ just to speak with one employee. It was as if my time, that could have been spent doing anything else, held no value in their eyes.I waited there, like a forgotten relic in a museum of indifference, while the minutes ticked by like a sluggish metronome. And when I finally did have the displeasure of engaging with said employee, they treated me as though I were inconveniencing them with my presence. Oh, the audacity!The sales associates, if you can call them that, were more interested in each other than assisting a paying customer. And let's not even begin to discuss the "financing options" they presented, it s quite clear when you re being bamboozled.In conclusion, unless you enjoy being treated like yesterday's news and paying top dollar for a Mid car. Steer clear of Autonation Chevrolet west colonial.Trust me, you'll thank me later.

The sales man, Benebasry was patient and helpful. He show us a few cars before making a final decision.Also, the finance officer was of tremendous help. However, waiting to see him was too long.* The car should have been serviced it was sold to us. Consequently, the following morning, we had to take back to the service department.

Overall experience was amazing from beginning to end. Everyone from the sales rep Malcom, the sales manager Matei and finance Jorge went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable. I m not usually the type of person to purchase new vehicles, but I couldn t have asked for a better deal on my truck and extremely happy with such a big purchase.

Poor customer support experience! A year ago the sales department was fantastic, however, the service department provided a less than unsatisfactory experience. I waited in line for about 7 minutes before any of the 4 advisers asked if I needed help, no paperwork was provided after servicing my vehicle there, no email with the description of the provided service was sent which by the way, they promised they will be sending the same day and lastly, I found a few spots of oil or grease on the exterior of the passenger side. I will service my vehicle in another Autonation in the area, definitely not this one.

I didn't like the manager trying to push a truck on me when I told him what I wanted. But the Salesman Marquis Oliver was great. He listened to me and got me what I wanted. He worked hard to find my truck in two days.

I ve been getting my oil change from this location for the past 3 yrs consistently since I ve gotten my new car and when I say I will NEVER return back to this location Ever Again. I booked an appointment numerous times and everytime I come in they always pull in another car before mine without an appointment because they re spending more money and I m stuck waiting over 2 to 3 hours for a simple oil change. I m spending my money just like the next person without an appointment so I should be treated with a little respect. From now on I m just going to go to Valvoline for my oil changes.

The guys are AMAZING in what can already be a stressful situation. They were funny and welcoming. They were awesome with my daughter too who can get anxiety knowing something is wrong. Turn around time was 24 hours! Great price, and the connivence of the text option was great for communication since I was traveling and couldn t really talk during the holidays. I found my new dealership here in FL. See you when it s time for an oil change!

I am from out of town my check engine light came on. Contact the dealership about getting my car diagnostic and getting it repaired so I can get back home with no worries or stress about my vehicle braking down. Service tech said it would be 24-48 hrs for the mechanic can run a diagnostic test. 1st 24 hrs went by and 48 hrs went by. I called several times, tech wasn't available to take my call. I got a call back stating the vehicle was ready. Come to fine out my vehicle wasn't not ready 2 days come that is the worst service ever, please think 2x about having this place service your vehicle. Concern Chevy owner.
