I travel a lot here and there. My vehicle was involved in a hwy collision when I discover this repair shop. Not a lot of shops would touch nor take a chance on repairing my vehicle due to the seriousness of the repairs and the erotic brand it is. This auto repair shop was extremely nice to take on the task with open arms. They even scheduled a tow to scoop up my vehicle. Since my vehicle model will not be made anymore; I was concerned about the parts needed for the repairs. The shop was able to get all the back ordered parts in as well as the parts that had to be made straight from the manufacturer which made me extremely thrilled.So I m delighted to give a special kudos to this repair shop for doing an excellent job on my Madrati. I strongly suggest & recommend this repair shop to anyone.I m so happy to finally get my baby back!Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Can not say enough about the great service we received at Hanania Collision Center. They were very professional and courteous. Our repair was handled promptly with outstanding results. Barry Crue was especially helpful in getting the job done without any problems! Highly recommend!

Hanania Collision was absolutely amazing! Not only did they have my large repair finished by the promised date, they kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I am super thankful for. Communication is key to great customer service and they are definitely on point! The repair they did is amazing, I was really worried about the paint match because it s a special edition matte paint, but they matched it perfectly. The body repair is great too (my car was hit 3 days after I bought it! ) and they made it look like it never happened! Hopefully I don t end up in another accident, but if I do, I know exactly where I ll be taking my car Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I'd like to tell you about the extreme professionalism of Hanania Collision Center. I dealt mostly with Mike and he was a star. Everyone there were polite and friendly. I had an issue I needed to deal with and he took full control and made sure EVEYTHING was perfect. If I ever need anything done on a vehicle in the future, Hanania and Mike would be my goto place and person. Thank you for your followup and top notch service. I highly recommend Hanania Collision Center, located in Orange Park, for its extremely professional, efficient, and reliable services. Recently, I was involved in an accident, and my brand-new Miata MX5 needed repair. Mathew took care of everything and dealt with the insurance on my behalf, so I didn't have to worry about anything. Despite living in Tallahassee, I traveled to Orange Park to drop off my car with Mathew because I trusted Hanania to take good care of my vehicle. This is the worse place to take your car they don t give you adequate in timely updates. Mike was sarcastic when I was telling him that it s been 2 weeks and I haven t had any updates since he ordered the parts at the beginning of that week I called on a Thursday. The approval from my insurance company was on a Monday. I am currently going on the 4th week without my car and no updates besides part were ordered 2 weeks ago. The rest of the staff was friendly. However, it will make a month next week!!!!

I don't know what some of these bad reviews are about. I personally, after being out through hell with Fields Collision Center, have found a breath of fresh air working with Hanania collision center. This team works well together and they never mind taking my calls. They are even being a huge help with dealing with the absolute worst insurance company in existence (Pearl Holding Group). I found this team to be a superior in every way. They even helped me with little known help I could get. Also they got my car pulled apart and inspected very quickly.I would recommend this shop over any other. Fair prices too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Awesome experience! Very professional and excellent work quality. Can't say enough good about Matt & Mike. They kept me informed along the way and delivered more than I expected. I worked with Jessica Carey. Even though the repairs took more than three months (parts delays - new truck) she kept me up to date and informed on the whole process. Vehicle looks 100% better than when it got there on a tow truck. Minor issue with paint - corrected quickly and efficiently without any hassle. These people are awesome . I would send my Mom to Hanania Collision on Wells Road . I had my car fixed there and found their work to be exceptional and they are 100% honest and saved me money . On two separate occasions they openly gave me a lower bill than they originally thought once they knew the true cost of the work. I wouldn't go anywhere else, hard to find a good honest body shop . Top notch customer service and craftsmanship! I was involved in a rear-end collision by an individual who had sub-par insurance. The process of getting the necessary repairs was delayed for months because of the insurance company s lack of communication and inability to send an adjuster to inspect the vehicle in a timely fashion. Mike dealt with the frustrations of the insurance agency to get the necessary monetary adjustments, which allowed the technicians to restore my vehicle to pristine condition. I want to thank Mike, Jessica and the rest of the friendly staff at Hanania Collision Center for helping me through a long and difficult process. I highly recommend them for anyone needing collision repair or body work done on their vehicle.

When my beloved truck was hit by a reckless driver-I was devastated. It took speaking to Matt, to feel better! He made me feel like I was important and made sure to return my calls even if it was after closing. When I went to pick up my truck, the facility was clean and Bobby and Matt welcomed me right away. Bobby did an Amazing job with all the body work and I know it wasn t easy. When the wheel cap was delivered to the shop, they didn t make me drive to pick it up, they sent it to me. I got it within a day..Matt insisted on new parts and got them approved and that was a definitive moment for me and gave me back hope, that my beautiful truck, would once look like new, again!And it does! Because of our prior stellar experience at Subaru service in Orange Park, we knew that we could bring our car to Hanania and trust the staff with our concerns.A short time later, our expectations had been exceeded in every way. Not only was the work on our car done perfectly and made the vehicle appear like it was new, but Matt at the center constantly communicated with us throughout the entire process, keeping us informed, dealing with our insurance and even saving us money on the final cost.No one ever truly desires to have occasion to visit an auto repair shop, but if circumstances warrant it, I would not only recommend Hanania collision to anyone reading this review, but I can honestly say that you will have the best experience in your time of need with this staff.Thank you Matt and the Hanania team!Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Micheal fought tooth and nail and you sarcasm and humility. When the insurance company did not want to pay for their responsible damage I ve came to this location twice and have had good success each time it s really far from where I live but is worth it I recommend I recommend, and the other staff is nice and kind as well and willing to help

Brought my Elantra in for Bumper damage and the fix and the constant updates were great and it was all good till the day I picked up my car, first thing was as soon as I opened the door I was blown back by the smell of cigarettes, neither me or my wife smoke and my son has asthma and the second thing was there was oil stains all over the steering wheel the seats and the door. I left a message but never was called back.

