Got my car detailed today. They made my car look brand new! The interior is absolutely phenomenal. My car was really disgusting (perks of having a little one), but they were able to get rid of all the stains, melted candy, and all the other gunk. The staff was also so friendly and professional. They made sure you were completely satisfied before you left. I did not catch all the names, but Dwight was very nice and did a great job. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed and I will definitely go back again!

My car had not been detailed in over a year. I have never been this pleased. From the initial greeting to what I was needing to the final product was very professional. I was given options. I made an appointment for another time. I dropped off my car early and they were prepared and ready. My interior looks better than the day I bought it. They were done timely. Hands down the BEST! Professional. Mr Rufus and the crew doesn't play any games. When I say they had my daughter's jeep looking and smelling brand new. Words can't describe the work they put into it... listen If you want your vehicle detailed the right way.. don't hesitate to give them a call. They are going to get you right!

This was my first time dealing with this car wash and I was very pleased. Rufus and his crew were very professional and got me in and out. The prices are very reasonable. The owner is very knowledgeable about cars and knows exactly what services your car needs. I will definitely be returning again.

Clean and Shine has been my detailer for 10 years. They hand wash and vacuum every car which is very important to me. The staff is very professional and I can call for an appointment when I need to. Let s not forget the rewards program; for being a loyal customer. They restored my daughters car after she returned home from college I m not just a customer of Clean and Shine; Rufus and I are family. He s a hardworking, god filled? Paid over $400 for a detailing and when I picked up my car the interior was soak and wet. The interior was not wiped down or cleaned. My middle console had water in it with debris. When I lifted my backseat cushion I found loose change and lots of dust/dirt. For the amount of money I paid my vehicle should have been totally clean dry and fresh. I ended up having to rip the carpet out because it was so saturated from the Carpet cleaning it was doingmore damage than good. All in all I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service. The owner/boss was very unprofessional and I do not feel comfortable doing business with people who do not honor their word! He assured me TOP NOTCH service. All I did was loose money. Terrible service and quality. And just to be clear, I didn't not expect car to look new iI am very aware of the condition it was in. None the less I expect for $400 to NOT have to go behind them and clean what I paid to be cleaned. Here's my receipt so you can see my review isn't fake!**** RESPONSE TO OWNER****Mr. Thomas as I stated I am FULLY aware of the condition my car was in when I took it to your facility. Also, I did not pick up my vehicle my husband did and he didn't know to check as I would have. None the less the condition the car was return to me was not satisfactory. AGAIN LET ME CLEAR I IN NO WAT EXPECTED MY CAR TO LOOK BRAND NEW. but I expected my car to be PROPERLY deep cleaned vacuumed cleaned inside and out and my seats and carpet shampooed. I knew and understood that the stains would not come out nor was I expecting then too the car was sitting a very long g time and smelled bad.The smell didn't go away either. I took my car Friday October 15th and Wednesday October 20th it was still soak and wet. At the end of the day the service was not what YOU guaranteed. And I lost $400. I could have did what you did. I took it to "Professionals" to not have to deal with it. Now I know for next time. You want something done right do it yourself!Services: Steam cleaning, Seat shampooing, Auto detailing, General carpet cleaning, Vacuuming, Water damage-related mold removal

These guys went above and beyond and are hard-working, honest men, not to mention very skilled at detailing cars. We bought a car whose previous owner had a dog. The short hair was all over the inside and the smell was awful. My wife couldn't even drive it since it was so bad. But these guys quoted me at $85 and said they could get it all out. I was a little skeptical since they do everything by hand, and let's face it their shop looks a little shady at first, but I gave them a chance and am glad I did. They cleaned and shampooed the entire interior THREE TIMES, to include the trunk and even the ceiling! It wasn't even that I asked them to go over it again, they just took the initiative and did it. It took them all afternoon and they didn't ask a cent more out of me; they just take pride in their work and wanted to do a good job, and that they did. The dog smell is completely gone now. Additionally, the dealer from whom I bought the car had put some cheap, sticky touch up stuff that I didn't know about all over the dash to cover up the blemishes for the sale. When the Clean&Shine guys started wiping down the dash, a whole area peeled up. But again they take pride in their work and called in their own guy to fix it, and the spot he fixed is done much better than the junk the dealer put on there. This cost them $125 out of their own pocket but they never even tried to charge me for it. Essentially, this job made them lose $40, but they were determined to do a good job and do honest business and they exceeded all my expectations. I would go back there in a heartbeat.

I tried Clean and Shine today based on their 5 star reviews. My van desperately needed the interior and exterior cleaned and detailed. I have kids, so there was mess in every nook and cranny. Plus it smelled gross. These guys spent several hours and made my interior spotless and clean smelling! I'll definitely be going back for upkeep. I highly recommend Clean and Shine!

