My personal experience fixing my car in that place was terrible. In April this year, I lost my transmission and I tow my car to them. They advise me for some reason instead of rebuilding it, put a used one that they have for $600 and labor is $600 as well. So I was looking at $1200 for a used transmission. I ask them to fix also some other stuff in my car, like some motor mounts and transmission mounts, because they were really bad. I ask them to change CV axle, the one that bad and to replace a valve cover gaskets cause I have major leaks. All together cost me $1600 bucks. After whole two weeks, I got my car back, and everything was fine. But after a couple month, one of my CV axles got bad again and I went there to ask which side they did change cause it doesn't say on the receipt. I ask Angela working there which side they change, and she told me that she doesn't know cause there is no side on the receipt. After they look at my car, they confidently told me that it's not the same side they work before. Well, of course. So I went to some other place just to get second opinion which CV axle is new and which one is older. I was surprised that both CV axles were pretty old, when they charge me for the new parts. Also, I found that my transmission oil is leaking and motor oil as well. They change only oil pan gasket (wich one is easy and was fine by the way) instead of valve cover gaskets what I ask they to change. The motor mounts they install in my car are worthless now, after 5-month driving. They did install new CV-axel for free, but with some arguing. I paid for new parts, the only thing that was supposed to be used it's transmission, but everything they install, I believe was used. Never going back again.

The owner of this establishment is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional which leads to the staff being the same way. My experience was horrible. I took my car there to be fixed and it took them 10 days to finish it. First off it took them 3 days to even get back to me to let me know what was wrong with my car. They don't call to keep you updated you have to call. When I called on the 10th day, the day they said it would be ready they told me it would be ready at 4 pm. At 345 pm I received a call from the owner saying it still wasn't done. Of course I got upset and asked how much longer. The owner could hear the frustration in my voice and immediately got an attitude and told me that they needed a little more time on it. So I got upset due to her being rude and all she did was start crying and try to say I was yelling at her. I then told her she was being rude to me so I don't understand why she's crying. So my husband and I went there to talk to them in person to see what the hold up was. As I tried to talk to the owner one of the mechanics came out of the back and interrupted me like I wasn't a paying customer and like I didn't matter. I told the owner that they were rude and I will never bring my car back to them again. I also told her I felt I was being mistreated because of my race. She then jumped up from behind her desk and started yelling at me from the top of her lungs and started walking towards me. I immediately lost all cool. After I left my husband waited for our car. He sat there waiting for our car from 4 pm to 730pm with them only offering him a soda. The owner never apologized for the wait or anything. I recommend any and everyone that needs their car fixed to say FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Very unprofessional and rude! I actually wouldn't give them 1 star but I had to give them something so that I could write a review. I hope this helps someone. I really wish I didn't have to give them any of my money. Not even a penny.

These people are awesome. Super dependable an honest. I'm active duty military, and have called them at the worst time to help my wife, they are always there. Joe and his daughter are the best. Rhonda rocks too.Jake & Tracy love you guys!

This is the most honest shop in town. The Norris Automotive and Transmission staff are a great bunch of guys. Prices are very affordable. I strongly recommend this shop.
