Great communication.Every time I visit the employees are really friendly and helpful. Make an appointment or not and you still get the best service.Update:It's awesome to be able to say that my prior visits were no fluke. This time they couldn't repair what was wrong. They gave me advice to return to the dealership since they suspect that the damage was done during my prior visit to the dealership to have recall work done. They didn't try to get me to do other work that didn't need to be done.Service at Firestone was still awesome, honest, timely, and they kept me informed. I feel very comfortable that my next visit will once again be awesome.

I have been going there for a long time and I'm very impressed that the 2 guys that always have taking care of my family cars still there and they provide a very good service,one of them is a mechanic they are very polite and friendly

Definitely, drive up to this Firestone! Pass by the OTHER one down the street. These guys are far more efficient. Polite. And have great customer service. Super speedy too! Put two tires on the back of my car, no delays.

I went to 3 other firestones and they could not figure out how to do the alignment on my 2003 dodge durango. This store had done it in the past but always had to call in a tech. Luckily the tech I needed was there. Will be back

Firestone has been my automobile service provider for more than 40 years now and the Blanding location since 2006, I receive nothing but the best honest service and I m very happy with the quality of service

The manager Mr. Haas refused tips and snacks, which is very rare. The tires I got last year came with free tire rotation for life. So I came back for the service. I would purchase my tires from this business in the future when needed again.

Came in to have my tires balanced on my truck and dropped it off before they opened. I asked to have it back by 12 o'clock when Bryce called me at 7:30 I told Bryce Im probably gonna need brakes and give me an estimate to go ahead and do an oil change and fuel filter replacement on my truck as well. It would have been great revenue Bryce but you told me you were to busy. I'd bet it's just a reflection of your eom business results? I'm not mad I will just give my business to someone else.

Called this location with a last minute emergency. Will told me he only had one guy but that he would do his best to help me. Brought my work truck in to get a patch and turns out I actually needed the whole tire replaced. They managed to take care of me in under an hour. I appreciate their effort to keep me working safely for the rest of the week.

They tried to charge me 1100 dollars for an alternator not including labor when it should cost 500 for labor and all. They take advantage of women that are alone. Highly disappointed!

Got a new set of Firestone tires here. . Took my car back to have the front end checked because of a minor noise I d noticed before the new tires were put on. It took them a little while to check it, and get back to me. Everything else was good to go. Very busy place. The guys working inside at the counter were very professional, and courteous. They are much improved verses the poor customer service they had at this location a couple of years ago. Didn t get outright ignored this time, and I appreciate that. I like my new tires. Thank you.

Feeling totally disgusted right now. After paying almost $2,000 for repairs, I got my car back and within 5 miles of driving, discovered that the problems they "fixed" were still there! It's as if they didn't do anything! Communication at this location is also very poor. I have never taken my cars anywhere where the work was so inferior and the communication and service so poor. Will never recommend this location to anyone!!!!!!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

A week and a half ago I went to get a vehicle inspection and an oil change, once the inspection was completed I was notified that I needed all new tires and an alignment which was causing my tires to wear badly I came back the same day and got the alignment and two brand new tires which solved all of the issues and I thought my trouble was done. At no point were any warranties or anything offered to me I paid and I left.. Now a week and a half later I had to come back to this store due to a flat tire on one of my brand new tires, after The mechanic looked at the tire and found no puncture wounds so nothing at the fault of myself to cause the tire to go flat It was determined that there was a leaky valve stem... I was then told because I didn't have roadside warranty (that I was never offered) on said tire that I was going to have to come out of pocket again for another brand new tire. So now after everything that's had to be done to the car and all of the tires that I have had to purchase I am out around $450 to this location and I am nothing but infuriated.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

This Firestone is really awesome. Everyone is friendly and they had my tires done in about 30 minutes. (I only got rear tires). I was using tires plus less than a mile away but those guys scratched my wheels and never made it right. Firestone took care of me. The technician let me know my brakes needed replacement immediately (I had ordered brakes that morning) so I've got nothing bad to say about them.

