I was a "walk in". I needed 3 tires and an alignment done. I had to wait an hour to 2 hours but only because appointments come first. I believe the gentlemen that helped assist me was named Joe. He's the guy for your wants or needs and is so informative when it comes to answering all your questions! Patience is a virtue and after seeing the difficulty customers in and out during my wait, all i have to say is bless that man's soul because he definitely has that, Patience. Thanks for all your help. I will be returning.

I brought my truck here in January for a complete vehicle inspection, tire balance, oil change, and a problem with an exhaust rattle. The only thing that was properly done was the oil change. When I brought it back in for the next oil change, I pointed out my problems (I still had horribly out of balance wheels, the rattling from the exhaust was still there, and they didn't mention any recommended services on a 2005). All I heard was excuses from the female manager. So I took my truck somewhere else where they pointed out there wasn't even any weights on the front wheels and one of the wheels were over 3oz out of balance (if you know anything about balancing tires, this is ALOT). This shop will not touch my truck again.

Hubby took tire in to have a nail removed and the hole patched. I picked it up and they loaded it into my car. I noticed the valve stem cap was not there and she had to go back inside to locate it. This was not the average cap otherwise it would have been no big deal. Once my son reinstalled the tire on his car and was torquing the lugs I noticed the weight on the outside of the tire not on the inside of the rim like it was before. So back in we go and she tells me they put the weight where the machine tells them and they weren't told to put the weight on the inside of the rim when it was dropped off. Sorry but common sense should dictate here that if the weight was on the inside you should put the new weights on the inside. And if unsure, call the person that dropped off the tire. I'm only happy that they quickly pulled his car in and reinstalled the weight correctly on the rim without making us wait.

Came here because I had an appointment booked unfortunately somewhere else. But the service workers stood around without a greeting until I went in the back. The person in the front was making a personal call to the side probably unaware I was in the lobby at all. Once I get to the back they look at me as if I m in the wrong place?? I try to be friendly because I spoke on the phone with someone before hand it felt hostile. It would be nice if the workers would ask a customer if they needed help when they walked in a building. Especially if there are 5 of them.

I was very pleased to work with Joe yesterday. He was friendly and knowledgeable about all the products they had to offer. I had planned to shop around before buying 4 tires yesterday but he made me feel comfortable I was working with the right professional to get the job done!

I've been coming here for a few years now because my customer experience during my first visit was acceptable. Not great, but not bad. Since then, it's been a cavalcade of bad experiences. Primarily from the customer service aspect. The mechs are good enough, but the overall experience at the desk is pretty ridiculous.I use their phone app to make appointments because I try to keep to a tight schedule with everything going on in day to day life. I scheduled an 8 a.m. appointment this morning because I have a mountain of things to do today. The lady who helped me seemed exasperated by the workload and told me it would be at least a two hour wait. This is precisely why I schedule appointments so that I'm not wasting my day sitting around idle. This is a message to the failed leadership at Firestone. When you are uncaring of peoples time, it shows a great deal of disrespect. If you don't see it like that, then you're in a position you don't deserve.

For this particular visit, they changed the time of my appointment (I had to drive a friend to the hospital for an appointment--and they offered to "fit me in" even if I were to be a little late for the changed appointment time). As usual, they were efficient, of course (I just needed an oil change and a trip check this time).

I've been in multiple hard situations within the last year and, one way or another, it's firestone that has pulled my family out of a automotive emergency. We have 3 different brands with their own bad personalities - 1 toddler aged vehicle and 2 teenagers that seem to exist simply to suck all hope and girth from wallets.Brakes, Gaskets, Mounts, Serpentine belts, Sensors, Oil changes, Tires, AC...75% have been knee jerk, last minute emergencies that, through some type of wizardry, Firestone has had parts in stock or available within an hour that same day. Better than the dealer today that said, "We could probably get it this weak sometime".Yes, we've likely assisted multiple folks at the shop pay college tuition or boat repairs, but always with a breadth of relief. The front staff know their shift as well.PAY ATTENTION HERE!Every time I've taken one of our cars to a dealership for an issue, Firestone has met or beat the dealers pricing in parts, labor and availability. And they were honest about timing. If they said it could be done that day, it has been. When they were slammed, they would tell me not to bring it in that day or to try another vendor.Thankyou the staff. Front Desk, Mechanics and everyone in between. The Lasater Family

We have been going here for a couple of years and thought it was about time to post a review. We have always received professional repairs at this store. Very courteous staff. Kevin, the manager is the best. Shannon also has been very helpful. Can t say enough good things about this store and staff.

