Just wanted to give the biggest shout out to Terrance and the crew for everything they ve done to take care of my truck. Terrance was great during the whole process. He actually communicated with me outside of business hours to make sure that I had all of the information that I needed to get everything squared away the RIGHT WAY. I was definitely under the impression that he was the owner by the way things were done in such a timely manner. I will definitely be bringing my other vehicles back for more work. Again, I m extremely happy guys!

Customer services at Big Chief Tire was amazing. I called three other places before calling them and was left on hold for about 5-10minutes. Then I called Big chief Tires and I was immediately able to talk to a person. Got an appointment for the same day and service was fast and very friendly. The guy that goes by Red was very professional. I will keep coming back here and highly recommend anyone else to come here for their tire needs.

Easy to work with and willing to meet any price matching for tires. Dropped wheel size and increased the tire sized and they did a bang up job especially since there aren t many placing to mount and balance 37 s. They had me in and out with no issues.

If you have a motorhome, you know how difficult it is to get any work done on it and how expensive. I have a Mercedes Dodge sprinter diesel, which takes a special oil, and sometimes special tools or parts. I needed an oil change but was turned down by all, except big chief tires, who went above and beyond. They changed my oil outside on the ground, because it wouldn t fit in the bay, they were wonderful I will never go anywhere else also, I needed a new battery and they picked it up for me installed it while I waited, but had to change the wiring which they did in order for it to be correct.

The customer service is impressive! I was greeted with a text upon arrival and the customer reps were very polite and professional. The store's reception and waiting areas are clean. The service was performed in a timely fashion and I was out the door in no time without breaking the bank. Overall I am pleased! I highly recommend the Orange Park location! Superb!!!

Staff was professional and nice. I was in and out in about an hour for an alignment with no appointment. I used to go to Big Chief with my dad 45 years ago and I've been going there with my own vehicles for at least the last 30 years. Glad to support a locally owned company.

This place was amazing. The staff was super friendly and they exceeded my expectations by a long shot. The detail they went through with the inspection at the beginning and the fact they sent me a text with a link that I could see pictures and videos of the good and the bad under my car was amazing. I will never go anywhere else. I can t say enough about the staff either. I felt like I have been coming here for years and I m a regular or something. Thanks guys my 4 tires and alignment are perfect. I don t have a single complaint. I will see yal next time for sure!!! Lindsey, Jarred and the manager Chris, keep up the amazing customer service guys!!!

I came to All-Starz for the first time. I needed an alignment. There happened to be no wait. They took me in right away. The people are nice and the place is clean. I can see them through the window working on the car. I had a good overall experience.

Hands down best place in town that I've been to for tires. My experience was positive from the moment I walked in. The gentleman who assisted me with the decision of which tire and purchasing was nothing but respectful and helpful. The staff who took care of the installation of new tires made quick work of it and was done in no time! Thanks y'all!

I really enjoyed my recent visit with Chris and Lindsey at BCT. Their location is so clean, modern and well run.I needed my CV axel replaced, an alignment and an oil change. I originally got a quote from my dealership for this service for a much higher price, but saved $200 by going with BCT. I didn't know they did oil changes as well so it was super convenient to have everything done all at one place!

I called at 5 pm Thursday right before closing time. They said the tires I needed can be at the shop Friday morning. They called Friday morning, I got there by 10 am and was back on the road with fresh tires and alignment at a way better price and service than any other shops.

I needed tires same day. Terrance at the Orange park location was able to get my tires 4 hours earlier than my initial appointment! Techs checked the fit and got me on the road fast. Been a long time customer of Big Chief and have always been happy with the service

First time here in their new Orange Park location after dealing with them often many years ago in their Jacksonville locations. I had upper control arms, new shocks and front end alignment done on my 1979 Pontiac Trans Am. Excellent service on all services performed and in a very timely manner. Chris was a pleasure to deal with along with several other team members. Great to see them in Orange Park. Thanks Big Chief!Update!! Dropped my 79 Trans Am off the other day to have the brakes checked out. They bled the system, checked out a few issues with brake pads and portioning valve, all good now. Another great visit!

I know it s a drive but I highly recommend Big Chief Tire. My daughter took her truck in for tires and the gentlemen in the shop found a major crack in the lift of the truck. They refused to let her drive it until it was repaired and kept finding discounts because it wasn t a cheap fix. One bump and the truck would have flipped. They did a great job repairing the issue and the tires are amazing . If you want a company who ensures the safety of its customers, Big Chief is where it s at!

Excellent customer service. Got new front end ball joints, a leveling kit, and new 34 tires. Dropped it off at 7:30am and they were finished at 2pm. Truck looks and rides great.

Went in to get 2 new front tires and the staff was very informative about needing 2 back tires. They answered all my questions and I was on and out within an hour with 4 new tires. Very clean location and staff was professional!

Love this family owned shop the owner is amazing and JD might be my favorite. I have been bringing other vehicles here as well for oil change or tires. Tires, rims, and lift. I'm definitely pleased. If you want a good deal, great service, and free tire rotations go see them.

Tried finding 24 all terrain tires everywhere. No one took the time to hunt them down but Terrance took the time to find 3 in Orlando and 1 in Houston to make it happen. I would recommend these guys to anyone for all your lifted truck and tire needs!
