My wife and I stopped in to Audi south Orlando. Her lease was coming due in a few months and wanted to see what was out there. We met Kevin at the door when we walked in. Explaining why we were there. He showed us the vehicles we were interested in. My wife fell in love with one of on the lot. We again explained we had a few more payments on our current lease. He said if she was really interested in the vehicle we might be able to work something out. After a little negotiation we reached a deal we were happy with. We felt comfortable and not pressured. I Would recommend Audi south Orlando and Kevin to anyone looking to upgrade their current vehicle. Thanks for making the process easy.

Highly recommend Andrew and the team at South Orlando Audi. Andrew was knowledgeable about the vehicles and helped us to make the best decision. My fianc�e is so happy with his car but he s almost more happy with the customer service we received at the dealership from Andrew and the team. We have never had such a seamless dearlership experience. Being busy professionals, it s hard to buy a car because it always takes so long- but they had us in and out quickly with our brand new car with no hassle. Thank you so much Andrew and team! We can t wait for our next Audi!

I had got myself into a new car a week before i came here. My interest rate on that car was a little high at 10.9%. My credit is good and the rate seemed average for the time. The prior car also had some undisclosed issues that left me feeling regretful. I ended up searching for a new vehicle. That s when I met Andrew Singh. Andrew had met me when I first arrived and was not pushy like most other dealers. There was a sincere sense of honesty with him. I explained my situation and very understanding. Andrew seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me. That being said, he started off by showed me around Audi South Orlando and what vehicles were available. We agreed on driving a 2021 Q3 S line. Typically the bright blue color would catch my eye. What really got me interested was Andrew. His knowledge of the car itself and how it compares to other models. He was able to explain the mechanical differences to me which means a lot. He even knows the smallest details that I don t think many others would. That s what ultimately helped me make the best decision for my very specific needs. Had he not be knowledgeable, I would have ended up feeling disappointed afterward. After concluding the Q3 is the cad I want, we had the discussion of how we were going to get myself out of the car prior. I was guaranteed a lower interest rate; seemingly far fetched. However, Andrew really stuck to his word and got me an 8.5% interest rate! To put this into perspective, a friend of mine with exceptional credit and history had purchased a brand new Silverado that same day.. with an 8.7% rate. May not be much, but I think it s incredible that I can get a lower rate on a used vehicle. Andrew picked me up from the other dealer as I returned my car. Words cannot explain how patient he is for this. He even stayed late to help me. That s selfless if I d seen it. Lastly, the dealership was very clean and paperwork was simple. There wasn t much back and forth, and I felt very welcomed.One thing I d like to note: my car does come with two more years of Audi warranty, roadside assistance and two complimentary services which was disclosed to me early on. Little things like those make a big difference in purchasing a used vehicle. I believe the integrity of Andrew and everyone I worked with should not go unnoticed. There is no other dealership I d go. I cannot thank them enough.

I had the easiest and most delightful car purchasing experience with Edison from Sales and William from Finance. The customer experience here is wonderful and the Team is very helpful with educating you before you purchase. This was my first time buying a luxury car. I went with my Father and we were well taken care of during our time there and had all our questions/concerns answered. This is not your typical car buying experience, but for good reason. They make it easy and relaxed! I love my new Audi Q5.Thank you Edison & William!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Emanuel at Audi South Orlando. My previous car was unfortunately totaled so I was in need of a new car. I called the dealership the day before coming in to tell that what I was interested in and they had everything ready from the moment I walked in the door. Emanuel showed me a variety of different options in my preferred color choices, we took a test drive, he answered all of our questions, and showed us all of the features in each car. The process was smooth, the entire Audi team was very helpful, and they never rushed us during the process. This is now my 2nd time taking home a new car from Audi South Orlando and I can truly say their customer service is top notch, nobody else compares. Also, I can attest to the safety features in the Audi and they are wonderful.Jhon had previously set the bar very high during my first purchase and Emanuel was just as amazing! I would recommend this dealership (and especially Emanuel) to anyone!

I loved my experienced at this dealership, my sales advisor Edison Ramos went above and beyond during the negotiations, when I got to the dealership car was charged and cleaned. He ensure to speed up the process for the signing the paperwork by sending me the info previous my visit to the dealership. It was fast and simple process. Next day he also followed up with me and ensure I was satisfied or if I had any questions even-though he had already taken the time to show my new car features.

Our experience with our salesperson Chris Gallagher was great! He was very thorough and completed the process seamlessly! In addition Audi orlando beat the best price I had from other dealerships! We had a pleasant experience at Audi. Niki was the sales representative. She made every effort to make us feel comfortable and find the best options. She was also extremely knowledgeable and knew about the cars. I like how building was well kept and the cars were well cared for. We got a 2017 Porsche M and we love it. The car has a new car smell even though it was used. I love how patient everyone was with us when it came to buying a car for the first time. Thanks so much

I was extremely unhappy with my previous lease (different brand) and when I walked into Audi South Orlando, Anthony listened to exactly what I wanted without making me feel pressured to make a decision. Especially in this current market, I received what I thought to be a more than fair offer and could tell my business and my time were extremely valued. If you're looking for something new, even if you don't think it's the right time, I highly recommend stopping by anyway!