Customer service was great. Quality of work was OK. Lot of excess residue left on interior of vehicle. They charged extra for the leather seat cleaning and they did not come out as expected. But it was overall an OK experience just a little priceyService: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

The owner and workers are extremely friendly and professional. The inside and outside of my car looks amazing. Also the inside of my car smells clean and refresh. There is no dirt or dust. Rufus and I partnered on doing some wood floors yesterday this company is great. I highly recommend them, they have the experience and the knowledge needed to accomplish any job that you need done. They have great products for your hardwood, carpet, vinyl and tile floors. On the spot carpet cleaning will continue to partner with Clean and Shine. Thank you again for the amazing job!

Top notched professionals! I have been bring my vehicles here for the last 2 years without any complaints in regards to the services they provide. From the simple wash and vacation - to the full Detail. The owner himself always pre inspect the vehicles prior to it leaving the shop. I high recommend Clean &Shine Detailing.

Yesterday I purchased a detail package for $195 and they did a phenomenal job rehabing my ole so dirty vehicle. I left my floor mats at home but because they are dedicated to taking such good care of their customers, the owner operator is allowing me to bring them back to have them cleaned. They have my business from here on out. You should definitely give Clean and Shine a try.

I've been to numerous car washes in the Orange Park, Jax Beach area and this is by far the best. They use higher quality products for washes, waxes, clay bars, etc. You may be there for 5-10 minutes, but absolutely nothing beats a hand wash for the detail and time that these professionals perform on the car. I did a clay bar full exterior detail on my car, and it looked better than the day I drove it off of the lot. Highly recommend the service, and you will get nothing better for the price, even if you're doing a basic wash (which I will be doing on a regular basis)...I trust these guys washing my car as much as I trust myself.

These guys really made my husband's truck look brand new, they put in the time and effort and it showed. They have a comprehensive "menu" of services you can choose from, and afterwards a checklist to verify the work that was completed. Definitely a worthwhile investment.

Frequent customer. 100% satisfied. These guys are the best. Professional and pleasant. The owner Rufus, makes sure their are no corners cut. I get my car, bike, and boat detailed here and I'm never going anywhere else. If you ardispleased w there services, their is probably something wrong with you.

I have two young children and we do a lot of traveling. Needless to say, my car was in desperate need of a good interior detailing. These guys made me feel like I was driving away in a new car. Their attention to detail was immaculate.

I brought my 1998 Chevy Tahoe in for a complete detail including the motor. There was some mold in the back due to a door being left cracked and rain coming in. Justin and his guys did an amazing job removing the mold and bringing this old Tahoe back to looking like it came off of the lot! I will definitely be returning for normal care. Thanks guys for an amazing job!

First time going here and honestly not worth the price. Paid to focus on the inside the most and wasn t even cleaned. The rubber mats were not even cleaned at all, the doors stayed dirty, the windows were still dirty. Pretty much paid $40 for them to wipe the cup holders and put water on the outside. The BEST car wash by far!! All hand washed and detailed. I travel to Orange Park from St. Augustine just to get my car done here. Have recommended many friends here. Can t soeak highly enough!! Nice staff!!

Well I heard about this business does good work, so I wanted to see for myself. I have a super duty 3500 truck that is raised. I heard about this place from my nephew and thought it was just like the rest of this small detailers, but boy was i wrong. these guys are amazing. i mean they clean things i didn't even know you should clean. If you are in the orange park area and your getting your car detailed somewhere else youre doing your self an injustice, and i would highly recommend you stop by and try them out, your car will love you for it.

These guys are the best !!! They can handle any thing you throw at them when it comes to auto detailing most importantly they have care with their work they get the job done the right way with out any future damage .. Owner puts his heart into this bussiness he sells products that you can carry home as well and with the love of his bussiness all he uses is safe for the job and what he sells is also safe .. Owner talked to me about my husbands truck who is a hunter and he of course went two years with it cleaning it I could not take it any more so here I go in this huge truck to make my stop at the best clean n shine .. It has been almost 9 months since these guys took care of it and buffed it best job ever it looked like a new paint job still and we have washed it at home 3 times it still has the same shine as when these guys did it .. They have the magic touch And ladies need that make up removed from cloth visor or steering wheel well these guys can get it right out .. I was afraid when I spoke to the awesome bussiness owner that it would be hard to get out but he smiled and said I will take care if you .. and he did when I seen it I was amazed ! Don't waste your money on car washes go to these guys it will make your day !!! Christy

It s very hard to please me when it comes to my car being washed and properly handled, and these guys went above and beyond! They walked me around my car to check myself and they did fabulous! I ll be going there from here on out!! Great job guys and thank you so much!!

First I couldn't find the location!! The guys were really nice !! My tire and rims weren't clean , The interior of my car looked like it wasn't touched at all, dash was still dirty!! I don't think I will go back!!

Clean and Shine Detailing made a dirty, smelly, neglected work van look and smell like new. They spent a full day washing, waxing, cleaning, scrubbing, and providing an ozone treatment to make the van be able to be a mobile office again.
