Great customer service! Nice people. Ross is a really good mechanic && exhaust person. Great shop with very fair prices, call a head; get there early; you get taken care of quick, regardless of whatever time; great shop, will be back for some more tweaks on my 2019 ram 1500.

They do the work in a timely manner and stand behind their work. Only shop that I trust in the deland, orange city area. I always make an appointment, but they do spur of the moment repair also. 5 star in my book.

Awesome experience here as always. Family owned local business with decades of experience. These guys are honest and take care of their customers. Went in for Flowmaster 10's for my 2018 Challenger and I couldn't be happier. Fast, reasonable pricing, great customer service. I highly recommend! Wish I could post a video of how good she sounds.

After a horrible experience at Tire Kingdom, I headed over to Big T's tires and they saved the day. One of my tires had a massive leak in it that would not hold air for longer than a couple of hours, so I needed to fix it before heading into Orlando for an event.They checked me in, grabbed my keys, and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. They patched up my tire and made me feel valued as a customer. The icing on the cake was that their price to patch up the tire was significantly less than tire kingdom, so I am grateful that I found this place.As a woman, it is quite a challenge here in the Deltona/Orange City area, finding a mechanic or anyone who fixes cars who makes me feel comfortable and like I'm not being scammed. They have earned my trust and I will return for all of my tire and muffler needs, as well as anything else that they do here. I'll be back to replace all for my tires probably before the end of this year.I highly recommend this place if you value transparency, professionalism, and just an overall pleasant experience!

Ross at Big T was awesome, took our minivan in. He was straight forward and honest with his diagnosis. We left it with him at 8:30am and we' were very excited to hear from him about 3:00pm saying it was ready. Price was fair and reasonable and we will definitely be back for our car care needs.

Did a tire balance and rotation 80$ little high but balanceStill don't feel right talk to them told me to bring it back for a re-do front counter very courteous people but they are not the mechanics that work on the cars

Great Service usually takes about 40 minutes but it's always worth it. This is usually on an oil change or small things like that. The business always let's you know if you need to improve your vehicle in certain areas and it never feels forceful it always feel genuine. Not 5 stars only because of location and I wish they were bigger so there could be more service like BIG T Tire & Muffler in Orange City, FL

I called around to find the best price for four new tires and I found Big T. Their prices were just a little higher than tire kingdom but the tire was quality and the warranty was good so $7 more for four was worth it. When I got there I was disappointed to find out that the tires I was looking for would have to be ordered. The next level up was more than I wanted to spend but had a better warranty and were better tires. The price wasn t the issue, I did want to pay as little as possible. The owner Bob Taylor was the one I was speaking with. This man apologized to me and was very kind. I could tell he is a genuine, honest, and trustworthy. That s important because a lot of these places will try and swindle people. Anyway, I didn t want to pay that much so I was going to leave for tire kingdom. I called them to make sure they had the tires and they did. However, I was so impressed by Bob that I decided to go back in and see if he would work with me. I asked him if he could do any better, and he did. The tires were still more but they are a higher quality and have a better warranty. I felt like I got a fair deal and was treated very well. This is an honest place, and these are hard working people. Their prices are competitive. I highly recommend this place. 5STARS!

Bob and his crew at Big T are great. I went in for a flat repair and to get my car checked for some weird vibrations without am appointment. They had my flat fixed and problem diagnosed in 15 mins and a plan to get it taken care of asap. Great service and reasonable prices.

Big T installed a new muffler system for the exact price on their estimate. It sounds great! They did a great job! I highly recommend Big T!

I was under impressed with their exhaust work. Be sure to keep the estimate that is given to you! I went back without my written estimate and due to 2 different people (the exhaust guy and the Customer Service guy) my bill would have been way more expensive. If you expect alot of new pipe installed be sure that you ask for it and they agree to it. They will only replace what is necessary. I was expecting a little more for the price but the job was satisfactory.

