Horrible service in tires dept.!!! No communication or accountability for their actions!!!!

Had a tire that was losing pressure slowly. Called BJs and informed them that we weren't able to see anything on the tire, but that it was losing pressure. Brought it in, the tech sprayed some soapy water on the tire, had me back the car up, sprayed again, and repeated a few times. Tech said they couldn't determine the issue and that I "should have known what the problem was before making an appointment." Uh, that's the point of making an appointment with a tire service, is it not? Bad service with a side of snark. Turned out there was a fairly good-sized piece of metal in the tire, which he would have seen had he removed the wheel from the car like they did at New Kings Tire and Auto Repair. Just awful, do not recommend.

BJ's is always clean and relatively not-busy compared to Sam's and Costco. I got an amazing deal on a beautiful LG TV. Top of the line, amazing price, better than anywhere else around. I'd shop here more often if they lowered their food prices just a bit.

Good deal on tires but bring a book to read while waiting for your tires to get mounted and balanced. The technician is very professional and helpful and competent, but he's also very alone. While he's busy installing your tires, he's receiving and exchanging propane tanks, answering the phone, welcoming other customers, doing a tire rotation, etc. He's a one-man show. It took me over 3.5 hours to get a set of tires mounted and balanced (and I made an appointment ahead of time). He gets an A+ but store management gets an F- for letting that happen.

They were unable to break three of the lug nuts that were on the truck had to take it to my mechanic to get loosen or taken off then go back. Made an appointment got there they said they didn't have me scheduled wasn't real happy

Their tire prices are extremely inflated. My tires are 135 everywhere else and they want 175 here.

It was all good. Found what I wanted. Some of the new carts are too big or high..all good found everything but one item. People all nice

Great service, job well done with a quickness. Prices for little bit higher than you'd expect from a discount Club.