Mark and the crew are nothing less than awesome. They have always been upfront and truthful.When we first moved to the area my wife stopped at a different service center. They not only skipped over her, but they performed an a/c repair that was never repaired correctly. My wife was extremely upset and did not want to deal with them anymore, so I started searching for service centers. That's when we first came to Firestone.They performed an a/c diagnosis and found the other company hadn't put the proper Freon level in. They fixed it good as new. Not only that, but instead of charging us to replace the a/c cab filter they told me what I needed to do to repair it myself.On another occasion, my wife got a flat on her way to work. The tire was changed out for the spare so she could get to work. After work she went straight to Firestone and explained what happened and wanted to buy a new tire (the spare was old). While she was waiting for the new tire to be put on, the tech came in and told her there was nothing wrong with the tire that it only needed a new valve stem. So, instead of taking advantage and making way more money, they were honest and sold us only what we really needed.I don't know if they are a little more pricey than others, but I'll pay it to know I'm being treated right and with honesty and integrity.

Do NOT take your vehicle to this location. I went in to get two new tires (no problems there), and as usual they tried their "you need this and that" up-sell speech. I agreed to let them do an alignment, and they were WAY off. I immediately took my car back once I left and had to keep my steering wheel turned almost completely left to drive straight. They "fixed" the issue, and when bringing my key fob back the guy said "its not going to be completely straight all the time because of the road's turns but there ya go all fixed". My car was completely fine before I let them mess with it. My steering wheel was able to be held straight and drive in a straight line at the same time. Now, it is still turned slightly left in order to drive straight. You couldn't pay me to let them touch my car again, and now I've got to spend the money to let another business fix their mess.

If you care about your vehicle at all do not take your vehicle here! I took my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation and received my car back with damage done to the driver side door. I informed the store manager that my door had been damaged by one of his employees. After a very brief inspection of my vehicle the manager claimed nothing in his shop could have done the damage done to my door as if he was trained to say so without any actual investigating. He never even tried to find the employee who worked on my car to ask them what happened are anything. Basically saying I had done the damage to my own vehicle! I found that very insulting...In addition to everything else I then had to go back in and find him to try and file a claim as he tried to avoid me by helping other customers and making me wait in line. When I finally got to asking him to file a claim he said that he had already done so. I then asked for him to print it off and he claimed it could not be printed!The only thing a manager or owner has at the end of the day is integrity. Its very hard to stay in business for the long run when you manage your business to avoid issues and accuse customers of damaging their own vehicles instead of accepting responsibility and showing the morals and integrity that keeps people coming back. Accidents happen but this lack of integrity comes back to haunt the owners, managers and everyone that works there eventually.Bad Karma... they will insult and basically accuse their customers of lying.Shameful!

Not one to normally give such a low review, however, called and made an appointment for 9 am, said it was imperative to have my vehicle back by 10. Sure, no problem they say, I was having an oil change, and I also purchased the lifetime alignment, so yeah let me get get that too. I got tied up and went to pick up my vehicle at almost 12:30 and guess what it was still waiting for the alignment to be done, obviously I didn't get the alignment, not sure why you pay for the lifetime alignment when they just don't do it. Beyond aggravating. It's super unfortunate that this isn't the first time a visit there turned into a several hour event, when it should have only taken n hour.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE! got a new brake system installed in July and paid almost $900 for it, took it back a few days later because it was still making a noise and they told me that it was fine. Took it to someone else to look at it today because they noise kept getting worse and come to find out that they didn t even change the rotors even though they charged me $144 for them. Also all that work would not cost you all that in other places.

Recently had 2 separate times one at this location and one at the one further down blanding with shipping. I was just sitting there waiting for 3 hours until I finally told them I was leaving and I ll reschedule and was finally told that my part was delayed. Same thing for my appointment today but worse! I drop my car off Monday and come Wednesday I call and hear the part won t be there till Thursday but no one had the courtesy to let me know or say anything. I already had to call out of work 2 times bcus of this and it s unfair

Amazing service. Highly recommended! Manager of the store is awesome helped me check a veichle out to see if it was worth the purchase and found that it was not a good vehicle. The mechanics was on point! So I appreciate everyone and for saving me thousands of dollars! I recommend seeing the manager he does help if he can with instore discounts as well. And his from San Diego! California people are awesome!
