Sales people are knowledgeable and very helpful, pleasant to work with. Their items are usually well stocked and well priced. This is my go to motorcycle store for riding gear and accessories hands down.

Ordered tires for bike online after speaking to salesman. Failed to say I needed to get tubes for the new tires..thankfully they had them in stock. Just heads up would have been great!

Not our first time coming here but recently started riding and always get great help and knowledge from the employees here. We had an exceptionally good experience with Larry who treated us like we had been friends for years. We were able to try on different helmets and get valuable information to help make our decision. Prefer this location over Jax Beach based on the customer service as well as the helmet selection.

We went in to purchase helmets, and Larry the salesman was absolutely great. He sized our helmets and showed us exactly what we needed in helnets We are just getting back into riding, and for sure will be going back. I highly recommend for your riding equipment to go there. Thank you Larry

The staff are all really top notch, I wish all retailers had the same business model for the service that is provided. The selections are great. The immediate availability of the store s inventory is incredible and everything is available online. It s really fun for me and my wife to visit the Manchester NH store. Thanks for supporting us and our enjoyment of riding

Great prices lots and lot's of options. Awesome customer service. Rode in naked no helmet no gloves or jacket only sunglasses. Got all geared up and felony back another hour and a half home.

Salesman Larry is the bomb. Takes time and was really good with my 6 year old grandson. He is very caring and helps you get what you need to stay safe. Also Aaron was a super nice guy. He wasn t the one to help us but all around good guys. Thank you for your service.Will be a return customerAngie

I called Aaron on the phone prior to coming in. He confirmed they had the product I was looking for. Prior to my arrival, he had already pulled the item and set it aside for me. While in the store, he was courteous, professional, and made the overall experience very enjoyable.

Went to buy a spare Sena headset for my half helmet. Associate took the time to install and make sure all the settings on the app were adjusted prior to me leaving. Great experience!

Great place to shop for motorcycle gear. They offer a military/veteran discount and the Riders Plus membership is well worth the annual cost of you purchase gear and parts etc through the year. The membership also applies to their sister companies like RevZilla and JP Motorcycles etc.

Helpful staff every time I go. Anything from helping me find the right helmet, and riding gear, mentioning sale items, to a no static process on a return. Some retailers you go to;(outside of motorcycles) they make returning an item a hassle by looking for nothing but exclusions , or even denying it . I don't mean a used open item with no receipt. I mean new in box ,receipt in hand etc. Although not the worst thing that can happen , it's just refreshing knowing someone is there to actually help you get what you came for. These days , that's actually rare.

Larry was very helpful with helmet fitment and helping with back protection for my Alpinstars Jacket, bought the Aral Corsair-X Haga helmet. Cycle Gear has provided all my gear for my rides.

I didn't go there but chatted with their mechanic thru Google. The live agent went above and beyond to assist me. They didn't have what I needed in stock but they told where I could get it today. That is the sign of someone who truly cares about the customers.Thank you so much

Excellent Selection and Knowledgeable StaffI recently visited Cycle Gear of Orange Park FL in search of a helmet, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The store had an extensive selection of helmets, which made it easy for me to find the perfect fit. Aaron, the store manager, provided exceptional assistance with his in-depth knowledge and superb customer service. Not only did he help me select a helmet, but he also expertly installed a Cardo helmet Bluetooth audio system on my new helmet while I waited. I called up going to get a price on some tires installed on my Harley they gave me a quoted price and said it was 20% off and when I got there the owner said none of the tires are on sale and he told me a higher price and was very rude then told me to get my tires and leave I will never go back,used to do all my business there he was very rude.very short with me. Didn't even ask who I talked to on the phone.

Purchased a Sena 50s back in June 2023 and have problems with music cutting out. After total reset, still having the problem. Purchased warranty and wanted to exchange headset out. They told me I had to contact Sena support. What s the purpose of warranty if you can t exchange it out? Very disappointed. Staff couldn t even help problem solve to help resolve issue.

Hands down the best motorcycle accessory shop around and a big reason I feel that way is because of Aaron.I was in jp cycles in daytona one day looking at some gas tanks and what I thought was a jp associate who was giving me some info on it turned out to be a cycle gear employee. At the end of the conversation he mentioned he was going back to Jacksonville which is when I realized he didn't even work there.To have great customer service even when you're not in uniform is what separates the ones there for a paycheck from the ones who actually want to take care of the customer.Ever since then I've gotten nothing but good feedback from the numerous customers I've sent his way and I'll continue to always go to this location for all my moto needs

The men and women that work at cycle gear they are great! I never have any problems when I go there they ask me what I need I tell them what I am looking for and great service I will always be going to this location nothing but the best.

Definitely a memorable visit. After some time of not having a bike it was time to restock on safety gear after buying a bike from across the street. Had a sales associate who took his time to help me find was right for me. And it was greatly appreciated. 10/10 recommend.Thanks Roy for helping me out. (Yellow R1)
