I've been looking for a trust worthy shop for a long time, and I finally found one. I won't take my cars anywhere else now. JJ's is extremely thorough, they walk you through everything, they are open and honest about what work needs to be done, and they do the job right the first time. Everyone at the shop is super friendly and professional. By far, the best auto shop around!

I was very happy with JJAuto's work. My car needed several repairs (power steering pump, head gasket replacement, air conditioner repair and t-rod replacement) each one was fixed right and I am having no issues with any! It was pricey but you get what you pay for.They have my trust and I would definitely take my car back to them! Thank you JJ Auto!

JJ Auto has become my go to place. Newer shop but there s years of experience and customers service here. Noah and Dave are always quickly getting my car back to me and I love that they actually communicate instead of me wondering what s going on with my car. Couldn t have asked for a better experience!

This place is awesome. Now I really understand why so good reputation. I took my car for an inspection due to an abnormal sound while driving. Since the first contact by phone, Johnny P. was amazing. Once over there they inspected the car, Johnny took the time to check if the repair was cover by my manufacturer warranty, explained every detail about what the issue is and how to be solved and suggested me to take it to the dealer, as the repair should be still under warranty.First time I see a company to go above and beyond to help customers to save money. I definitely will be recommending this place to my friends and family. Best customer service in a workshop ever seen.

They offered me a ride to and from the shop. Answered my questions clearly and also treated me with kindness and respect. Prices were on the high end. Good at helping work with my warranty. Friendly. Would recommend coming here. They even showed me proof of the faults that is wrong with my car either by video or photo. Overall very satisfied. I think their customer service is better than Chic Fi La at this point.I got an oil leak repaired, new mounts on motor and transmission, steering wheel module repaired.

JJ Auto came to the rescue for me and my family. The day after Christmas we were headed out camping loaded with wife, kids and dogs in tow. Truck started sputtering and check engine light came on. With guidance from God, He guided us to JJ Auto. We spoke to Noah and explained the situation and he worked with management to squeeze me in.Since they are next to a large shopping strip, we were able to get a place to disconnect our camper. Noah and his manager walked across the lot to meet us and see how we were doing. Their hospitality was amazing and unexpected! They were transparent the whole time explaining they would try their hardest to get us fixed same day. They quickly diagnosed the issue and worked to resolve. If it wasn't for the parts waiting to be delivered to them, I'm confident we would have been turned around same day.Noah kept me informed the whole time whenever he had updates. And he even worked with us to try to find solutions if we had to stay over night. I'm pleased to say my truck is running excellent now and we were able to continue our camping trip with a minor detour!I thank God for the entire staff at JJ Auto especially Noah for his compassion and willingness to help. I express nothing but gratitude to the entire team and am glad to finally have a place to service all my future vehicle needs.100% recommend this place. God bless you all!

This place is absolutely amazing. The owner greets you and makes sure that you are in the best hands. The staff is amazing. They care about you understanding what's going on and to solve your problems really quick for a good price. Noah was the one who took my case and he did it being very nice and understanding my needs. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for great service.

I can't say enough great things about this place! For the last year, they've been my only go-to for all my vehicle's needs... And I have a very needy vehicle with specific snowflake issues!!Oil changes, tires, alignments, shocks and struts and so much more at a very reasonable price. Noah and all the other great folks there.. mechanics *especially*, are honest, courteous and knowledgeable.Highly recommended for an honest, reputable repair shop in Orange Park! Especially if you have a Suzuki!

I tried out JJ Auto-Service & Tires for the first time on 2/16/24 and was very impressed with their customer service as well as their actual service with my car. This is now my go to place! I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of as a women like I've been made to feel at other places I've been to when I needed repairs done to my car! They have earned my trust! Thank you John P for the great service, you've won me over to making sure JJ Auto Service & Tires is now my go to place and I will be sure to spread the word!

I was originally unhappy with my experience at JJ Auto. However, John at JJ made it his mission to do whatever was necessary to make it a positive experience. After speaking with him, finding him polite and sincere, I can say I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received. The work they did on my car was excellent and I know for a fact they stand behind everything they do.

I saw all the great reviews for these guys and it didn t take me long to realize why! Everyone was so nice and Johnny super helpful and also great at explaining what was wrong with my car. The price was fair and cheaper than dealership prices! They were able to get me in quickly and my car was fixed the next day! Johnny even did a follow up call to check on how it was running! 10/10 service and I def found my new auto shop :) thanks JJ auto!!!