I went there for an inspection for an used car that i was about to buy. The inspection was very professional, complete and detailed, and helped me out to consider all aspects and get my own conclusions about the car.

They shouldn t even get the one star. I didn t know it took 2 hours to change oil and 2 tires. My 15 year old could have done it faster. The guy responsible for my car was gone more then he was working on it. If they worked more then played around maybe things would get done a little faster. I had a 9:00am appointment (yeah appointment ) my car wasn t finished until 11. I will make sure I take it somewhere different next time. A place where people actually care about their customers time. Because they sure don t.Services: Tires, Oil change

They did a good job, it just took a long time to do it! The waiting room was comfortable though, and there was plenty of coffee!

Disappointing Customer Service and Lack of Communication at FirestoneI recently had an unfortunate experience with Firestone that left me extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and communication. While I cannot comment on their technical expertise or the quality of their repairs, I feel compelled to share my disappointment in these specific areas. Here's why Firestone's customer service and communication fell short:Inattentive and Unhelpful Staff: The employees at Firestone seemed disinterested and unengaged. When I approached them with questions or concerns, they appeared bothered by my presence and lacked the willingness to assist. Their lack of attentiveness made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.Poor Communication: Firestone consistently failed to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. Despite promises to provide updates, I had to repeatedly call or visit the service center to gather even the most basic information. The lack of proactive communication made the entire process frustrating and unnecessarily time-consuming.Unresolved Issues: On top of their communication shortcomings, Firestone failed to address my concerns adequately. When I raised issues or asked for clarification, they either dismissed them without providing a satisfactory explanation or simply ignored them altogether. This lack of accountability and follow-up is unacceptable in any service-oriented business.Long Wait Times: The wait times at Firestone were excessive, and there seemed to be no regard for customer schedules or time constraints. Despite having an appointment, I still had to endure long delays before my vehicle was even attended to. This level of inefficiency demonstrated a lack of respect for their customers' time.Unfriendly Atmosphere: The overall atmosphere at Firestone felt unwelcoming. The staff did not create a friendly or inviting environment, and there was a noticeable absence of genuine customer care. While they did recommend me getting a new battery (very overpriced for something I can do myself) when I went to go pick up my car (finally after over 24 hours) it would not start, I went in to tell them that my car was not starting and they attacked me by saying well we said get a new battery batteries are like a light bulb never know when they are going to go -Kevin. I had no issues with my battery until I brought it there. I haven t had to jump it or anything. I just moved to this area and I ve never had issues with Firestones in Ohio, but this was an awful experience. It's disheartening when you don't feel valued or appreciated as a paying customer. While I understand that every business can have its off days, Firestone's consistent lack of communication and poor customer service left a lasting negative impression. I expected better from a company with their reputation. If you value efficient communication and attentive customer service, I would suggest exploring alternative options before considering Firestone for your automotive needsServices: Tires, Battery, Oil change

I was gonna give it a 4 star but Kevin was very helpful and accommodated me in getting my oil change and brakes done same day since it s urgent. It was an awkward couple minutes standing in line by myself not being acknowledged by the lady after she helped the other customer. Kevin came in and had reminded her to help me and she s responding as if I wasn t in front of them. Kevin helped me out as soon as he was done. He fully explained what needs to be done and what they fixed. I m giving this a 5 star because of Kevin a good customer service and very fast service by the crew. Thank you!

