There is a standard of excellence at this establishment that is upheld every time we come here. This is the only place I get tires. Fair price, superb customer service, 10/10

These guys are great! I d give them infinite stars if I could. The prices are very reasonable and the guys there are patient, friendly and skillful. Got a set of used tires when I was in a pinch and just needed a set to get around and keep me out of the cemetery as the set I had been running previously was bald. I paid under $200 bucks for a whole set of used low profile continentals but the real treat was that the tread was 10/10. They also helped me swap over the TPMS sensors on my wife s car from her original wheels to her new wheels for $150 including all new valve stems and a balance on all wheels. These guys are excellent and couldn t recommend them more.

Absolutely incredible experience. I had an issue with a run flat tire and these guys had me back on the road extremely fast. I ve never had better service for tires. They didn t try to charge me for something I didn t need and Johnny at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend going here instead of a big box store.

I experienced significant anxiety due to the terrifying sound coming from my tire and knowing how women are treated when they walk into a shop in an emergency situation. The shop I normally go to was unconcerned and too busy to see me. However, I called Pro Tire and Johnny said he would take a look at it and refer me elsewhere if it wasn t in his scope of work. For a woman in such a predicament, that meant a lot! Johnny, his brother and another young man, all came to my rescue. They found the problem, fixed it and calmed all the anxiety I felt within 45 mins with his funny stories!If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, skilled, personable shop that will treat you fairly- LOOK NO FURTHER! Thanks again Johnny!!!

We needed a used tire, came about 5 minutes to close, they took very good care of me and my family. Didn t rush us, changed the tire and checked the rest of our tires. Reasonably priced and excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for new or used tires.

Awesome experience with Tire Pro Service! Came in for a plug on a tire after being told by other shops that I would need a brand new tire. They are honest, professional, and very friendly. I 100% recommend this business to anyone!

Stopped here to have two tires balanced after having a slight vibration between 95-100mph. Definitely from the rear. They were a little busy but worked me in...very good price and the problem was resolved....Definitely recommended.

I purchased four used tires the other day. Excellent service. Tires look and ride great. They look like new. The price was good and the installation was quick. I will def be going back when needed and will recommend this place to my friends/family.

Best Tire Shop in Orange Park Period. If you are in the military on the Jacksonville base dont bother going anywhere else. They have amazing communication and quick service. And they will try to give you the most affordable option. Very honorable business owner. So happy I found this shop.

Was shocked how quick and friendly they were! We blew on tire on the Buckman on the way out of town for our vaca. Everyone we called either didn t have the right size tire or had an eta of over two hours. We visited here and although they could ve just sold us a tire like I originally thought we needed but instead the gentleman who helped us said that he could patch the tire we had within 20 minutes. He saved us time and money which is almost unheard of in the auto repair/tire industry! Highly recommend and will be back with any tire issues and I live in 45 minutes away . That s how great they were.

Went in thinking I was going to have to replace my tire pressure sensors. The price was good, but I really didn't want to have to spend that money. Turns out, the sensors just needed to be re-programmed. These guys saved me close to $200.00! They were nice, HONEST and fast. Highly recommend them. Thank you!

Went to pro tire today to mount some over sized tires , the owner was very friendly and accommodating, I got turned down by 3 other shops he did exactly what I wanted and it was fast. I won t ever buy another tire from anyone else besides pro tire. Hard working crew they deserve all the business they can get, wish I could rate 10 stars.

ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE SERVICE wonderful staff, very kind and friendly. Hard workers, very fair in price. They worked very hard on my car. They didn't stop until they found the problem. The costumer service is amazing.They make you feel like top priority I will never go to another car place ever again. I needed to get a single used tire to get me through for a while. Having not done this before, I was expecting the options might be tires with little life left on them, however the tire they provided looked almost new and had better trend than my current tires. 10 minutes later - everything was done including changing out my spare for the new tire. Great Service!

These guys are the best!!! I ve been bringing my business here for almost 10 years. I ve never once left disappointed or dissatisfied. These guys are more than fair. Their not like the big corporate tire service chains that won t work with you and up-charge everything. They won t sell you on something that you don t need or something over priced. These guys just want you to be a happy customer and to continue doing business with them. I can assure you if you give these guys your business once, you ll never go anywhere else again.
