These guys did so good on my car! I got the premium oil change and engine coolant. I have a peaceful of mind thanks to them. Chuck was helpful and I was able to use my coupons to save money. In and out super fast. Thanks to the whole crew

My son went to this location for an oil change and filter replacement. His receipt stated that the bill was $105. The next day he checked his bank account and Take 5 charged him $1,005. He went back to the shop to get a refund of the $900. They told him he would have to come back the next day to talk to the manager. He returned the next day to talk with the manager. The manager lied and said that he spoke with my wife about the charges and that the refund would show in 3-4 business days. This is absurd, how to do over charge a customer $900, lie about who you talk to, and then expect the customer to wait days for refund. Take 5 should be able to refund him the money same day and apologize for the mistake. I know that I will never come back to this location.

Excellent service! The guys there were friendly took the time to explain everything since it was my first time there. Then I came back the next day with my husband's car and a new set of guys where there and again excellent customer service even let me take my time to call my husband to confirm what additional things needed to be done.Both times guys were curious well mannered and kept me informed.

The guys at Take 5 were awesome. I had already been to one place and was turned away because I didn t want to wait for HOURS for a simple oil change. The guys here got me in and out quickly and they were able to explain everything they did as well as made sure that I was aware of the services that my car needed based on the manufacturer recommendations and mileage on my specific VIN rather than trying to upsell products and services that I didn t need. Only negative was that they happened to be out of my specific air filter, but they were able to blow out my current one which will get me by until I can purchase one on my own. Great job, gentlemen! I appreciate everything and will definitely be back for my next change!

Fast and friendly service. I had my oil changed and windshield wiper blades installed and was In and out in less than ten minutes. The guys that work there are very friendly people too!! Would recommend Take 5 to anyone who needs their oil changed and needs a good deal!!!

Everyone was amazing, I wished Chuck would had been a little more friendly with the next service due notice. He gave it to me, I caught trouble trying to get the back off to place it on the window. Other than that everyone worked as a team, as they should.

Take-5 on Blanding was extremely busy this last Saturday. At the time I got there they had just two employees, Israel and Treh. Those two fellas were amazing. Car after car after car went through their line, yet the two just remained positive, energetic, and diligent They worked harder than I have seen anyone for a very long time. My hat is off to both of them.

The oil change was as expected Fast, Professionally done and they checked off all the boxes. EXCEPT for one. My car is a white Toyota and when I got home there were black greasy palm prints EVERYWHERE they touched. It wouldn't have taken 2- SECONDS to wipe clean. I would have given a 5 star review had it not been for that.

Customer service was there and all of the staff was courteous during service. I had my oil changed before work and left from the shop directly to the store. I left work that evening and broke down on the way home. Got under the hood and had also opted for an air filter change. They neglected to reconnect the mass air flow control sensor and it ended with me broke down on the side of the road! People make mistakes but you have to double check things like these on peoples cars!! Not everyone knows that to do!

I m new to the area from south east Florida and have never been to a Take 5. I was there around 12:30 on Monday and the 3 gentleman that were working were INCREDIBLE!! Fastest oil change I ve ever had and the customer service was impeccable. I ll definitely be a regular customer and referring friends and family. Keep up the great work!!

Waited 45 minutes in line just for them to tell me they didn't have my oil filter. It was my the first time. I was told they only order two of each filter at a time so when they run out you can take your chances again the next day. People were very rude. I have been going to that ligation location for about 18 years, even when it was called Texaco oil change. I have 5 vehicles in my household and because how rude they were I'll never go back!!!!!!

LiarsCame in on September 5th, when I left it sounded like my car was going to bottom out. They didn t not place the skid plate on correctly. Took it back and it was ruined so the manager said he would order one and it would take two weeks. A month went by and they still didn t have it. I had to call and call then finally went up there, oh we didn t order it get. Few weeks went by and no contact so I called again. Oh Mr Gary we have it, come in and we will install it.Fast forward, it s been a while and I finally got over being mad about the situation. I went In for an oil change yesterday and I told them to make sure it was on correctly. Young man said ..you don t have a skid plate.This jerk had me come all the way there and pull in and didn t do ANYTHING!!! I have it all on video so don t worry Take5, you ll hear from me soon enough

I had my oil changed at Take 5 previously and the oil drain plug was not put in place tightly and I had an oil leak. I took my truck back to them and they tightened the plug, topped off my oil level and discounted me on my next visit. True professional service.

Went 2/3/24 around 11am and had one of the experiences I ever had at a Take 5. Very professional crew and couldn't have had it any better. Been using Take 5 on and off since 2016 and this was by far the best experience.

Oil change was quick! Their website states they will inspect tires and wipers, but that service wasn't performed on our truck during our visit. Though this company offers a military/veteran discount, the cost was still high.

I could not be more pleased with the Service I received at Take 5 ! Had my oil changed yesterday and the service I received was EXCELLENT! Corey ,Paul and the rest of the team made me feel like I was their only customer and went above and beyond to help me. This is my third visit to Take 5 and each visit has been better than the last! Take 5 has wonderful people working for them and I have never been disappointed with my service and they have great prices and coupons. Thanks again Corey, this world needs more men like you! I have been to many places over the years to get my oil changed, I have been to this location 3 times now and I would not go anywhere else these guys are the nicest, knowledgeable,friendliest techs I have ever experienced! They make you feelLike you re an old friend, and try to help out any way they can!!

I am very happy with the service I received here. I started out at a competitor across the street. They did not have an oil filter for my car. Not only did Take 5 have what I needed, they alao had a better military duscount.
