Absolutely amazing service ! We called this store if they can help us with a tire change and they told us that are available and willing to help us since we are a business that helps people on the side of the road. We were greeted by Nick who was very friendly & helped us right away with the whole process. Rusty was fantastic with changing the tires not even 5 minutes. The staff were very quick and were very supportive , we will start conducting our business with them starting from today. Thank you guys for the awesome service !!!

Fantastic Service! I was 2 hours away from home and my battery stopped working. Travis was able to locate and confirm the battery in stock over the phone. Upon arrival, I was treated with friendly smiles and banter making the experience so pleasant. Very fast service and looked at other areas of my vehicle to ensure I knew what maintenance needed done in the near future. Completely recommend everyone come in to have the best service. Pep boys was amazing ! my husband brought our Honda in yesterday they checked it out and stated that we needed a new tire. We got the tire. They were so friendly and nice and fast..thanks pep boys !!

Be careful ladies to not be taken advantage of!!!Took my car in for oil change and new tires and got an alignment.Magically, a few days later, my alternator went out (I am not saying it was them, I am pretty sure it needed replaced anyway)So, I got the alternator fixed and a new battery. BUT HERE is the problem:When I got my receipt saying what needs fixed, the paper said I needed an alignment.It hadn't even been a week since I got an alignment at THE SAME PLACE. They also said I need a new CV joint, though my car is not showing the tell tale signs of a busted CV joint.I will be taking my business elsewhere.

10 mins before closing i hit a nail and my tire started to go flat. I called and Ishmel told me to come in. He and Adam couldnt fix it (due to the area the tire was in) but they put my spare on so that i could make it home safely. I REALLY appreciate them so much and I definitely will be coming back to bless them when im able. Nice people and great service. THANK YOU

I came in as a walk in at 830am. I called beforehand and everything regarding brakes. I spoke to one guy he gave me a price over the phone , which was beyond different than what I actually paid. I was the only customer there at the time. I sat in to wait since there were no other customers. The technician came back to me within 15 minutes of inspecting my vehicle and told me what was wrong. The agent at the front desk (which he said he was a manager) did not come up to me letting me know that my inspection was done and put in system and what was wrong with my vehicle, I had to come to him. It took him literally over an hour to get an estimate completed for me and while doing so in the midst of that he started helping other customers. He had to keep going out to the technicians to make sure the estimate was correct. I have never in my life ever waited over an hour for an estimate for a vehicle. Then he was having trouble explaining to me what the technicians saw and the estimate. I did not leave PepBoys until almost 2pm. I do not recommend as far as the customer service. The technicians did what needed to be done.

Fast and friendly. I was 2 hours from home when my battery stopped charging. They were quickly able to change it and did preventative maintenance review so I knew what could be next. Truly appreciated

Don't use the AC service. They put freon in and charged me to evacuate and fill my ac. I'm pretty sure they knew it wouldn't last then told me to come back in 30 days if the issue still persisted. When I went back they said they found the leak but the dealer should work with me to get it repaired under warranty. This refill lasted two days and now I am stuck without having AC in Florida. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I liked ability to make the appointment online & when I got there they actually had it. I had many things to repair on my car & they were able to make all of the repairs the same day & for much less than I expected.

This morning I had the pleasure of being assisted by Max! I desperately needed 4 new tires which were ONLY at this location. Max literally got me in and out! Tony seemed to be the only one working at the time but he got the job done in a timely manner! I m HIGHLY satisfied with my visit and I really can t express enough how thankful and appreciative I am for the impeccable service that I received today!! Thank you guys!

If I could give zero stars I would. Waited FOUR LONG HOURS JUST FOR THEM TO PUT ON FOUR NEW TIRES!!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND AT ALL! STAFF CLAIMED TO BE SHORT STAFF BUT PLAYED AND LAUGHED THE ENTIRE TIME!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME Especially if it's something simple and easy

I have spent $3000 in the last 3 months for cooling system repairs, 3 visits. I AM HERE FOR THE 4TH TIME AFTER PICKING IT UP YESTERDAY! This nightmare has also cost me $600 in vehicle rentals. Every time I have brought it in it's another $800-$1000! Totally poor and unprofessional service. I'm considering legal action.

Came in just to get 2 tires mounted on rims that we brought in, seemed like all the staff forgot that we needed service because we waited 3 hours just to get two tires put on the rim. At the 3 hour mark we went inside and they finally pulled the tires back to be worked on and whatever manager is there said he just wasn t aware of the situation.So we pay, take our new tires home to put them on the vehicle, get 2 lug nuts on and the WEIGHT FALLS OFF. So we waited about 3 and a half hours for two tires just to be put on rims, and it wasn t even done properly. Definitely won t use Pep Boys again, this was so disappointing and a serious waste of time.

They were absolutely great team with friendly personalities. They worked on my Chrysler after it kept shutting off. Brought it for a full diagnostic test & then had the problems fixed for $1,300+ & it's still doing it. I took it back & they kept it to have a ACS specialist look at it but it's still having the same problem I brought it in with. which is what I thought I was paying the $1,300 to fix. They almost missed that I had a leaking battery or it being possible transmossion fluid problem but overall nice people. I just will have to shell out more money though.Edit:They do not check fluids, they had my car for 4 days just to tell me its nothing they can do. I do not recommend going here. Take it to Aamco where they can do more than just engine diagnostics.

Took care of me really fast and the scheduling was really easy. Even though they didn't have enough mechanics on board, I was still able to get out pretty quickly. That's guys for the great help, and thanks Bill for the laughs.

Came here back in the beginning of June and the crew that was here didn't completely do the job correctly. Since then, they now have an Amazing crew and management that after being left on the side of the road with a flat tire due to a faulty valve stem that was suppose to be replaced the first time I came and wasn't. The new crew fixed it with no questions asked!!!! Very professional and great customer service

I had very bad experience with this PEPBOYS place . Never and never again...They have even charged my credit card 5 times for the same amount and the same service. Bad... I will continue using Discount tires service for my tires needs. Way better customer service..

So grateful for all the help and great services! They found a slash in one of my tires while I was in for an oils change and would not have seen it myself and driven 500 miles back home on a slashed tire! Very grateful for they guys at Pep Boys!! Highly recommend their services.

Recent went to the shop on 204 blanding. Zack and his team were excellent. They provided great service throughly checked my Jeep to make sure everything was running right. Recommended a few things I needed to get done (which I was able to schedule with them) and was explained about the issues throughly and how it can effect my vehicle in the king when not taken care of properly. I trust my vehicle is in great hands with them. They make sure you walk out of there knowing you got the best out of them and they continue to rock it out. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for great reliable service with a knowledgeable team of experts.

Words can't even begin to tell the expert considerate quality and thorough attention to detail I have received at both locations. The master text Brandon and Cam both to quality time no rush to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and make sure I left there with answers. Hard find. These guys are definitely worth using. The time they put in and detail and troubleshooting is bar none. Thank you Mike Terry Cam and Brandon.

I took my car in for an oil change, which was $102.00, the highest I had ever paid for an oil change. They said that included check and topping off of all of my other fluids, which were not. I was told that I needed brakes bad, all four pads and all rotors needed to be changed. The cost of that would be almost $500. I was advised that I needed to at least have my pads changed. If not I needed to really be careful. Well I took my car to Brakes 4 less and they said I don't even need brakes. My brakes were fine and they would probably last me a year. Shame on you Pep Boys!
