My first oil change experience was fabulous!!! I was on a time crunch and they jumped into action! I was so impressed with their knowledge and their exceptional service! I am one very happy customer and will be back for all my car service needs! Thank you so much for exceeding my expectations.

Nice customer service overall. They even provided a free ride for me to my home after dropping my vehicle. However, I found their pricing to be unreliable. I was given three different prices to just inspect my vehicle: 1. I got one number when I got there 2. I was given a lower number by another employee while waiting and 3. after deciding to not to go along with the recommended repairs they suggested, my wife called to pick up the vehicle and was given a third higher number than the previous two. It should be noted I came to them with an inspection code from a prior inspection and they charged me over $130(after I negotiated it down) to tell me my code was right. I also noticed while waiting that some other customers weren't charged for inspections. Seemed odd to me so I paid, took the loss and moved on. I wrote this review because I promised someone I would.Update (March 26, 2024): I spoke to the manager, Sam, in response to her reply to my review. She was gracious, cordial and offered to credit the monies paid towards the repairs. Although I passed on the offer, her follow-up was really appreciated. It confirms that they do have costumer service. Moving forward, I'm confident they'll address the issues I raised.

I needed to get my brakes changed and saw the reviews were pretty decent. When I went to the shop the service was great!!! Very professional. I got a great price and quick service for my brakes. There was a squeaking after and I brought the vehicle back. The issue was resolved and I will return again for any other issues Thank You!!!

I got the referral to AUTO SOLUTIONS from Costco - they are one of their auto service locations that give a 15% discount. I figured that they vetted them.I couldn t have been happier! Awesome folks. Good communicators. Fair pricing. I FINALLY have a mechanic forMy Honda I can trust!

I arrived this morning as a first time customer to have my Lexus headlight replaced, and am very happy that I did!The Lady that helped me (did not get her name); was very helpful, and courteous. They were able to get me in fairly quickly, and did an amazing job in a timely manner. While I was there, I checked the reviews and do agree that they are a top notch organization, offering very fair pricing. I will definitely utilize them again, and highly recommend.Thanks so much!

Poor practice by this shop has cost me over two thousand dollars (so far) to correct their errors. After they replaced a mass air flow sensor a few months ago, engine issues multiplied. On the next visit, they diagnosed a full engine replacement. When they put in the "new" engine, they informed me that it came completely covered in carbon from the scrap yard, but that they had "cleaned it all off". Within days, the check engine light was back on. Taking it back to the shop multiple times, they said nothing was wrong and they "could not replicate any errors". With my 2018 SUV clearly in bad shape, I went to a different mechanic in town. They found the engine needed it's fuel injectors replaced, and when the issues *continued*, tore it down to the block. From there they saw a significant amount of carbon build-up underneath the pistons, emblematic of a long-abused engine.Do not take your vehicle to this shop, they perform cut-rate work and do not answer for their errors.

Trent Angel was very helpful and knowledgeable of my car. I definitely recommend seeing him when you go to Auto Solutions. He will make sure your car is taken care of! Ask for Trent when you go!

Customer service was great, however my engine light was on and they ran a dynastic test and they said it was my gas cap and charged me $64.34 and after the fact I looked it up and I could have gotten it for $29.99. that is an extreme mark up.

Spent a little more than originally quoted to fix my windows (all 4 motors started failing and they stopped going up and down), they also had to hold on to my car longer than expected to get the work done. But ultimately they do great quality work, has a warranty and great customer service.

Auto Solutions was a great experience.My car had to stay over the weekend and they had a rental car on site I could borrow free of charge so I could get to work. Will definitely be back.

This place has always been nothing less of great. My partner and I both have been taking our cars here for some time now and always feel comfortable knowing they are with AutoSolutions. From the FOH to the techs everyone is very pleasant, helpful, and informative. On top of that, for the great service you are receiving you would expect to pay top dollar, right?? But at AutoSolutions the pricing is always more than fair!

If you are looking for top notch customer service and a great mechanic shop look no further! Juan and his AMAZING team go above and beyond from beginning to end. Had my front brakes and rotors changed out recently and they did an amazing job. I didn t have a ride home while the repairs so they went out of the way got me an uber home and another Uber to get back to the shop! Been going to them for years and it s always a good experience! Excellent service A+!!

Amazing experience, Christina was so helpful and honest with the repairs that needed to be done. They gave my sons each a brand new hot wheels car which was so nice because it gave them something to play with while we waited. This place is awesome. I took my Tesla here as a I found a screw in my brand new tire. They took my vehicle in immediately at a fair repair price. About an hour later I get a text that the screw actually didn t go deep enough into the tire and there was no puncture. They told me I was all set and no charge. I m a busy mom on a budget so I must say Great service! My AC kept shutting off and my check engine light also came on. As soon as I made contact with them Frances listened to my issues and showed sympathy and urgency to help me. She managed to make an appointment for me as soon as possible!! Emmanuel diagnosed my car within hours and luckily was able to get it fixed same day! They were honest and fair in price. I have a Chevy so you can imagine how pricey it could have been but they were amazingly affordable and for the great work they provided I couldn t be happier! They also followed up with me to ensure my car was running good afterwards ..most places don t care to check on their workmanship! That to me shows they value their clients ! Would recommend to anyone!!!! Super friendly staff that were very helpful to my family when my car broke down. I am very grateful that they were able to repair my car on the same day and get me back on the road safely and affordably. I will be returning with my car for future needs as the quality of work to my car was excellent and the no pressure philosophy to fix what you choose is hard to come by.
