I want to personally thank the assistant manager Chris Pyles for being a people person and having patience. I recommend this company

Chris and his team provide great customer service and professionalism. I've been with their location with all my vehicles for several years. They always get the job done in a timely and friendly manner at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this shop for all your mechanical and tire needs.

This review is a few months late but I must say that the Good Year team at this location is nothing short of amazing! I went in on four different occasions to replace my tires (one by one). It was a bit stressful for me since I had a very stressful move from NY to FL but they made me feel well taken care of each time. They greeted me with a smile, put my nerves at ease and got me in and out quickly. I will most definitely be going back to this location with any car issues I may have in the future.

I ve been bringing my vehicle to Goodyear for the past 5 years and I ve always had excellent service. I ve compared their prices to other auto shops in the area on a few occasions and have always found Goodyear to give the fairest quotes. They have excellent customer service and have offered me a ride to and from work when needed to get my car serviced. I most recently had Kyle get my vehicles shocks replaced and once again, excellent service! 10 out of 10 would recommend getting your vehicle serviced here!

Definitely would not recommend. Spoke with store manager, explained the services I was needing and the state of the vehicle, he agreed to service the vehicle. The next day I was called and they said that they would have to charge me an extra $250. When I explained to them I had an agreement with the store manager they refused to service the vehicle without upcharging me.

I brought a cash car and took here for inspection. The inspection was though, they explained in layman's terms (eventhough I'm very familiar with the car model). Being a woman I felt comfortable with their advice & recommendations. They seemed genuinely concerned. Kyle was super helpful.

I've been coming to this Goodyear for 3 years, they've worked on my Honda, and my Jeep Wrangler. Recently my jeep was overheating the rear passenger side tire, the Goodyear in San Jose could not find anything wrong and wanted to hold it overnight so their tech could look at it. I gave this location a call and they got me in without a reservation and found my issue within an hour. They are properly staffed, respectful and knowledgeable and I only trust them with my vehicles.

We have been bringing a company fleet cars here for years, that has changed quickly. We took a car there for service 2022 model. They recommended new set of tires, oil change, and to top off the fluids. Well everything was done, so we thought. The car was driven to the airport (JAX), then back home. My wife tells me the car acts like it wants to shut off, the light is coming on to change the oil, and it s making a weird noise. I drive the car about ten miles and the low oil pressure light comes on. I tell my wife that is not a change the oil light and we need to stop the car immediately. We pull into a gas station, I check the oil and there is no oil in the car. My wife calls Goodyear and the recommendation is to put a quart of oil in it and bring it back. We drop the car off with them, they kept it overnight. We get a call from them 8:30 in the morning saying the car is ready for pickup. So come to find out they only drained the oil and never put any oil in it. So the best that management could do or say is mistakes happen and we were too busy to double check, sorry you had to come back. Needless to say we will never come back.

I don t leave reviews often, but I felt compelled to write this, and say that Kyle and the rest of the staff at Goodyear are excellent people. They made sure that I was taken care of, for a good price, and it was honest work. I m traveling through but if I m in the area again and I need maintenance on my vehicle. I ll definitely be coming here.

Extremely Poor personal very Dishonest they will sell you items that you do not need Management is Poor would not recommend much better automobile repair shops that will not SCAM you & be Dishonest the Entire front desk staff are rude & Dishonest this is how they are Trained to upsell you on items you don t need, it s called Hitting your Quota on sales 90% of the time the items parts you need is not on hand it s delivered by Uber Yes Uber from Advance Auto or Napa or whoever has your part/ parts Caution please do you Homework before you have Goodyear service you Vehicle!!!

Wow! What can I say about the staff at Good year! For sure nothing short of amazing! For sometime I had a tire issue and decided to look into it today in my spare time, as soon as I walked in Kyle was able to assist in diagnosing the possible issue. Once we knew what the issue was he and Chris took their time to inform me how important it would be to get not one tire but all four because of the program Goodyear provides plus the tires I had had low treads. Of course, I said I would rather have one tire and come back later. My concern was the noise my car was making, Chris, immediately said let me check into that. When he came back he not only fixed it, but told me the issue that caused the noise could have created serious repercussionshad I not looked into it. Well, I GOT ALL FOUR TIRES!!! Chris and Kyle heard my concerns and were readily able to fix whatever issues there were to keep me safe! Definitely will be back to this location!!!

Chris and the other staff at Goodyear in Orange Park were amazing! I booked a reservation online at another tire store and they called me to reschedule because they were unable to help me. So, I called in the middle of the day on a Saturday and Chris was able to help me with oil change and tires. So thankful!

