Joe Hudson did an outstanding job om my Tahoe. Kept me informed throughout the process. Dennis was great & really appreciate all he did as he would text my updates a few times a week explaining what was completed & what was next to be fixed. I would highly recommend Joe Hudson if you need car repairs due to a collision.

So my car was hit at my kids school on a thursday. The insurance allowed me to go ahead and turn my car into Joe Hudson Collision Center on that following Monday and had a rental for me as well. I was told they may keep my car longer if they had to order a part. Which they did have to and I enjoyed the information because I was able to keep the car for a week and half. They kept me updated when they started on the car all the way until they were finished with my car. They did a beautiful job on my back bumper. The lady that hit me her insurance recommended them and they paid for the body work that was supposed to be done. Great Jobs and thank you again!!!!!!

I was sent here through GEICO the day I got into my accident, which was nice considering most shops are booked out for months. It took about 6 weeks for me to get my car finished. Of course, with everything going on in the world, parts are back ordered and continue to be causing stress for clients which I understand. I appreciate Denise working with and the techs (I didn t get his name), that worked with me so well and put up with me calling and texting every day. It s the customer service I appreciated and being kept up to date. I felt bad always concerned with my car, but my car being very special to me I always wanted to be kept up with what was happening. Denise and management specially worked with me and getting my parts to make the process go faster and easier for me. I just want to say thank you again and putting up with me calling.Body work was very good no issues that I have seen and paint match perfectly to original.Thank you Denise, techs, and management that put up with me. Completely unexceptable! 19 days to fix a cracked bumper! One excuse after another, never your fault. Too many issues to go through 1 by 1 but just as a small example... When I was suppose to finally p-up my car on day 18, they hadn't even put the radiator/fan cowlling back on! (and had to go look at pictures to make sure), yet it was ready to go. Went from dissatisfied to disgruntled to disgusted. Letting my insurance co. know is my next step.Service: Body & Trim

First experience:Someone damaged my wife's car and we had to go through insurance to get it fixed. Geico recommended them and I asked about reviews/reputation and took the chance. Needless to say im not disappointed at all. Employees were all professional and kept me updated on the status of the repair without me asking. They repaired and painted the area very quickly in my opinion. They told me it would be 2-3 days and I know the extent of the work that usually takes at least a week. They did get it back to me on the shorter end of the timeframe they quoted. I'll definitely go back again if I have any other damages.Second experience:So after they did a great job with my wife's car I went back to have my car repaired after someone switched lanes into me. So we'll start off with I dropped it off and they quoted 2 weeks repair time. I got 1 call from Dianne updating me they were waiting for parts(an Acura lip kit that's special order and can't be reused) near the end of the timeframe. I go to pick up the car at the end of the 2 weeks and I find that the headlight still appears to be pushed in from the accident. They replaced the left wheel. My front bumper looked horrible with orange peel across half of it, dips, and runs in the paint. I asked Dianne why they didn't repaint the whole bumper and her literal words were "they don't let us repaint the whole bumper. Only the damaged parts". Mind you this lady switched lanes into me and ended up spinning in front of my car leaving her paint and scratches across the whole bumper. Then she proceeded to brag that they "touched up some existing damage". I continued to find defects in their work so Dianne got irritated and told me to keep the rental while they "look into maybe fixing the headlight" with a new completion date of Tuesday, October 27. The rental agreement ended that day so I ended up getting charged over $100 in rental feels for not returning the car that day(which Dianne refused to take responsibility for). The next week I called on Tuesday about my vehicle and Dianne said "they ordered an OEM fender for my vehicle". I asked about the bumper and she said "you'll get a new bumper"(now I have concerns with this verbiage due to the nature of the one time use lip kit from Acura) with an attitude. I called that Friday, October 30, and Dianne said "we should be getting the fender today and your vehicle should be done by Tuesday, November 3. I called Monday, November 2(because I haven't heard from them since last week), asking if my vehicle will be done by Tuesday and Dianne said "we just got the fender today so it'll be done by Wednesday or Thursday". More details of this nightmare to come....I came to pick up my vehicle Thursday November 5th and it seems like they replaced the fender with an OEM fender and it fits better, but the headlight is still not where it should be. Dianne didn't come out to look at the car with me when I found more issues. I brought this vehicle in with absolutely no issues other than the fender, wheel, and bumper but I turn the car on to make sure everything is good but I had 4 different faults on the car. One fault was a low battery or problem with the battery, the other fault was the TPMS sensor isn't working, ABS light was on and the fault didn't specify, and the last one was Body electrical - Daytime running light isn't working. When I asked why the battery was almost dead the response was "sometimes that happens during the repair process" as if they don't out trickle chargers on the cars or disconnect the battery. They cleared all codes, drove it around back, and out air in the tire. They give me the key back and all the codes returned. Dianne told me "we'll have to get the insurance involved to get this resolved" as if they can't fix an issue caused by THEM. Dianne said she's going to try to get it back to me tomorrow(doubt it). They've had my car since October 10th and today is November 5th, when all that was needed was a bumper repaint, fender replacement, wheel replacement, and get the headlight back where it should be.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had a great experience with this shop. It was the shop Geico wanted me to use for a claim I made and the whole thing just went smoothly, quickly, and was done with high quality, and attention to detail. I just paid my car off 2 weeks before the claim so I was worried I would get a less than brand new looking car back but it looks great I can't even tell it ever needed repairs. Everyone was friendly and helpful and communicative. They also went above and beyond with a third party glass repair that took place in their shop. They got my car back to me early and looking great. Arrived inside and was greeted quickly. Our Traverse had rear damage from a collision. They took only 3 days to completely repair, wash, and hand the keys to us. I hteard good reviews from this company. I drove 25 miles to get an estimate very small repair job. I was told we can t give a quote. We do everything by appointment. It literally would ve been about 10 minutes. Not very good customer service.