Kevin is extremely unprofessional and rude in the way he talks to people. I noticed it the first time I went and gave the benefit of the doubt (maybe a bad day) my second time going, the same thing, him and the girl up front were having personal conversations while making customers wait in line. Of course people are going to ask how long of a wait (not me but others) and he was speaking to them like they were dumb. Once my car was done with the diagnostics, it took 45 mins just for them to pull it around while I had two 4 year olds with me after the 3 hour wait although I had an appointment. The girl this time was off but had come in to "visit" so was standing behind the counter looking like she was there to work. When I asked Kevin to call the warranty company, he acted like it was a problem cause he knew they wouldn't cover what I needed which is fine.. however, I was asking him to call about the previous recommendation that they didn't call for the first time. Turns out they cover that 700 dollar charge. The gentlemen up front was very nice in trying to get my car out after waiting 45 mins, but seemed like Kevin just didn't care. I will take the quote to a different Firestone to get the work done but definitely won't give a 3rd chance to that location.Services: Air conditioning, Battery

I have been going to this particular Firestone for about 2 years probably a little more, when they had a different manager that was very clear with times and repairs. Today I called to see if I could get in for a oil change and I'd be waiting, the person Manager Kevin picked up and said that it would be a bit but I could get in. I drive my way there, and ask how much time and the front person said an hour, where to Kevin says that it was more like 1.5 hours, I decided to stay and wait. I sat down and about 5 minutes later I received an email from Firestone for the bill, which I looked over, especially the time. 50 minutes went by and I get up to see if my car was in the bay, almost done I remember thinking, to my surprise I find my car still in the parking lot. I told the guy at the front to give me my keys, he had to look for my keys in the bays which he found all the way in the back, didn't even seem like they acknowledged my work order for service. I should have known when I heard the majority of the 50 minutes I sat there with un-organization, confusion/communication issues between staff. I will not be returning due to their lack of customer service.

Over the last year they seem to be short of staff. That shortness shows in both the services they perform and the attitude given towards the clients. If they don t get it right the first time, they will get it right eventually I say this because it took four or five attempts to fix our power steering pump, and two attempts to change out our flat tires.Despite that we still prefer here over else where.

Had to drop my car off after hours, they gave me an estimate before I dropped it off and told me I would have it back within 3.5 hours of the time they opened. They had it ready and a few dollars cheaper than the estimate. I was very pleased with the service and professional way they treated me!! Then on the way out of their parking lot I got a svrew in my tire. They gave me a new tire at no charge and fixed it immediately. I would recommend them to anyone. By the way, I needed a new radiator and thermostat. The gentleman that helped me was Kevin. 2 thumbs up!!

I took my new car to be checked out before my 3 year old and I get in it, since noticed rust on the rotors and calipers. Kevin called to say he can't condemn them for the shape of the rotors, calipers, tires and brake pads, but they typically are done with tires after 5 years, depending on tread depth and wear. He said mine are at 6 years and 5/32nds but could not say that anything is required to be repaired.Since the warranty was in place, I got the work approved elsewhere and the new shop got all of the work, including my brakes and rotors and even my body work.Firestone doesn't care about your safety or my family's!Now, after being asked to email a second email and providing my personal information to be contacted within 48 hours, I have not received any contact from anyone at Firestone or Bridgestone support.Safety is #1!Update: After being asked to allow another 48 hours, I have not been contacted by anyone at Firestone or Bridgestone on this Friday, August 5th. I took my car there on 7/19.Some safety standards and customer service?!

The worst part of the business is no transparency. I did almost one hour from Saint Augustine for alignment and balance to my Lexus. I did cover my chairs with plastic to prevent grease and protect my car from unwanted black oil on my beige leather chairs, but they stained the entire door and roof of the vehicle. It, to me, is no respect for the customer. Also, they did not do the alignment right.

Super nice people and fast service at a good price, but less than stellar experience.1. Receipt had wrong name, address, tag no., and no vin no. Had to go back to shop to get a correction of the errors stapled to the original receipt.2. No mention of free tire balance and rotation of tires for life with purchase of new tires on the receipt, as advertised online.3. Yellow dots on tires suppose to be aligned with stems for perfect balance, but were not aligned, weight needed to balance tires.4. Tech grinding gears when moving vehicle, to bay. Best to drive your own vehicle in and out of bay. Toyota, now telling me I need a new clutch ($1500).
