best place to get a car. bought this car from them and it was a fast and easy process. mary was really helpful and the cars they got are in great condition. they also finance which is also a big plus. would recommend anyone to get a car from them. love my new car and cant wait to pay it off and go buy another car from them in the future.

I highly recommend that if you need wheels, go see Mike and Mary! My husband and I got my Pontiac Torrent there and I absolutely love it!!! I took it for a test drive and noticed a couple problems and they fixed it before I ever left the lot with it... Definitely recommending to my friends and coming to see them again if we need to upgrade.

Mike and Mary were great! Test drove 3 different Lexus 3rd one was the charm! Enjoying my 2004 Lexus RX 330! Would recommend highly Mike was great to work with!

Very nice staff! No pressure whatsoever, you look, you decide. Easy paperwork, quick process. Mary is very helpful! I'm very happy with my 2014 Escape, there are a couple little things but nothing I can't fix myself.

By Far the best experience at a Buy Here Pay Here Car dealership I have ever had. My sons truck was overheating and he desperately needed a car last minute. I used to live down the street and noticed that Orlando Auto Brokers always had decent looking cars for great down payment. We arrived about 45 minutes to an hour prior to closing. There is no high pressure sales or anyone waiting outside to force you into Pretty straight forward to the point and all vehicles have the details on the window of what your looking to pay and how much you need down. We went inside filled out an app, test drove a Honda CRV and by 5:30pm My left with a pretty clean decent vehicle. We are so thankful that even though they closed at 5pm Mary did not rush us just to leave. We are so thankful that she helped us out. Had such a great experience that I will definitely be going back for 2 more cars. One for me and one for my other son.

Mary was so helpful. She and the manager were nice, respectful and helpful with our needs. They treated my husband and I likefriends. We did not get the "car salesman" attitude. We test drove at least 4 different vehicles, without pressure. We found one good for our family and budget and there was a little something mechanically wrong with a hose. Their team fixed it for us, no problem. Now we have a reliable vehicle and we will return! Thanks auto Brokers, you guys are terrific!

Selection of cars is slim, and seems like inventory sits for a while. Went over 3 times in 2 months and they still had the same cars. It kind of makes me think the vehicles they have may have mechanical issues and with no warranty coverage, I am weary to purchase. I don t know enough about the mechanics of cars, and unfortunately it s clear they don t really know either. I would appreciate a bit more honesty and transparency. Have not purchased, and probably won t :(

I went in just to look around and had no pushy salesmen just trying to make a commission. Mike came out and asked if I had any questions, talked with me about the car I liked and gave me the keys so I could take it for a test drive. I liked the car but wanted to make sure it was good so Mike let me have my dad come up and test drive it. Then I was sold! Car was a newer model, clean and worth the money! The whole process was pretty easy. I would definitely keep them in mind for future needs if I ever need another car. Mike was great!

Auto brokers is amazing. I will recommended anyone i know to go here. Mike is very caring and will get you in the right car. Quality cars at great prices. They will work with you to make sure you get what you deserve. Mary is very knowledgeable so she help you along the way. Best dealership in Orlando and surpasses all standards when it comes to buying a car! My hubby and I are super happy with our mazda 6 purchased.

I kept my eye on a vehicle at this lot after being refused by so many other lots (based on my credit) and was actually skeptical that I would be able to get a vehicle! I spoke with Mary a bunch of times about the car since I live an hour away from the lot and didn't want to waste my time. Mary was very helpful and helped me with all the paperwork. After a few weeks, I visited the lot and was able to get a car! I've had the vehicle for two days now and I don't regret it at all! The owner was very helpful too! I'm so happy I found this place! Cars are really not that expensive and they are awesome! Thank you Auto Brokers! Definitely will refer you guys to anyone looking for a car!

Mary was absolutely amazing!!!! We were stranded in Orlando all day and when we finally made our way here to buy a car, she was so kind and made our day so much better!!!!! We picked our vehicle and within 45 minutes, we were driving away completely satisfied with our purchase!!!! Thank you so much!!!! When we are ready for another vehicle, we are coming back!!!!!

Bought my car almost 2 weeks ago. Mike was a little standoffish and didn't seem interested in helping me choose a car. But, Mary was very welcoming. She answered all of my questions and I test drove several cars. She was patient and kind. As soon as I left the lot the car was pulling to one side. After leaving a message for Mike, he called me immediately and sent me to a tire shop and set me up with 2 badly needed front tires. After I went back in because the car was still had some shaking. Rafael took me on a drive and explained why this was happening. All in all great experience. I love the car. I feel comfortable that if I have any issues I can come back and not feel like I'm being a pain. Thank you Auto Brokers. Thank you Mary.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this dealership! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Mike and Mary really know their stuff. The entire process was quick and painless. If you want a great choice of vehicles at even greater prices, plus awesome customer service, this is your only destination! Just remember sales tax is not included in your down payment...it's separate! This team has a customer for life.

I absolutely love this place. Mary and Mike are both so welcoming and understanding. I was looking for a vehicle that would fit my needs and price as i have an active family. I've been with a vehicle that I bought and I have insurance and payments to the day evidence in hand and they are going to look for my car at my house because I supposedly do not have insurance and treat me like a criminal, when I have everything up to date and without a call or notice.I was never without insurance, I just made a change of insurance and showed him the tests, after they have no customer service also liars, there was never a communication to verify what was happening or in what way could be solved, where is customer service? above they want to be right, in two days I had to call them to make my payment and they could ask, but they preferred to do it for their own, and several times they said that I had to remove my review.

My brother needed a reliable vehicle for his job but being self employed was nothing but rejections until we visited Mary at Auto Brokers. She is incredibly professional, dedicated, and understanding. Not only did she go out of the way to assist us, she also managed to give us a great deal! If you live ANYWHERE In Orlando and you re looking for a car I recommend you stop here !!! Fast, friendly, family oriented business!! I did my online application, and when I went in I was out in less than 45 mins!! Tell me that s not great service! I love my car and I love Auto brokers of Orlando !

The one and only spot I will ever go to for my cars. I bought my Kia spectra5 from them a year ago and had an amazing experience! The staff is so sweet and helpful. I ve literally never had any issue with them AT ALL. Just got my new car this year and couldn t be any happier going back to them for it! Thank you guys!

Auto Brokers of Orlando is awesome we were able to find our car and drive off within an hour of picking ,driving and signing. Mary is phenomenal very quick and very nice. WORST PLACE TO GET A CAR. Watch How they respond BELOW TO JUSTIFY THE SITUATION WITH LIES-DARN SHAMEThey are not safe to drive, transmission slips are bad --its your loss--worse fuel efficiency, old technology, car over heats and they wont fix it, you pay for towing and parts.1st week driven, car over heated. Mistakenly miss a payment date, they go through your car and supposedly an inventory is done on what they think is out the car, without you present for the "thefventory" and theft could ,possibly, occur!If the owner reads and writes back on here of personal issues and with euphemism you try to disguise your UNPROFESSIONALISM. Pay attention to the good & bad complaints and address them PROFESSIONALLY. No watercooler talk please.

I have been a customer for 4 plus years with Auto Broker. Mike (Owner) and Mary have shown me nothing less hen kindness and respect when I stop in to make a payment I feel like i'm visiting friends not a business acquaintance. I have purchased 2 vehicle's from them and have been completely satisfied. My son has purchased a vehicle as well. I would highly recommend Auto Brokers.

My mom got a great 05 Mustang from these guys and theyve been phenomenal and understanding they help us out every time we need to make a payment and when life happens. Very good company no games and is always willing to work with you and they mean it.
