One of only 2 places that had the tires I was looking for. Ordered and we re in next day first thing in the am! The front desk woman was very kind and helpful and the service techs were friendly! Had an awesome time here. Staff was friendly and helpful. They really know there stuff from Omar (the owner of the place) to every one that works on the shop floor. Got new tires and new set of rims for a great deal. I'll be back for sure and I'll recommend this place to all my close friends.

I got my lift done with them they are great people best price in town, Omar and his team are very honest they don t try to sell you anything they tell you what you need and how you should do it . I highly recommend auto tech of Orlando to everyone it s nice to find honest mechanic these days

I ve had to take my car in a couple of times for flats and I ve found them friendly, quick, and fairly priced. The first time I was told an hour wait, which was fine as there were other cars in front of me, but it was closer to maybe 30 minutes. Took it in yesterday with another flat and from the time I left my house nearby to the time I was getting back to my house was less than thirty minutes. They got my tire plugged and remounted in probably 15 minutes total. Faster and cheaper than I d have been able to do it myself, and I trust their work (I d always doubt my own had I undertaken it myself). I m very pleased with the service, and they re my go-to for service.

After not having my car for over two months due to needing a new motor and saving up for one, I began looking around at shops. Took my car to a shop in Winter Park who wanted to charge me basically 3 grand for a motor and labor. I decided to call around and got in touch with my old mechanic. He told me he was working for thus great shop and that Omar the manager would definitely take care of me.I dropped my car off Monday for a new motor, and I picked my car up Thursday afternoon... Omar and his team pulled out an old engine and replaced it with a new one in less than a week which to me is unheard of. Omar who is the manager was super friendly and gave off a really good vibe. Not only was he friendly, but he was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and was patient with me. Im still in shock that my car was fixed that fast. My car feels and drives great, and I couldn t be any more impressed with this shop. I will definitely be going back to Omar and his great team at Auto Tech of Orlando.

I've used this shop for years. Very respectful and very professional and knowledgeable and courageous. I have had many lifts and tires done at this shop and recommend this place to anyone that ask for a good reliable shop. Auto tech of Orlando is the place to go. Omar is awesome. If you are looking for people that really care about top of the line customer, this is the place.. Omar and Vanessa are simply amazing. I refer all my friends and family to them and they all leave satisfied. I am a customer for life as well, I just had my oil change and put new brakes... I was stranded vehicle was not starting. Manager named Angel, was very helpful. He helped push car into premises performed Dio gnostics & it was a bad alternator. Very helpful & fast service. A short while later car was as good as new. Very in-depth details regarding work performed. You can t beat their prices but quality could be better. Did alignment at this place, came back after week to redo it, was not satisfied again. Customer service is ok but have to go to another place to fix this issue.( Their alignment service does not include camber adjustment). Miser pays twice :)Attn to owner:Another licensed auto service center says that alignment always includes camber adjustment.Update. That is how it looks like after their (Auto Tech of Orlando) alignment. See the picture below.

Work was done very fast and efficient. Staff were extremely friendly, owner of the shop make sure everything runs smoothly. Best auto shop around for sure. Charged me $20 plus tax to literally check the torque on lug nuts. Not install anything, or any actual work, something that took 30 seconds of their time. To top it off, the guy had an attitude like I inconvenienced him after asking nicely. It cost nothing to be manner able and decent, garbage business practices.

I took my truck for service and it started vibrating and was misaligned. I went back 4 days later so they can check it again, I talked to the front desk lady and she acted pretty annoying towards me. I informed them that the steering wheel was off-centered. I waited about 40 minutes and they didn't even take 5 minutes to check the truck. Then, I was informed that the steering column was damaged (they didn't tell me that the first day I went). I headed to my mechanic and he told me there was nothing damaged in the steering system. He recommended me to go another place, where I went without saying anything about what I was told at Auto Tech. They aligned, balanced, and straightened the steering wheel of my truck. There wasn't any damage at all, everything was perfect. I DON'T recommend this place at all.

I love this shop and they are so easy to work with. Good communication about scheduling and expected costs. Never had a major repair, but I expect they d deal with it just like the maintenance, oil changes, and nails in tires they ve done for me.

I WAS A UBER AND LYFT DRIVER, AND THEY KEPT MY CAR IN GREAT CONDITION!! I ONLY GO TO THEM, AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TOO THE WILL HAVE YOU IN AND OUT IN NO TIME!!! Brought my hummer with some type of electrical issue Manager said he would check it out also mentioned it would cost 59 .00 dollars to hook it up to his computer. But when I got there he said it's 259.00 dollars still left with my car not fixed . and I also mentioned to the lady my truck had a differential oil leak she said they can do the work .the shop manager said they didn't.

Omar and his sister are the nicest people and treat you like family!! They're very helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they have. Which they have a huge selection of and if they don't have it Omar will do all he can to get it for you. As pricing they try to get you the best price possible. And lastly they do great work! I've had a few things done by them and they did a great job! I would give them 10 stars if there were 10 to give.

Omar is the owner: he is nice, polite and honest also works at the shop to keep the paste moving fast. Like making sure the job for his customers gets done correct and quick as possible. Vanessa is the receptionist: she has great customer service, nice and keeps you informed. I been a repeat customer to renting cars and getting work done to my daughter's car. The shop might not be big but the employees are great with friendly atmosphere and make sure to getting the work done.

If you got big mud tires this is the place to go. Omar kept his word and service came out perfect . Had balancing issue from another shop auto tech of Orlando got me running nice and smooth. By far the best place for tires and rims! I recently traded a car and was searching for some new rims and tires. I purchased three different set three years ago on my other cars but nothing even compares to the service and customer service of this place. Omar and his team are the BEST! I was not rushed into anything asked a million questions and was given reliable information and guidance to make the best purchase to be completly satisfied! I will never go anywhere else! The same for all my family! I highly recommend them and have nothing but fantastic things to say about this place.

Just got my truck done today! Got it leveled and installed 33's! They did an amazing job! Dropped it off in the morning and had it back before lunch! Cheapest prices around!! Omar is seriously one of the nicest dudes I've spoke to that runs a shop! Definitely will recommend to anyone and will be back for sure!!

This shop has amazing customer service! Their technicians are very experienced and make it a priority to educate you on everything going on with your car. Prices are also VERY AFFORDABLE.
