I recently dropped my boat trailer off for new springs, they did a fantastic job replacing them,also they checked my bearings and axle . To me that's what companies should be doing all the time. It's wonderful to know that professionalism is still out there. They gave me a quote and it was a great price. If anyone need trailer repair I highly recommend this company. Thanks again.

I originally took my hotshot trailer to a competitor, only to be overcharged so I took my trailer to Bullwinkle for a second opinion. Not only did Austin fix all of my brakes at a far better price, but they also found an electrical issue with my 2 month old trailer. He told me to come back and they would inspect my trailer for free to make sure the issues were resolved. 100% recommend and I will be a return customer. Thank you!

Wow, where to even begin...My family and I were traveling back home to Texas when we broke down on the side of I10 on Saturday. The hub assembly broke on our boat trailer and the spendles were shot.WE WERE STRANDED!We are so beyond thankful to come across Bullwinkle! From the very first second of contacting them, they made us feel like family and took us under there wing to get us taken care of. Austin is very knowledgeable and knows what he is talking about. In such a bad situation, he helped calm us down and brought us peace. The entire crew they have there is amazing and got us back on the road in a timely manner.I also can't forget Ms. Karen, she gave us amazing recommendations on where to stay, and place to take our children to to play and eat. 100% recommend this family owned business!!! They were truly an answer prayer for us!Thank you again!!!

Came in for an issue with my boat trailer not allowing me to reverse, I though I would have to replace the brake system as it was locking up, turns out I just had a bad ground wire.Bullwinkle s diagnosed the issue in just a few minutes, fixed it and told me to have a good day.Great people!

Had my bearings go out on one of our construction trailers called and they got me in within 10 minutes. Did a fantastic job at a fair price. Definitely recommend very professional.

I very rarely give reviews but I had to take the time..I own a screen enclosure company.The other day I was in yulee heading home and my trailer leaf springs broke.I called bullwinkles after hours Jim answered got me a wrecker towed it to there shop then put myself ahead of everyone and got the trailer fixed the next day great pricing also.i cannot thank Jim and Austin enough. Highly Recommend! They think about the working man !

The family that own and are the hands on operators of this business are unbelievable! Due to my husband's declining health we had to sell our RV, Roadrunner.Not only did they provide a covered spot but always made it possible for the RV to be pulled out, provided with electricity & ensured I was safe when showing the RV to prospective buyers.When Roadrunner was sold they stood close by making sure I would not be taken advantage of. The 5 star reputation they have is well deserved. Those that have written praising them for repair work are spot on. A neighbor who owns a tree removal business even has his equipment serviced by Bullwinkles.I assure you, you will not be disappointed by their service & honesty.

Did not fix my trailer as They said,they told me my brakes worked fine .but I had no brake pad left on the driver side brake shoe passenger side brake shoe was not fixed as They said it was . They told me my brake controller was bad and turns out my brake controller was fine, just not happy with their service at all. After all is said and done they did not fix my brakes and they did not fix my tail light no matter what they said and charge me $150

Found Bullwinkle's with Google search of the area. These guys took care of us after we had a work trailer suspension failure. Recommended a tow, brought it in and stayed late to get us back on the road. Absolutely amazing service and the nicest people. Thanks again guys! Go here people!!!

Best place and people! I ve had my boat trailer and RV with them for about five months. Not only are they less expensive than other places, but this family run and operated business goes above and beyond. As a single woman, they have helped me immensely whenever I ve had issues. They ve been able to refer me to people for boat and RV repairs, that were not rip offs. I never give five star reviews, but this place is well worth it. They genuinely care about their clients!

We brought our boat and trailer in yesterday for a trailer tuneup before we take it to Canada and back. We re on a tight schedule, and despite a huge workload and heavy rain, our trailer was ready for pickup first thing this morning. We re so thrilled about the fast and thorough service at a reasonable price! We highly recommend Bullwinkle s. They have done a great job for us since our first call for emergency help in 2017!

We were passing through Jacksonville on our way to Tampa for a camping trip. Our wheel bearing on our camper went bad. Austin was able to fit us in right away. We thought we were facing a new axle but Austin saved it. With fixed bearings and new breaks we were on our way. THANK YOU Austin and the Bullwinkle's Team for helping us out! Bullwinkles is the only place to go to get straight forward and honest pricing and professional services. I have utilized there diverse services from a simple regular trailer repair to multiple tasks on my 2012 KZ Sportsman Classic travel trailer. Mr. Arthur is awesome in working with people. I liked the fact that Austin kept me informed as to the progress of each and every task. They are the only ones I will allow to maintain my regular trailers, travel trailer, and welding needs. There are no surprises or price change at the register. They stand by the quality of their work and the quoted price.

