I stopped by the store on a Saturday mid-morning and placed a tire order. I received a call that afternoon and was advised that the tire was received. I stopped by 30 minutes before the business closed. The tire was installed on my vehicle. The service rendered was TOP NOTCH!!! Jose, Monalisa & Andre were AWESOME! Excellent Customer Service! They have earned my business and I will definitely recommend this store for tires.

I went to Action Gator Tire the other day for a little rattling sound near my tire and although it was almost closing time the staff team was absolutely welcoming, helping me out immediately. Everything was fixed super fast. I ll come back anytime

I was in trouble with my gas cap not opening but with the help of Joel, Monalisa, and Lola the receptionist who invited me in right away . They took care of me immediately with an instant fix allowing me to pick up my daughter. Thank you so much for the fantastic job!

Monalisa is literally amazing. I was in and out very quickly her kindness and customer service is really amazing and very friendly which made this experience so much better. I will be definitely returning because I was treated so great and respectfully.

We got here 15-20 minutes before closing time and they took us in to fix 2 tires. They were amazing and did a great job. The service is amazing as well as the waiting room. Monalisa explained step by step what needed to be done and what was wrong with the tires. Will definitely come back.

I ve been here a few times and this evening they were able to take a look at and repair my tire before the store closed. Very thankful to be back on the road. Great customer service from walking in with the gentleman greeting me all the way to check out with the friendly cashier.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires and they were quick to find the nail and patch it up. Jose was super friendly and helped us out super quick! Amazing customer service!

Great experience with Doran & Mona Lisa, when we went to get in information about car battery installment. We truly appreciate all of the detailed information that was provided to make the best informed decision; even while waiting, Doran and coworkers was providing EXCELLENT service to other patrons. I went in for issues with my car and Dorman really gave 100% great customer service. He was responsive and patient with me as I asked numerous questions. His customer service exceeded all expectations. Gator s pricing was very fair and reasonable. I would definitely not hesitate to refer my friends to this Gator located on OBT.

Was another great experience with Mavis . My second time using Mavis. First was for a flat repair. Fast quote for a tire replacement. Fast appointment scheduling. Made the call, got to store 10 mins later, Brennan and Dorman got the car in and under 30 mins we were in and out back on the road. I called Gator Action Tire not realizing it is a Mavis location yet. Would recommend.

Second visit and once again awesome service on my tire. Friendly service and I was in and out. I highly recommend them. 1st time we walked out of the dealer telling us it was a 3 hour wait. Glad we came back here!

This people scammer. I walk in with engine light code. I already know what's the problem. The lady she don't even listen and put my car and service and charge me $98 for five dollars check. The guy told me if you already the problem why I bring it to him? Answer is bz you are the mechanic pendejo.

I took my truck in for an evap leak. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They located the problem so I can get the issue fixed. I was in and out of the store in less than 20 mins. Excellent service.

Brought in my Honda and they did my tires in under 20 minutes, great service and done in a timely manner. I didn t see any scratches on my rims and my car was driving straight again.

Went back on the 4th and brought my engine filter and cabin filter to be installed by Dorman. Took all of 10min. Very pleased also no charge this will definitely be my shop as long as I have my camary.