I took my vehicle to have them check the brakes and provide a quote.They checked out my vehicle thoroughly, notating things overlooked by the Dealership after it was serviced days prior!Pro:The staff is very professional,Knowledgeable and seems pretty honest.Most importantly, there is no pushy sales attitude on recommended versus needing repair/service on your vehicle.Offer 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Nationwide Warranty on any repair! Compared to Dealerships, 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first.Service Advisors are Technicians themselves and not just Salespeople like most Dealerships!Con:Services are pretty expensive compared to Dealerships, depending on the Brand.The labor rate ($150+) is about the same as most Dealerships in the area.Overall, for an Independent Auto Care Shop, they seem pretty legit.

JJ's recently took care of my truck for a no start issue that was under warranty, not only did they fix that, but they inspected the truck for me and found other issues that needed immediate attention, and were able to fix all that too. Will definitely be coming back for future service. Noah and the crew were very friendly and made me feel welcome at the shop as well.

I had a very good experience with JJ Auto Service & Tire. Johnny was the sales person that helped me from the minute I walked in until the minute I walked out. I went in for a routine oil change. While back, he found that some fluid was low and was concerned with there being a leak. He brought me back in the service area and explained and showed me exactly what was going on and what my options were. After discussing it and figuring out what to be done, the simple job along with the oil change was completed. Every detail and charge was explained and in black and white...NO SURPRISES!!! I will be going back. Thank you, Johnny and the guys who worked on my vehicle and the great customer service.

Initially brought in the car to the shop for an oil change & some work on the brakes. Since this is a RepairPal shop & I'm nearing the end of my extended warranty, I asked them to also inspect for anything covered. JJ s took care of everything perfectly & kept me updated. In my case, they had my car ready sooner than quoted. I will continue to choose JJ s for my car maintenance even after the warranty in expired.

I had a great experience. Took my car for breaks rotors tie rod and cv axle. I knew it was a big job and I wanted the job done right and Noah delivered that for me. He updated me every step of the way and even sent pictures. He was a man of his word while answering every question I had in mind. After many disappointing experiences at my car dealership's service department (I own a VW) I am so glad we were referred to J&J. They were very professional and knowledgeable and they actually communicate!! True customer service. They were able to resolve my issue which 3 prior trips to the dealership couldn't seem to do. They were very respectful and accommodating regarding the length of time my service was going to take and even offered to get me a Uber if necessary. They are reasonably priced and my car drives better than ever. Thanks again. We will be visiting J&J again in the future.

Brought my Vw gti here and they had is runing again in two weeks, had tons of issues befor i brought it in and got it back with not one. Absolutely amazing customer service and the staff is amazing. Coming here isn t like going to most shops but like taking it to your dads house. They are the best!

If u r looking for a great place to take your car for repairs, please go to JJ AUTO. I guarantee u will be a satisfied repeat customer. U will have your car fixed in a timely manner by a friendly, professional staff. The shop is bright and clean and the service advisors and technicians are very knowledgeable and will treat u with respect while explaining what is needed to keep u and your car safe on the road. Today they called me an Uber to take me to the shop to pick up my car. Not only was it repaired, but it was clean and pollen free and the windows were squeaky clean inside and out and they even removed the oxidation on my headlight lens. I am so impressed with that shop, they have made me a customer for life. An exceptional customer experience. Thank u Anthony, Johnny and Kenny.

There is no words that will fit the description of JJ Auto, these guys are simply amazing!! My tech was Noah and he out of this world, from professionalism to customer service all wonderful. This is my new spot for my 2015 VW Passat. They figured out what was wrong with my car, and they didn t stop until they did! I am very pleased with the work from these guys!! 10 stars for me!!

I went in for an oil change and while they had my vehicle on the lift they were able to strap up my undercarriage which had been dragging and it's been perfect ever since. They were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond!

Genuine good people here at JJ! My trucks starter seized up while I was at the gym next door and these guys were kind enough to have a tech walk over with me to check it out. They jumped it with a battery pack and knocked the starter back in place and it started right up. They didn t charge me a dime so I gave the tech $20 for his time.I d highly recommend visiting them for your auto needs.