Traveling from Lakeland, FL to Gettysburg, PA when I realized I had a serious problem with the wheels/brakes/ bearings on my 5th wheel. Bullwinkle's was recommended by a tire store in Green Cove Springs. Called them and Arthur said to bring it in and they would be glad to check it. They quickly repacked the wheel bearings and replaced the seals on all 4 trailer tires. Back on the road in now time. Wonderful family business .

I went to Bullwinkles Trailer with a big problem on my trailer lights and electric brakes, and Arthur and his employees took care of my trailer very well. Prices are VERY Fair, better than others in the area and Arthur and his employees know what they are doing. This is a great Family own and operated business. These guys treated me like they knew me for years. Even their dog was nice and friendly, and let me pet her/him lol. Great experience!! Highly recommended. Keep up the great work guys.

Family owned and operated business. They were very kind to me. Actually educated me on trailer bearings, etc.They are fairly priced as well. We full-time RV, so we are going to plan an annual trip to pass by and have maintenance performed on our camper.

Absolutely awesome experience storing here. Definitely a more personal vibe which is something I miss these days with businesses. Family owned and operated from my understanding. Gated with security cameras and quick responses for any questions I had. I stopped by to work on my RV a bit and noticed tailors pulling in getting repairs checked out quickly. Definitely recommend!

The gate was open on a Sunday, I was in need of the proper part to get my trailer hub back together. They had the right size Race for my hub and pressed it in for me even though they were just there to help a friend with loading a tractor. Great People and they will be my go to shop for all my trailer repairs. Thank you Very Much!!!

Arthur and his staff are exceptional. When the Gutter Solutions trailer has an issue they step up and get us back up and running. No excuses from them, just action. They are very accommodating with our schedule and theirs. They never cease to amaze us with what they can accomplish on short notice. We highly recommend them for your repair needs.

These gentlemen were so incredible and professional!! The owner literally stayed way past closing time to make sure my food truck was safely towed to them!! They literally had me up and running in a couple of days! They worked round the clock to get me and my business back on the road !! I would highly recommend using these guys! Extremely hard working, honest , great people! They communicated with me every step of the way to let me know the progress of the trailer, and were so extremely nice and just unbelievable!

I have used Bullwinkles trailer repair for years. They have always given me a great job at a reasonable price. Just recently I needed immediate help removing a trailer hitch before I traded car they did it promptly and agreed to hold hitch until I can Bring new car to them to install hitch.

I called 5 places in the area to get the charging wire fixed on my tilt trailer. Everyone else said they were too busy, not enough staff, covid, etc... Bullwinkles said bring it over we'll get you going now. I pulled in and everyone was working in the yard on several different trailers but the guy said let's look at what you got. Being an over the road driver and needing repairs quick is difficult - finding someone who actually will help you without excuses and waiting 10+ days for an hour repair is difficult. These guys are real deal and fixed me up quick and got me too my next load! Thank you for the help and getting my business back too work!

Author and his guys did an outstanding job rebuilding the axle on my boat trailer. Author told me it would be really around lunchtime and was true to his word. The boat was rebuilt better and stronger than the original axle. Would recommend Author and his team to anyone needing there trailer/boat axels repaired or rebuilt. Very reasonable price with outstanding workmanship! Thank you for an outstanding job and service!

This will be the only place I take my trailer. Very professional, fast, reasonably priced, and amazing customer service! They didn't even charge me for my most recent visit. I had a broken bolt on my winch. They found a replacement and fixed it at no charge. If you have trailer issues and live in Jacksonville, there is no other place to go.

I have a pop-up camper trailer for my motorcycle. I needed a break system on the trailer to ensure I could stop the motorcycle safely. They not only installed the breaks on the trailer, but then rewired the control system for the breaks on the motorcycle. The system installed on the motorcycle was initially done by someone else. When I left Bullwinkle's everything operated extremely well. All of the personal were individuals who had pride in their services and to insure the work promised was accomplished with pride.
