Had a great experience here yesterday. Ordered a battery online and it was upfront and ready when I arrived 20 minutes or so later. Price was comparable to other auto stores but definitely more than wal-mart. Dino was really what made the experience and will be the reason I go back! He had an awesome attitude and quickly installed the battery.

Emmanuel was the best manager at the store , this man go above and beyond for the customer as a proud law enforcement officer, I have most respect and this manager should be recognized and be rewarded.

Had a wonderful gentleman help me with our car battery replacement that actually ended up corroded. So thankful he was incredibly kind and knowledgeable even acknowledged my infant daughter I had with me. A+ rating (:

I came in with my upsetting Mindset that my car was going to be extremely expensive to fix and DINO AND JP took care of my battery in seconds change my attitude completely made me laugh and had completely AMAZING customer service!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK FOR MY CAR NECESSITIES!!!

This Advance has been my fav place for car parts and help but today surpassed all other visits thanks to Dee. I broke down in the parking and had to change a part, she helped me find what I needed while also helping every person who walked in the door ON HER OWN . Answered any questions she could help with, went above and beyond during a crisis I couldn t be more grateful. I wouldn t have gotten back on the road today without her assistance and that would ve been a disaster .she s truly a saint and does it like its nothing!! God bless her always

We came here about a month ago with a battery problem. The service tech tested the battery and determined that it was bad. Before doing anything else, he told us that the battery was from their competitor and that it likely was still under warranty. He helped us get the car started and we went to the competitor's store when it was replaced for free under the warranty. In my opinion, that is very commendable that the service guy did that.

My battery has died on a Sunday bought it online paid through PayPal a neighbor took me to get they served me quickly and took it back installed it and working great.

I had to stop at 3 different locations and I m so glad I stopped at this one. Notonly were they the only location to have the right battery for my Z, Dino and Javier were so kind and funny! Dino was absolutely amazing. If you see a rad VW Bug in the parking lot, just know you will be helped with absolute grace!

#54009 Dino and Chris helped me find a part for my car this evening. Both were extremely helpful and patient while looking (literally) high and low for this item. While Chris was looking, Dino called another store to see if they had the part there. Chris eventually found it and all was right in the universe. Long short, in a day where customer service seems to be nonexistent these guys went above and beyond and did it with no grief. I m grateful for their help this evening. If anyone else goes to this location, I can only HOPE you have the PLEASURE of meeting one of these guys. Thanks for going above and beyond and not sending me away after one look. I appreciate you, both!

Wonderful staff here. Very friendly, personable, helpful,and knowledgeable. The manager Chris is a great guy. He took time out of his day to walk me through changing out my air filter. Go here for your auto parts!

Had a bad battery and I was helped by Kevin. He was stellar. Replaced the old battery and gave me helpful advise with cleaning my leads. Will definitely be back and use this store as my hub for automotive parts.

Exceptional customer service from Dino and Chris. Came in for a battery had me in and out in 10 minutes. Guys made me feel like family will definitely be coming back for anything auto related. Hold on to these guys, amazing employees.

When looking for car parts I haven't found an issue coming here one bit. The parts are on hand in the store. Along with the price factor being reasonable.

I was a bit disappointed to see 4 people working, only one on cash register and no one ever coming to provide extra support when it was obvious there was a line. I found what I needed and the price was good.

The worst experience by far. My fianc� took my Jeep up there and asked the workers if someone could check the check engine light. They replied that they don't do that. Yesterday I went to the store and while sitting in the parking lot called and asked the same question. The associate replied yes but since the virus we give you the machine and let you do it. When I got inside I told the guy at the register that I just called about my check engine light. His reply was no we dont do that. When I fold him what the guy on the phone fold me he said ok i need your ID.?? How does it go from we dont do that to you need my ID. They asked if I knew how to use it I said no and one guy rambled on about pressing enter to get through the menu and to take pictures of the code. After I'm assuming I did everything correctly and got the right codes I go back inside and give the first guy I spoke with the scanned he just stares at me. I sad my ID and he went and got it, gave it to me and walked away not even asking what the codes said or if I got it to work. So I walk around the store looking at different things and when I leave I see an associate installing a battery and windshield wipers on the car next to mine. I use my car for work and cant afford for it to not function properly the lack of customer service and concern I experienced is why I will not be coming back which is sad because it's so close to my house.

I went there looking for a part that I didn t know the name of. I asked the customer service rep named Dino to take a look for me. He came and looked at the car in the parking lot and took some pictures of the part. We went inside and he located the part quickly and determined it was a special order. Dino went above and beyond his job to help me. I ve told folks about my experience and not only will I be a returning customer but so will they.

The manager Chris ! What a low quality and immoral person. The staff are lazy and they got no clew about what they are doing.The manager make jokes and insult customers while the staff laughs and humiliate the customers !It is normal to address the customer with disrespectful behaviors and using hard words ... beside being proud of themselves....Shame ! Rubbish

The worst experience. Went in for a car battery and a wonderful WOMAN helped me(Janet). This poor woman got the wrong one but was not her fault. The car was made in 2016 but was sold in 2017. A male associate brought out the correct one. Him: that s $300.00 Her: She can t afford that. He started to take it back but she stopped him. It was 100 degrees out that day and this poor woman was struggling but did either of the male associates offer to help NO. Needless to say after an hour the problem was fixed.Without Janet I have no clue what would have happened

Estevan was super awesome, usually I hate coming to auto shops but he made everything super awesome and super chill. The other guy that was there was also cool and helpful but Estevan was the one who took care of my transaction. Spanish speaking and great prices, plus I got a free hat! 5 stars all the way.

One year and two weeks prior, I bought a quality battery for my truck at the Curry Ford/436 store. It failed two days ago, and upon charging a short time, I drove to this store. I am sorry I failed to get his name, but the gentelman who waited on me was quick to test the battery and declare it bad. He then replaced it and charged me nothing! I was impressed with their prompt and efficient service. Glad to know they are around the corner.