Was a customer here for years and had a lot of work done on my car here. Now that there is new people working here they try to take advantage of you. They attempted to charge 200 dollars in extra maintenance that I was not necessary whatsoever. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. So if you do any business with them other than tires. Get a second opinion.

Took a few nails on 103rd this am at 4:00 am. Stopped into Wells Rd. Goodyear about 11:00. Told me they they didn't have tire in stock but could have it by 1:00. Had it already to go by 2:30 and me out of there by 3:00, spare i had changed was back under vehicle. Very affordable price on new tire/balance/labor. Excellent customer service and workmanship.

My daughter took her car there for an oil change, and they took advantage of her. Told her that her car wasn't compatible with conventional oil and said it would only take synthetic, lie #1. Then they said her car stalled out twice while they were moving it, lie #2. Her car has NEVER stalled, and didn't that day. Then they tried to charge her $853 dollars for the oil change, brakes, and an air filter. She called me and I told her to tell them no and just change the oil. They tried to take advantage of a 22 year old girl that didn't know, but ended up taking $52 on a synthetic oil change that should have been conventional. . Never going back.

I had an issue here, but contacted the corporate office and the district manager was very helpful. They made things right and I appreciate that, its a sign of a decent company.

I came in the shop because my car was acting weird, But Mr. Chris Pyles gel with everything. He is very intelligent expert at his job. He gave me much information that I didn t know about. I will definitely come back

tire rotation & balance Apt was at 3p. It's 5p and I'm still here. Car is still up in the air. 4 people in waiting area with me (1 just walking in so he doesn't really count). Are they going the extra mile and checking everything on my car or just disorganized & slow. Draw your own conclusion.

Horrible service, employees take there sweet time doing anything. Guy named mike runs inside horrible at his job and must be replaced. Absolute worst experience from Goodyear I ve ever had. Wants to call customers names because he can t do his job proper or know how to talk to customers.

My son s car broke a tie rod on wells rd. We saw that this good year had a great reputation online. Michael took in our car around noon and said they could fix it all before closing that day. I m thinking no way! 4:30 and a bunch of parts later they had it ready. No surprise cost, no over charges. They delivered as promised plus found a serious problem that they resolved to save of a near future expense. The whole team there was great and I would definitely recommend them for repairs! Thank you Michael for making this experience a great one!

Stopped by on my lunch break today because I had a flat tire. A lady at the desk came out and looked at the nail and said I needed a new tire because of the location of the nail. I had a bad feeling cause she just glanced at it briefly. I asked if she was sure and she said yes. Went inside and quoted me $200 for a new tire. I left and went up the road to a small mechanic shop and they patched it for me in about 10 minutes for $20. Obviously they are trained to just sell you a tire.

I stopped by with my mom in her car to get the air pressure checked in all the tires because the "low tire pressure" light came on in her car. We were told that one tire had about 19 pressure in it and that it should have around 34. It was suggested that maybe there was a slow leak. We agreed to have the tire checked. It ended up that there was a screw in the the causing the leak. The technician was immediately able to repair it. When we went to leave, my mom went to pay for the service, but was not charged for it. How great was that? My mom, a senior citizen, was given prompt, superb service at no charge. What a great group of guys and awesome management! Thank you so much!

Efficient and courteous staff. I've been in several times with tire issues and have never had a problem. After a year of my tire pressure light coming on and other shops saying there was nothing wrong, I went to Goodyear. Took them less than an hour to find the bent rim causing a small leak.

Excellent customer service. Shawn the manager took care of me and was nothing but professional from the time I walked in.Highly recommend this location Update: I must add that I have been back faithfully since my first experience here. Again, extra attention to detail from mgr Shawn found some issues that needed to be addressed in advance any potential breakdowns. Not to mention the few tire transactions I have made as well in the past few months have all went smoothly and I am completely satisfied with the service I receive. As a business owner who travels alit it's nice to have a place that understands that and accommodates as much as possible to my random schedule.Kudos to Shawn and his awesome team!

My car broke down in the middle of the night off of Wells Road. So I got on google and found this place less than a mile up the road. I called that next morning and got Mike (the store manager) on the phone. I explain the situation to him and he confirmed that should be something that could fix. After getting it towed to them around noon, I showed up and a mechanic was already looking at it. Within 15 minutes of me being there, Mike had given me a quote and told me that they had the parts in stock so that I my car would be fixed that same day. In addition to fixing the initial issue he also spotted another issue that was a major safety concern and was able to take care of that as well. And true to his word, he had the car done that same day. Great experience, would highly recommend!
