Cool team of Mechanics, good prices on Labor. They seem to put a little bit more time into my routine oil change on my civic. Definitely keeping references with these boys as i am looking to get my leaking power-steering system fixed before i cause more damage. (great quotes on repair)

My first time here.This place was absolutely fantastic you will not regret your visit here. A fast and easy oil change for me. I was greeted with a smile, free coffee/soda or water, fresh and clean lobby and mildly affordable prices! Barely finished my coffee before my car was finished! Thank you Midas! Keep up the great work.

The young man that helped me with my issue, was kind and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices! The mechanic that replaced my battery was nice as well. Looks like my new go to for my families' auto needs!

Me and my kids came to get a oil change today. I m normally afraid of being ripped off as I did in the past by other places but they all were really nice and helpful with informing me about my car and maintenance it needed. I appreciate the kindest and help with it all.

Update: Still coming to Midas on Blanding after all these years. Always a pleasure coming here. Andrew takes care of my car every time! Their crew is honest, fast and efficient. I always leave happy knowing my car is in tip top running condition. As an Amazon delivery driver it s comforting to know that Midas has done a full inspection on my vehicle. Thank you Midas on Blanding! I will definitely be returning.Always quick great honest service. They tell you what's wrong, if anything, and make you feel like it's a team effort on keeping your car running smoothly, not like you're in it alone. Great job Midas on Blanding

Came in for a 7 qt full synthetic oil change with my Groupon. I called to check shop fees and extra qt cost before acquiring the Groupon. I was told 22$ out the door for my 2qts, the shop fees and disposal. I get to the register and got an invoice for $35. I questioned it and Andrew said that was his mistake and he would cover the extras for me on this visit! Are you serious?!?! In this economy I don t know any other shop that would just wipe off a $35 bill, maybe wipe off the difference from what I was originally quoted vs in shop amount but the whole damn thing? You better believe they will continue to get my business here. Thank you again Andrew. :)

Thank you so much fellas! I truly appreciate you ! I was a damsel in distress strolling in there 15 minutes before their closing time. The guys came to greet me as soon as I pulled in. I knew they were getting ready to close but my front tires felt and sounded like it was gonna fall off as I was driving.I had a friend replace my breaks and rotors two days prior. I knew there couldn t have been anything that he had done wrong so I just stopped in at Midas suspecting I had warped rotors.The guys at Midas took apart the brake pads on the left side and found that it was defective (which was highly unusual because I picked it up myself straight from the Nissan dealer). They shaved off the extended part and fixed the issue. I was so grateful for their service that I will be forever a loyal customer.Let me tell you . It had been a crazy week. I went to Autozone earlier in the week to get a diagnostic because my car kept on stalling. They told my to go to Firestone. Firestone charged me $70 just to tell me I had a battery problem and quick to push me out the door because I said I had a warranty for the battery elsewhere. I went back to Firestone to get a complete diagnostic after the battery was replaced; because my airbag light was still on and they pushed me out the door again. They said to go to the dealership. After being treated so poorly all week by all these other auto places, I am grateful the guys at Midas took care of me so close to closing time.I am forever grateful! Thank you! Thank you!

I had a later appointment, but then an emergency, Brian welcomed me to come in sooner and Andrew worked diligently to get me into a bay. He even made sure to protect my new seats from the possiblity of transferring dirt or grime onto them... Awesome they are!

LOVE THIS PLACE. I think Andrew at the front desk is amazing. He s so respectful and very helpful. The technicians do a great job. I had a great experience at this place and location. I came to get my brakes and rotors replaced yesterday and today I had to get a tire repair. I had no issue with waiting because that s normal even if you go to a dealership you re going to be waiting so I was fine with waiting I had nowhere to be. Great customer service, great work. Definitely recommend this location!! Thank you so much.

Kind, worked quickly to get my car fixed. Simple shift cable issue. They reattached it for me and added the bushing and cap back on. Only took 5 mins. I ve been going here for years! Thank you!

Sent me in the wrong direction! Apparently employees do not know north from south. Cost $89 Instead of $69 didn't put air in my tires they are supposed to be at 40 psi and were at 19 psi. Didn't put hub key back. Changed all my clocks gages still not digitally showing speed. All around should have changed my oil myself

They're good, Is but they lack on their communication.They forgot to tell me that my rims and tires were too big to balance, How to find out the hard way when i'm driving to ocala. Is instead of an hour and forty minutes, It was two hours and fifteen minutes because of the vibration had to keep it to a minimum.

Had my oil changed the other day and they forgot to tighten the drain and filter. Leaked oil all over my driveway. I didn't risk driving it and had someone come fix it. Called for refund and got hung up on. No refund just a free oil change. No thank you. Never again. Could have ruined my car.

Yesterday I went in for an oil change, the guy in the shop let me know that the Groupon I ordered was for high milage but I was supposed to get full synthetic. Needless to say, I was having a very stressful day, and knew it was going to take me forever to get a refund and then get the other full synthetic i didnt have money on me tovpay out right etc and we have a trip planned and I have been working copious amounts of OT. It was one of those moment where you just say well I guess I'm effed and I started to grab my stuff to leave. The guy, I forgot his name, i think it was Andrew from the previous reviews i have seen. He was so very calm. He stopped me before i lost my cool even more than I did. Not that I intended to put my aggression towards him, as it was not his fault, but he ended up taking care of everything and allowed me to get what I needed without all any hassle. I of course apologized for my demeanor, he wasn't aware of our situation and yet he remained professional kind. And we were in and out within an hour. I will continue to come here every time if this is how they treat their customers. And for the guy working there who i thin is Andrew the manager. Thank you very much again sir. Here is the 5 star review as requested for the assistance and kindness you showed us. Even though you would have gotten 5 stars without even having to ask! You deserve it!!! Hope you have a wonderful day!

Came here for oil change. Grabbed a coupon off line and saved $20 off full synthetic oil change. The coupon also included a tire rotation! Great service at the desk and it was comfortable seating with plenty of plugs for your laptop and chargers. Love this place and it will be my go to going forward. I called up to ask a couple questions about services and spoke with a very pleasant lady named, Rebecca. She was very helpful and when she didn t know the answer to my question she found the answer. Rebekah, made me feel like I matter & I am important! I feel I received honest advice and service. This is something rare in today s society. Exceptional service was given to me , By Mr. Andrew Wilson ( Manager at location) and staff. I purchased a Groupon giving me 5 quarts for the oil change, however my car needed another quart to complete the oil change. All fees were waived in this matter. I highly recommend this place for exceptional service and tact in handling situations.

Excellent customer service. Very quick, quality work. I was referred here by my usual auto shop for exhaust work. They did great. Prices are fair and competitive.