Emmanuel was great, very professional and helpful, took a little longer than I'd have liked at the dealership, lease payment too high relative to the price of the car, I chose a model with ventilated seats VS another model with navigation and the seats don't cool at all. The ventilated seats is a gimmick on this car as it doesn't work. Overall experience was pretty good, but as far as my satisfaction with the car, I'd give it a 7/10 relatively speaking. I also lease a much more expensive truck for the same lease payment, so not thrilled with the car overall, but also don't dislike it, it's mediocre plus considering how much the lease payment is. Not thrilled but not regretful. Somewhere in the middle.

Everyone here was incredibly helpful, no back and fourth, playing games and spending hours penny pinching. Jasyn in sales was easy and straight forward, no corny, pushy rubbish. David in finance was also really friendly and knowledgeable. He found a way to get me the GAP coverage and keep the payment lower than even quoted, with a lower APR than I was pre approved for.This is the third Autonation dealer I have purchased from, every single time it s easy.Super happy with my polestar!

My first purchase was back in 2018; the same model. From the initial car negotiation process to the actual sale Cesar was always super respectful and professional each step of the way. Once inside the dealership we were impressed with the efficiency and knowledge of each staff member from Cesar himself, to the finical officer, and it was even a nice touch to have the manager come and check on us before we drove away. Will likely be back!

Came over an hour away from Melbourne (because our local Audi Melbourne sucks) and worked with Cesar D' Andrea in sales. He's absolutely excellent in communicating between customer and manager's desk. Extremely knowledgeable about the product and took excellent care of us. Probably one of the fastest car buying experiences we've ever had, in and out in less then 2hrs. Love the professionalism from him, his finance manager and the rest of the team. Sending all my friends to him!!! Can't say enough!

This was an awesome experience and service. My salesman Austin Christopher was amazing with his experience and knowledge of exactly what I wanted. He responded rapidly and quickly to every question I had about the Q8. So we text back and forth most of the day and we had a deal set in place. I scheduled an appointment for 10:00am the day after Christmas to see the vehicle. Couple of hours later I spoke with my wife that we were going to the Audi at 10:00 am on 12/26/2023. She advised me that she wasn t driving 150 miles to the dealership and then have to drive a new car back home. At this time I text Austin back and told him forget the deal the wife doesn t want to drive there. He texts back no problem I will deliver the vehicle to your driveway. So within 2 days vehicle was delivered to me. He spent a couple of hours go over everything. Austin was truly amazing. Mind you I never stepped foot in the dealership. Great experience with home delivery. Worked out perfectly.Again Thank you so much.Austin Christopher and to the Audi South Orlando dealership.

As a woman I absolutely hate car shopping but I love nice cars and it s a shame the industry has ended up that way. Anthony at Audi absolutely made my experience 10/10. He was nice, not pushy, took a lot of time to show me all of the features, made sure I knew how to program everything too. He delivered my car to me the same day. They got me in 3 days later to tint my windows and everything and everyone I dealt with was absolutely amazing. I ve been wanting an Audi Q7 for years and I absolutely love it. Customer for life! Thank you for breaking the car dealership stereotype for women buyers!! Absolutely would recommend to check them out! And ask for Anthony!!!

Simply put this is a luxury dealership that feels like home. No pressure no snobby salesmen or women. Just great vibes and pretty cars. The negotiations were fair and done in good faith. I never judge a deal ship based on prices I only judge how I am treated. Cesar was amazing and I m pleased with my new Audi sline

I absolutely LOVE Audi Orlando South Service Department. Excellent service and quick response. My Service Rep Richie is the absolutely the BEST person and always responds with informed advice and if he doesn t know the answer he finds out. He is very responsive, helpful any time he is working. I left Audi Orlando North due to poor customer service and I m extremely glad I did!

This was my first time at ANY Audi dealership. I met with Anthony Egbah to test drive an electric vehicle (Audi Q8 E-tron Premium Plus). When I was there, I received nothing but respect and kindness. Nikki was so helpful and so patient with us. She answered all our questions with a smile and made us feel comfortable. Frank the financial manager is the man, he knew that I was buying my very first car and gave me good tips in buying a car, was very helpful into giving me the best deal for the car and again was very patient with us. I bought a brand new 2024 q3 quatro !!!! I am very happy with the purchase and hope that I will have good memories with the car in the years yet to come.Thank you Audi team!!!!!
