Quick and simple. I love it because I can do my grocery shopping in store while my oil change etc are done in the care center. They save your information for future appointments so it s quick and easy

So our tire burst due to us hitting something in the road we put a spare on and came to this location in need of a tire. They were so rude and disrespectful respectful saying we needed to have an appointment as you can see this was unexpected. Ridiculous. Also, no one was there getting any work done and this was at 6:20 PM. They close at 7 PM.

I wish I could give negative stars I bought two tires and got a rotation there about two weeks ago. My tire blew out on the highway keep in mind that the other two tires on my car are over three years old and did not blow out! Came back to get another one and get it fixed was told I would have to pay for a new one and I have been sitting in the line for an hour already and not a single car had been taken care of.

I took my wife s car to Walmart auto care center. They were very fast and knew what they were doing (as far as oil changes go). I put 4 star because they didn t ask what type of oil i specifically wanted in the car, I had to ask. It s petty but you d think to ask a customer if they d have a preference for oil especially since the oil I asked for is an up charge anyways.

The automobile dept, manager, a Puerto Rican one doesn't do anything for the costumers, and his getting paid a high salary. Plus no one answers your calls when you call that dept.very awfully service, and customer service there seagullThey should give that manager position to Tony. But they put him in the garage,and not at the front desk automobile customer care......his very helpfull.and very kind, and always there for the costumers.

Poor service. Went for repair of tire with nail in it that they said would take about 15 minutes. A car came in after me that they took before mine that was there for new tires. After waiting an hour and being told another half hour wait I left withot tire fixed.

My Walmart battery died under warranty. I did not have my old receipt. They were able to scan the code in their system and swap me out with no waiting and no charge. Staff was helpful and reasonably friendly.

I had a emergency at 3p and they refused service and left me stranded with kids bc they had 1 tech and 3 cars when business hours are 7pm if hospital or banks have 1 employees guess what they have to still stay open to serve community

I had a 2 p.m. appointment for 4 new tires w/ install. I was told by 1 of the techs that they don't do tire installations on Sundays. I showed him my confirmation# and payment receipt. He said well I guess we have to do it now. I had 1 car ahead of me, came back from shopping and my car was behind another vehicle that wasn't there before. It took them damn near 3 hrs to install 4 tires!!This place sucksg

They really went the extra mile for me. They got me an out of stock size and got them on my car in no time! Super friendly staff also!That's why I keep coming back to Walmart Auto Care in Deltona for tires.

Absolute worst service center I have ever been to. Took them 3 hours, install 2 tires. I had to come back twice because they failed to properly tighten a valve in my tire so my tire was leaking air as soon as I left. They have 4 stations for tires and only do one at a time. Worst part of it is that I left with more problems. Tie Rod End became loose and the ABS and TCS lights for my car came on. I don't believe that this was a coincidence. I think they were simply rushing their work. Go spend a few extra dollars at a quality service center.

Got 2 brand new tires for the rear end of my new, but used truck from magna auto sales....I didn't think after putting $1000 down I'd have to get tires all the way around so soon. Like literally the 2nd & now 3rd week. So $500 in tires!!!!! And NO reduction in cost. But I am thankful to be driving and NOT walking.

Well, with no one there to do the work requested, it wont get done.You need to properly staff your facility and you will have more throughput and an increase in profits.5 cars left along with myself because it was 90 minutes BEFORE I could get in for an oil change.

While very short staffed, which is understandable, they help you out as quickly and efficiently as they can. It would be a 5 star if only wait time for someone was less than 10minutes

Even in these unsettling times of finding employee's so far the lube center has great customer servic unlike Walmart. Great place for oil changes and tires. This is my goto place for basic service's.

Nearly impossible to get someone in the service department to answer the phone to provide quotes for tires, or product availability. (And I know from experience that you definitely can't just show up assuming they'll have your size or needed quantity available in stock.) Then, if by some miracle you can get the info you need, prepare for a loooooong wait for the service to be completed after you arrive.

Poor poor customer serviceI called at 5:45 to see if they had time to get me in, the guy I spoke to said sure, so I took the time to unhook the trailer and head down there. At 6:05 they told me they were closed and to come back tomorrow, and when I told them I spoke with someone, nobody would claim the phone call. I work 70 plus hours a week and I don t have time for this silliness.

Got two tires replaced quickly, and was notified by text and through the intercom when they were done. Even with two young kids, it was an easy process.

Guess they don't want to work past four even if it says they are open until until 6. Tried calling them since 2:30 pm and no one answered the phone. Go there at 4 , they tell me we are closed. We don't have enough staff. They also said most Walmart are doing this, closing early. Then update your website for your store or answer your phone, put a sign up saying that something would be nice!

Typically, the customer service here is atrocious but today Luis provided exemplary customer service. Nixon and Anthony had my car in and out with quality service.

I arrived in lane at 440pm i sat til 5pm got out of car asked for a manager William the manager reluctantly apologized for the wait. Hector had a stilus and pad that took another 7 mins to enter info; Then he and a lil guy took more time looking to see if magnatec in bulk in here was enough to do change; ending with it'll be 45 mins. Little eye contact during any of these interactions mind you.....Come on people! What happens with customer service in this place!!! There isnt any, i just wanted a hassle-free oil change!

They wouldn't install my tires because they didn't think the sidewalls were big enough for their machine. This was total BS because the manager went to his guy and actually ASKED HIM if he wanted to do it. You don't ask your employee YOU TELL THEM to do their job.I then went to the WalMart Auto Center in Deltona and they laughed that off and agreed it was complete BS. They changed my tires no problem. They were 275/35/R17 on stock Chevy rims which is a decent sidewall, not like some silly ricer lo profile rim/tire combo.It's a total fail. Screw these guys and their lazy asses.

Does not take appointments. Everything is first come first serve. Wish I didn't purchase tires online from them. They dont even get delivered to the auto center. I ended up bringing them to Honest Auto which were amazing

Probably the worst costumers service in area! Miserable and clueless to what s going around them! 20 people waiting and the guy at the counter is having conversations like he s in high school hanging out! Tells me 1 hr wait ends up 3-1/2 hrs! Get your car back eventually with Black greasy hand marks all over the car! Would it kill you to wipe off the rims when your done with it? Smh

I made and appointment apparently they don't start working on car until 2 hours after appointment literally took them 3 hours to change 2 tires looking in garage these people are not moving around like they tryna work, they are waddling around, no urgency to work and get the customer out in quick manner 3 hours to change 2 tires is ridiculous even with appointment madeService: Tires

Their prices are good but their service is slow as can be if you're going to have them do work to your car be ready to make a day of it I think they intentionally do that so you have more time to walk to the store and buy more merchandise but that's my thought on the matter
