Nick helped us diagnose our battery issues while checking on the starter and alternator putting some of our worries to rest.He then showed proper battery cleaning, as well as putting on the protective spray and grease. Grease I then bought from him for our other cars battery.Good customer service and you could tell he enjoys helping people, I d say the epitome of southern hospitality.He gave us the necessary information for the rest of our roadtrip home and his estimations were 100% correct, appreciate Nick! Have a good one man and shoot up to St Augustine if you can

This place is super fast and convenient. Cody has done an excellent job helping me find parts and even find solutions for problems that a simple part change wont fix. Recently I had a hard time finding wiper blades and he sold me an excellent pair of blades that I never would have known fit my 2017 Ford Transit 350. He took the time to help me learn how to replace the snap on fittings that matched my van. Now, not only do I have the knowledge for the future, I can honestly say I have never had such a clear windshield on rainy day. Awesome job Cody, awesome job.

It is an O'Reilly. They normally have what I need, but not always at the best price. I wish they would offer their online pricing in store, but if they want to give me free next day shipping and give me 20% off, I'll order it from their website rather than in store. By not offering that discount in-store it costs the company add-ons which I would probably have picked up.

The service is terrible, all 3 on there phones doing nothing. No can I HELP YOU OR ANYTHING. No thank you after I had paided my bill. Need to take a lesson from the service you get at ACE hardware!!!

I have been to this location multiple times. Nearly every time I have been to this location the staff has sucked. As a mechanic and a female, it's common to walk into an auto parts store and you get looks, it's whatever. People talk, or have their stereotypes. But when you have a female manager at an auto parts store, you would think she would be the one to be helpful and not rude like the rest. This is the closest auto parts to me, but I'll stick with driving a little further to the competition that treats me with respect.

Incredible customer service, from a knowledgeable and patient manager named Jeff. Our car battery started smoking this morning, and despite the car having a complicated battery removal process, was happy and eager to help us resolve our problem to get us off to work with a new battery.Stop here if you need a knowledgeable person to assess and help your situation!Thank you Jeff and team!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The only reason this is a 4 star instead of 5 is because the computer said I had 2 different wiper blades and they were both the same so I had to come back in and swap them. That said, the techs had offered to replace them for free which I very much appreciate. The tech staff easily earned 5 stars.

Guy first told me my starter failed. I bought one. Before we put it in we had someone else read it. Was my battery. New battery was $234. After the core charge return. Yikes. No hard.time to.return the starter. Very thankful i didn't pay someone to put in a part I didn't need. Had I brought it to a shop... $798.98 to put in.

Gave me not one but TWO bad ignition coils. Had to replace the first one after it didn t fix the cylinder misfire but the second one didn t fix it either after both boots fell apart and didn t properly fit in the engine

Very helpful. I needed a wiper blade and the finder system was effective but the service was even better. I had never changed a wiper blade before so I asked the sales associate for help and he showed me how to do it while he installed both sides for me on my truck. Totally recommend.

I work at Amazon right around the corner and I live an hour away from Mount Dora. My truck had an issue while I was heading to work so I had to leave work early to take care of it. I had an oil issue and I was worried my truck wasn t going to make it back home and I didn t want to pay for towing. Luckily I spoke with Dakota and his fellow associate and they help me out. Dakota came out with me to help assist with my truck and I really appreciated that. Got good people here.

I have to say, after trying other places, O'Reilly's is the number one best on my list. Jorge also went above and beyond to help me, he came out and put my headlight in put the windshield wipers on and checked out a bunch of other things that he didn't really have to do! This man deserves a raise! We need more customer service like Jorge! Keep up the good work *****UPDATE*****10/27/2019Once again I had to stop by to check on something for my car and the manager Manuel, was awesome! came out check my car and told me exactly what was wrong with it and he even went as far as to give me the name of a good mechanic that's very reasonably priced! You could not ask for better service than these people give. I live across town close to the new store, however I will continue to go to this one location because of the service I've gotten. Both the ladies there were very helpful as well and I wasn't even their customer. I would give another review with five more stars because O'Reilly's is above the top! Keep up the good work guys! We need more businesses like this! the award for customer service certainly should go to these folks!

My best friend was visiting me from SW Florida. He needed a new battery. I took him to O'Reilly's. Can't remember the guys name,but he was really nice and really helpful. Especially since my friends jeep was one of the newer renegades. He took the old one out and out a new one in. The prices were great. My best friend tipped him,which he refused of course,but my best friend insisted. Highly recommend O'Reilly's.

Excellent ..Service ..I go there for parts all the time.. They also Honor Veterans - by offering a Discount for your Service..which ,I, for one.. appreciate it! Well stocked store..needed a head light! They even put it in .. What service! Veterans.. Honor this Company..that honors you!!

So there I was, 30 miles from home and fresh from getting pulled over by a cop for having no tail lights. Like none, not even brake lights. Being the anxious kid that I am, I asked said cop for directions to the nearest auto parts store and pulled into this place. I had no idea how to change the lights or even what I was looking for. And I don't remember the employee's name, but he came out to take a look for himself, then installed both of them for me. I realize it was an easy fix, but it still meant a lot that he'd go through the effort even when he wasn't technically getting paid for it. So thank you for making my day a little less awful!

6-12-2022Called in about a starter that was purchased under my phone number the gentleman gave me his name as Nick was willing to help me out I heard the lady in the background the whole entire time being negative about helping me out so he places me on hold because the woman says I should have a part number I just have them my phone number after 4 min or so come back to the phone to say we can t find it I said find what he said the part u purchased I clearly gave them my information and records are in the system the lady need to be out of location if this will be outcome of business im from out of town I know oriley partners are better than that thanks whoever the nagging woman in Nate s ear

I had a parts quality issue. The manager quickly addressed the problem and made it right. I will be back but more careful on what parts I purchase. The problem is industry wide and not the fault of this store in particular, or even O'Reilly for that matter. Sometimes only original equipment will do the job, and we must bite the bullet and shell out the extra money.

AMAZING SERVICE pulled in from the highway as it was raining my windshield wiper broke and Nick got me set up with a new one and installed it in the pouring rain to help me get back on the road in no time so grateful !

My first time at an O'Reilly Auto Parts and I was impressed with the selection and helpfullnes of the staff. I will be going back to O'Reilly before I go to Advance or the Zone even though A and Z are much closer. Could become my 1st go to for auto parts and also parts for my solar array!

I love the service but the last time we were there a company truck and trailer was blocking the back entrance and not only did they refuse to move, they were very rude to us. We had to back all the way out when all they would've had to do was move forward a little. Not good for business.

My "minimum oil" light was on, plus needed coolant. Stopped at the new O'Reilly store in Deltona. They not only pulled the products I needed off the self as and brought it to the counter, but after I paid my bill, the wonderfully professional employee put the oil and coolant in my the appropriate reservoirs for me. I totally appreciated this great service� since it was in the evening, dark and on my way home after a long day. Thanks O'Reilly!!!
