Tabbetha and her manager at the Orange Park location were very professional and courteous. I was greeted before getting out of my car and they also assisted me in getting the best coupons and discounts. I will recommend this place to all. Courtesy always goes a long way.

Great service! I was helped by a kind man who informed me of different services that I was in need of. I am not too keen on what a car needs and what to do, so his help was greatly appreciated! I now am able to drive my car knowing that all is well with it. Will recommend to my family and friends and will be returning myself.

Always great service !! I live near many Jiffy Lubes and go to this location because the service and professional care they have for the customer and vehicle are exceptional!! They offer more car care services at this location and recommend needed services. Mgr Steve is awesome!!

Such a great experience! I had the pleasure of being assisted by the manager Thomas during my oil change. He took care to inform me of any and all preventative maintenance care I should look into for upcoming services. I m not the most car savvy so him being so informative is such a life saver. 10/10 would recommend! Definitely will go again!Service: Oil change

The customer service was on point. I was at another Jiffy Lube that had just run out of the filter I needed. They made a call to this location, close to closing time, and they got me in. They were super friendly and worked quickly

I am blown away by how AWFUL my experience has been. I received an oil change on April 28th and immediately had issues with my vehicle. On my way home from work on Saturday, it turned off on me in traffic and was having an unbelievable stutter to the engine, which was all met with a check engine light with multiple other lights on my dash. I brought it back in and they admitted they overfilled my engine. They re-serviced my vehicle and replaced the oil filter. I drive off, with the car feeling a little better , hoping for it to just go back to normal. I drive the vehicle again Monday to doctor s appointments for my VA disabilities and am MET WITH THE SAME ISSUE AND THE SAME LIGHTS ON MY DASH BOARD. Come to find out, THEY OVERFILLED MY ENGINE AGAIN!! I have called that serviced center, the customer support number, AND opened a case online for this. The service center has stated that the manager has been talking to the district manager (this has been the word for 2 days without any update or resolution) and yesterday, the manager just was not there. It is now May 5th, a WHOLE WEEK LATER. I am now left with a vehicle that I CAN NOT DRIVE and most likely, some pretty bad damage to my engine. DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE AND TAKE OVER A WEEK TO GET ANY RESOLUTION. I am out of a vehicle and am receiving ZERO support from the service center, the franchisee, or Jiffy Lube as a whole. Save yourself the time and hassle and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Both pictures are AFTER they fixed the problem on Saturday. The car has sat for 48 hours before these pictures were taken, and as you can see, the oil is above the max fill line by ALMOST 2 INCHES. UNACCEPTABLE.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Was very quick when with cars in front of me. Stayed in my vehicle the whole time. Told me what I needed done to the vehicle I was driving and gave me the option to get it done now and if not just advised to keep a look out and get it done when possible. Very friendly. Ver knowledgeable. Definitely recommend going to location. Even during "lunch time" it was fast compared to other placed I have been to with an appointment.

I had my breaks replaced here and ended up having a small problem. Came back and the manager Thomas made sure I left with everything I needed and a safe way home. Couldn t ask for better customer service. Very honest and loyal people.Thank you Thomas for everything!

Worst jiffy lube I have been to in 30 years. No one came to attend me. Sat in my car thirty minutes. Four employees walking around and still no one came to advise me what was happening. It looked like they were doing repairs instead of fast oil change. Finally after wasting part of my morning I gave up and left. DO NOT GO TO this location.
