The employees are great. But I bought brakes and rotors took off the tires caliper and rotor then found out the pads were used. Like they didn't like them and returned them. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.

Customers service differs from time to time. Let s just say, it all depends on who is working at that very moment, that will determine if the customer service representative will be helpful.

Spoke to a gentleman on the phone he said to come by and drop my battery off to be tested and to pick it up in the morning. He said as long as I arrive before 9pm that he d take the battery in I get there before 9 and the door was locked a dark skin gentleman was mopping the floor I told him I called in by putting my hand to my ear and then showing him my phone he looked at his phone then proceeded to ignore me and keep mopping. I guess I should ve went to oreilys instead.

In my opinion this is auto parts store of them all. I have been buying my parts and supplies from Advance for over 20 years. The folks at Advance are second to none when it comes to parts, supplies and advise in the automotive trade.

Had a great experience with a young man named Jeff. He took time to explain the different wiper types, looked up the size I needed and even installed them for me. I cannot thank him enough for helping this girl on a rainy evening. His service and professionalism was very much appreciated!

Had battery ready for me to pick up when purchased online. Tech offered to help me install it but didn't need help. Very nice staff.

Long winded, the short and simple is customer service desperately needes work.I was looking for a battery for my lawnmower so I called the store upon opening and spoke with a woman that wasn't very friendly. I was looking for a 230 cold crank with reverse terminals. I was told over the phone that they had them in stock ranging from $29.99 to approximately $49.99 depending on the amps. When I arrived at the store about an hour later, I was completely ignored for about the first 5 to 10 minutes while standing at the counter. Numerous employees walked by me without asking if I needed help or have been helped. Once someone finally did help me they couldn't find the battery I called about, not only could they not find it the only one they had in stock was over $60 dollars. I then said to the employee helping me that I called earlier and spoke with a woman that said you had one in stock for $29.99. Then the other employee behind the counter that had been ignoring me the entire time very rudely said "I told you they start at $29.99", as she must have been the woman I spoke with earlier over the phone. But they didn't have any for less then $60, so why tell me they had them in stock starting at $29.99.

Cisco deserves a raise! Such great customer service. I walked in and immediately was greeted and asked if I needed any help. He then proceeded to help me find exactly what I was looking for and even installed it in my car. Great customer service!

The quality of product in the Ora ge City store is horrible. Bought the same cell phone attached to the mirror twice and both were defective - I have to say thought that the store manager was pleasant to deal with.

My ignition coil shorted out in the middle of the road bc it was waterlodged. Got a new coil and my screw broke when I was taking out the old one and got new bolts. Austin was sweet and very helpful for the 2 trips for this coil. Car is running like new.

I was there this morning 4/24/21 Saturday Jeff is the one that was helping , I gave him my info. I did not know the question he was asking me so I asked him how can I get the answer he didn t know, so I went to my car and got some paperwork and went back in and he goes oh the Vin number we can use that I was so upset and he was so rude never again will I go back there with him there. You would think he would offer to go up to the car to find out but now that s how lazy he was

Has a greyhaired woman mgr that has a bad attitude. She can't speak English clearly and chastised me while I was paying for a part for my company. I will never do business with this company again. OReilly auto parts is just across the street, and is much cleaner, and organized. O'Reillys is much more customer oriented and treats their customers with respect and dignity.

Cisco was more then helpful today replacing two batteries and installing wipers. He was very busy but rushed without missing any details. As a business owner myself I would hire this man on the spot for his work ethic and attitude. Thank you

Great-free test services for your battery and other things. Their manpower is low and they usually only have 2 people running the store; sometimes you could see them going nuts. I don't think the big division managers mind cause it takes less money out of their accounts.

The lady manager in there was so rude. Never had to deal with a person that mean before. Really didn't even care about the customer. Try to warranty out a tool and she wouldn't even do it. And then she had the nerve to yell at me because my mask fell off my face. She wasn't even wearing one herself. There's a reason why mechanics hate this store.... She was a prime example!!

Not a good experience. Store employee was helpful and knowledgeable. However because of the store manager I will avoid this branch at all costs. There are plenty of auto parts stores in the area and other AAP branches to give my business.

I went in to talk about shocks. I purchased shocks online from advanced and the shocks were not acting properly. So I went in to get their opinion of the shocks I bought from them. I spoke with a female employee about it and she told me she had no knowledge of different brands of shocks, I told her I just wanted her opinion of the function of the shock and to see if it was acting properly. She told me if it's new and that's the way it's acting then it must be correct. So I left and actually went to an AutoZone and they helped me. The new shocks were shot, we pulled the same shocks off the shelf and they performed properly. I will never go to that advanced in Orange city again.

I ordered a starter online and a had a huge chip where the pinion sits. I returned it at the store for another one. After installing it it wouldn't even turn over my car. I went back to the store to returnitand they bench tested it and said it was fine and wouldn't return my money. The ladies there were very very rude. I will never shopatadvance again. I have shopped here for years and have multiple ASEcertifications. They treated me like I was a complete moron.

My fianc was having an issue with a refund and I overheard the phone conversation he was having with Aretta, the manager. Pretty disappointed/surprised with how rude and unhelpful she was. Don t bother with this location, try your luck with a different store.

I walked in to have my battery tested and purchase a replacement. After waiting ten (10) minutes for my turn, I was told that I would have to wait until all the customers that walked in after me were helped. In today s economy, it is amazing that these folks still turn away business. The young guy at the counter was very rude and had a huge attitude problem. Take your business to Auto Zone I was on my way with a new battery and smile in less than 10 minutes at Auto Zone.

Was given the wrong part and told to go to Orange City to get the right one. get there with the old part and the wrong was that was given to me to show proof. Was matched up with Samuel who was rude and insisted that I was wrong. Needless to say if I listened to him I would of had to complete the same twice. Attempting to explain myself to get insulted by the employee. Walk out to go to the Altamonte store to get the right part. Not the first time I have gotten the wrong part from this store but a line was crossed. Steer clear from this location, not all but many employees at this store in general are good at reading but not seeing the problem placed to them.