Courteous staff and very fast with the estimate. I will update after the repair is completed.EDITED: This is 8 months after the repair and original review. I would like to say again how professional and helpful the staff were here. Supply chain difficulties made things take a bit longer than hoped but that was not the fault of Hanania. Repair was flawless and our Outback looks like new. HIGHLY recommended

Amazing service! I cannot recommend this shop enough. I am eternally grateful, especially to Mike. I was confident the entire time they had my vehicle. Mike even advocated for me against the insurance company of the person who hit me to make sure I had my rental and repairs paid for. Very kind people, very professional, and amazing work. Had to take my wife s car in for a couple of scratches and got the estimate and was able to drop it off the following day. Dealing with Mike Towns was a great experience and he had to put up with me calling multiple times needing an update but did finish on the time frame he had given me. I want to thank Mike Towns for being very professional and with the help of a tech saved me from going back another time. This was the second time we had used them and will recommend them to any body who has auto body needs. The whole staff there is great and the manager Matt has help out in the past and it shows in his staff. Hanania Collision Center did a good job repairing my car. However, it took them almost a MONTH to fix a small amount of repairs. And when I called a couple of times, I got the "it might be done by end of week". My biggest complaint is the negative/ rude transactions with front desk. The lady with red hair acts like she is miserable doing her job and treats customers like we are annoying her by just our presence there. When my car was FINALLY ready for pick up, my teenage son went with me to pick it up. As we walked out, HE even said "Wow, that place has such a negative vibe in there. And was that lady mad about something?" I said I don't know, she has been like that all 4 times that I've interacted with her and not just with me, but every other customer I've seen while I'm in there. If a teenager can feel the negativity, you know it's thick. No "welcome in", no smile, no "thank you for your business ". On a positive note, the main guy that I spoke with, in cooperate, replied to me quickly and was nice.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hanania Collision was very punctual, used a high quality paint, give a lifetime warranty on their repairs and everyone I met there was very professional, friendly and caring. I would not take my cars and trucks anywhere else for body repair. Thank you Mike for keeping me informed on every step of repairing my truck. You treated me right and was very caring and helpful from the beginning to the end of my truck being prepared and painted. Shawn, you did outstanding workmanship of painting my truck. You were very meticulous in preparing my truck to be painted and also did a fabulous job of painting it with perfection in matching the color of the paint to the rest of the truck. I have told my wonderful experience to my relatives and friends, and they told me they will reach out to Hanania Collision for body repair. You went above and beyond with excellent workmanship and the wonderful personal touch of the entire staff of always being courteous, caring and trustworthy. I highly recommend Hanania Collision. was told to not wax for while so the paint sets, but when i did it revealed over spray in 3 places, which they cant fix because i don't live there anymore. also it doesn't look the same as before the small dent.Edit: Do not use this place!!!!! After less then a year the paint is chipping. A little dent cost 3000 to fix but the results are awful. They paid another shop to fix their mistake but the Paint is two tone due to the management's decision to use a second rate paint shop to fix their mistake.

I was involved in an accident with my Acura RDX and I immediately knew that Hanania Collision Center was the place to go. Mike T. was absolutely fantastic! He assured me that he would take care of everything and he really did. He kept me informed every step of my repair. I was worried that he would not be able to get the parts needed for repairs but he moved mountains to make sure that they came in, in a timely manner. I would recommend Mike and Hanania to any one who need repairs. The workmanship on my car was outstanding and I fell in love with my car again. Ten stars to everyone who worked on my car. I had my car worked on at Hannania Collision after a miner collision back in February. A couple collision centers near-by either had a month long wait time or wasn t there to answer their phone.On a Friday I went to Hanania Collision on my way home and spoke to Barry. He inspected my car and got my car in the following Monday.A few weeks later I got my car back in amazing condition. I was very pleased with their work.A few months later someone backed into my car again. This time I knew the person, so to make it less stressful for them, I let their insurance company use their collision center to fix my car. Let s just say my car was so CARELESSLY done at Coggin Collision I will never let them touch my car again!I then called Barry at Hanania and they re-did everything to my car properly.I highly recommend everyone trust Hanania Collision. I will never go anywhere else from now on.

I had to have my bumper repaired from someone backing into my car. Mike Towns did a great job of keeping me updated on my car repair & quickly responded to any questions I had. There were also some issues that I ran into with the insurance company that he was helpful with having resolved. I will definitely be going back for any future needs.Service: Body & Trim