Very good service...quick, easy, and straightforward...friendly, pleasant staff...so far they have been awesome providing information on my vehicle, estimates, explaining potential issues and advising me on the whole process. I will see how the repairs goRepairs were timely, a rental car was waiting for me when I took my car in, and I dropped it off and drove away when my car was finished. It looks better than it has since I bought it new! It was washed and detailed, as well. I am very satisfied with the entire process...I recommend this business and I would definitely go back if I need their services

It was a pleasure working with Joe Hudson Collision Center! When I arrived for my appointment, the receptionist, Cynthia, was so welcoming, polite, and professional. You could tell right away that she was experienced because she thoroughly explained the process from start to finish, and she made the paperwork part a breeze. When I met with the adjuster, Jason, he was super nice and professional as well. He even made a curtesy call to me before starting the repairs to let me know everything that would be taken care of. They also have an automatic update system that texts you during the different phases your car goes through as it s being repaired, which was really cool and put my mind at ease. When I picked my car up after the repairs were complete, I was very impressed with their work. My car was as good as new and you couldn t tell there was ever any damage! Joe Hudson Collision Center comes highly recommended if you re looking for trustworthy repair work and a lifetime warranty.

Someone backed into our new 20202 Subaru 2 months after we got it. JHCC was so easy to work with. Drop off was a cinch. They dealt with the insurance directly. They explained the process well and answered all our questions with patience and kindness. They kept us updated on the progress with text messages and the car was done sooner than anticipated. I hit a deer driving home. I searched for a decently rated body shop. I chose Joe Hudson Collision on a Blanding Blvd. All the interactions were very good, from the phone conversations to face to face interactions. I never felt any negative vibes, which is unusual in the current climate. I was treated with respect everytime I contacted them. The two women who helped me there were excellent. I believe their names were Cynthia and Diane? But not 100% sure. But they were very welcoming and explained everything clearly. I explained the issues with the car, and the lady was very attentive and addressed every issue. My car was repaired on schedule, and i was advised of status at each step. The car looks great, works great! I will use them again if the need arises. Hopefully no more accidents in the near future. Excellent experience.