Ive done business here for over 10 years , started at the Sanford location and about last 9 in Orange City location . I Love Bobby and all his guys are great ! They never screw me and I always walk away a happy customer. Don is very customer friendly and very knowledgeable . I recomend them to every one !!! This by far is a great family business and with good old fashion values, whiche are so rare into days world!LOVE YOU ALL

My parents retired to Orange City in the early 70's. I came down here in '86 and needed tires on my car. My dad told me to go to Big T in Orange City. Big T is the ONLY PLACE that we take our vehicles. They are fabulous !!! They give you an estimate, do the work in timely manner and STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK !!! All of their mechanics are ASE certified and have years of experience on all types of vehicles. Our family and friends all take their vehicles to Big T in Orange City,FL. I have been a loyal and very satisfied customer since 1986. This is a great place to take your vehicle.

Make sure you get a written estimate for work done, I was given a verbal estimate of 551.00 out the door to have an exhaust manifold leak repaired, there was no mention that if the job was to take longer that it would cost more. The job took them longer than what was quoted and my final bill was 837.00 I've been a resident here in Orange city for 42 years and have had work done on my vehicles here in the past. Being self employed myself, I prefer to do business with the smaller independent shops in the community and in turn help support the local economy. When I quote a job, or give an estimate to my customers, I take into consideration and figure that sometimes there will be delays and things happen that are out of the norm, and sometimes you don't make as much profit that you intended to make on a job, that's part of business. Bottom line, you suck it up and move on, but you never make the customer pay for your mistakes or misquote, it's not worth losing a customer and having negative reviews. Needless to say, I won't be giving them anymore of my business, and I'll make sure that I'll let other folks, along with my friends and family know not to do business here. I don t like to be taken advantage of, I should have known better and requested a written estimate, but seeing as how I had done business with them in the past with no issues I didn t ask for one. Don t let them use their shady tactics on you.

This place is awesome!! There's only a VERY select few place ill allow to work on my Audi and this place is one of them.. Ross is amazing, fun guy who always makes me feel at home with his "ur family attitude and ima give you a hard time all in joking of course attitude" lol.. I don't think I've ever paid full price for anything (not saying this is Gonna be everyone lol) and the owner and Ross look our for me as tho I was a personal friend of theirs.. I honestly don't know exactly why, but me being a business owner myself, I can truly appreciate how they treat me and it makes me wanna come back time and time again.. Thank you you both from the bottom of my heart for how you take care of me.. I have gotten work done here before a few times and was never disappointed up until my last visit yesterday (and I mean it will be my last). First off you should know that they are on the pricey side compared to other shops so make sure you get an estimate and the name of the person who gave it to you so that they honor it and it doesn't change. The men here are very friendly which made me comfortable in going however when I took my car in to get a heater hose changed at around 9am I ended up leaving with it at closing time 5pm. The worse part for me was stepping into my car, it reeked of cigar!! I do not smoke period and some of the men there do. As soon as I brought it up with the "office manager" I think Mike since Bob left whom I much rather have preferred to speak with. The best answer he could come up with aside from the sarcasm, defensive tone, and going back and forth was "Well what do you want me to do about it, this isn't a hospital" WOW as a manager there was a problem that was caused under your watch, it is YOUR JOB to come up with a solution to solve it. Though the job was done it was just plain disrespectful and I will not be going back. My car has carpet all over so that smells lingers. I ended up febreezing the entire thing. If you don't mind that someone could be smoking in your car this is your place. I gave em an honest 3 stars for getting the job done, they will let you bring your own parts basically only charging for labor, and friendliness (up until you ask them about the smoke stench coming from your car).

Worst place ever to bring your vehicle. I went in for a simple repair and have had nothing but issues. Come to find out they ZIP TIED my part in. A simple mechanic task done so wrong. Then when I confronted them they did nothing to correct the problem. They just steal and take peoples money. The owner was rude and couldn't care less. I asked for a refund because of all the damage they caused and the owner told me "hell no, I will not." I will never go back there and neither will anyone I know.

They fixed my tire super fast $25. My grandfather's worked for firestone and goodyear respectively for 30 years, they'd be ashamed at what their retail stores are doing to people. Support your local honest mechanics.

100% Honest shop.I went to this shop asking for a front wheel alignment because my truck was pulling hard to the left.To my surprise my right front tire was bad causing the problem.The guys at this shop showed me the problem and refused to charge me anything.This is the shop you want to take your vehicle for any repair. You'll get good service without shady stories to charge you for no reason.

Totally honest and professional. We have been dealing with Big T for tires and repairs for at least 20 years because they are fair, honest, and reasonably priced. They simply cannot be beat anywhere in West Volusia.
