I would not at all recommend this location. If I could give negative stars I would. We bought a car battery here within the last two years & they could not even take the time to be bothered in helping us at all. The guy just couldn't care less they didn't even pretend to want to be helpful in offering any warranty help or even a reduced price being they couldn't find the warranty info. I am absolutely disappointed in the lack of actual customer service & care. They just wanted to charge for a new one when they should have honored a warranty. DO NOT go here the unprofessional service isn't worth the added stress....go down the street to advance they are amazingly helpful.

Had a dead battery on my 2018 Chevy Equinox. Went to 2 other auto places that advertise great service. Bothe refused to replace and change my battery due to the cars computer on top of it. Went to AutoZone. A young man, Nicolas Shumer looked at it and said, I can do this. Their computer said it would take 45 minutes. This employee completed the battery change in less than 5 minutes!! Thats what i call great customer service!! I let the manager know what a great job he did.

I have tryed other parts stores but AutoZone beats prices of all the rest & they have a scanner they can plug in your car that shows what part it could be.They also are much helpful unlike the other part store's.

My son had to stop by this store during our walk, just to run in and grab something; therefore, I didn'tneed to go in the store and instead waited outside. I'm sure it's a nice store and it looks neat and clean from outside. Maybe I'll check it out myself someday.

7 workers standing around doing nothing..I came in with the parts they sent (all wrong parts) not one of them knew anything about parts..didnt know how to do a refund in which I did have a recept and totally refused to exchange and the manager today was clueless also..I doubt we will ever come to this autozone again!! But first I will contact a different manager there first..there is two other people there in the morning who know what they are doing..05/15/23 @2:10 pm..Jesus take the wheel

I was helped by Rich and Sunny and they took the time to check out my battery, charge it, test it, and ultimately realized my battery was bad. Saved me a bunch of money, and best of all they are the friendlist people! I'm glad to have such a great Autozone right up the road! Thanks!

Went into this location and the associate Melvin helped me. He came out and took out old battery and installed new one. Great guy you have at this establishment. Will definitely come back again.

My car was not starting properly for a couple weeks now and so I had to replace my battery. Rick was friendly and kind during the transaction in store. Was doing a great job managing the staff! Rey R. Was so kind enough to change out the battery for me to get me back in the road quickly. Both deserve a cudos from management!

YouI went to return a part bought in Sebring while at the race track. When I got back to the track I found the part had the safety magnet still on the part so I could not use it. When my wife went to return the park at your store located at 1671 Providence Blvd, Deltona, FL 32725 on November 29 around 4:30 pm there was an older man that was extremely rude to her. Waving is finger at her as she walked into the store pointing to the line and not saying a word. Then when she went to return the part he was very rude when she had the receipt, but did not have my credit card. After that experience, I will think twice before returning to your stores. I own a automotive repair shop and I race cars. I buy a lot of parts. This was very disappointing.

At this location, Rey R. was just so helpful! He helped me figure out what was wrong with my battery and helped me to buy a new one. I know that this is part of their job here, but I felt like Rey went above and beyond to make sure I got home safely. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and very professional. Thanks AutoZone!

Your average experience. GREAT! I have never been unable to find what I need here, and the staff is always genuine and helpful. They have what you need at reasonable prices. I have had several super old cars that needed quite a lot of maintenance. Every time I come in, I walk out with exactly what I need. I always recommend this place.

Went in with some questions and everything was answered and explain perfectly ! General manager Maiva took her time and made sure I understood what I was buying. She's a rock star !If you need anything stop here and see her ! She will make you feel like family !

I am so thankful to the wonderful people at this location. My oil light had come on and I needed someone to check the oil level for me. I called my dealership, they didn't have anyone to even check it, I called Honest Auto, they said they didn't have anyone either. I called AutoZone and they said they would be happy to check my oil level. Employee Rey, was awesome! He checked my oil level and ended up pouring 2.5 quarts of oil in my car. I don't know what I would have done without Rey and AutoZone. Thank you!!

As I approached the store this morning I see a sign on the door "exact change only or credit/debit". I check the denominations of bills in my wallet and come to the conclusion that I would rather be out a dollar than go to another store. I seek out the tool I came for, a 10mm hex socket. The price 3.99 plus tax. As I approach the register, the parts manager and customer service manager. He says to me in a condescending tone "I guess you didn't read the sign". I proceed to pull out 5 dollars and ask the simple question. How come exact change only. He instantly snaps back with an attitude I would expect from a teenager. "BECAUSE we are out of money OK." I tell him to kill the attitude and hand him a $5. When he sees that all I needed was a couple dimes he started to apologize and insists there was no attitude and "if there was that he wasn't mad at me". The customer service here in the past was poor but this was a new low.

Car was shaking really bad, was able to bring it up to AutoZone to get it read. Needed a tune up. Rey and chuck were nice enough to assist me in changing the parts. Rey especially was outstanding with fully changing the parts and getting my vehicle up and running. Store manager Maiva was soo nice to allow him to stay outside with me while the job got finished. Thank you so much Rey, Chuck and Maiva for the amazing assistance. Fantastic team!!!!!

I found best price here by going into the store. On line prices were higher for lesser quality part.It's definitely worth your time to check in the store in person.Also if you're a veteran or active duty don't forget to get your discount.Very pleased!!!

Staff were helpful with finding the parts to repair 2 of my vehicles last week. Saved me a bit of cash by pulling my ECM codes, instead of me having to go to the dealership. They also tested a battery for me.Really busy place, wouldn't hurt to hire another employee or two

This place is GREAT & very helpful for Men.. I just wish they would show more respect to WOMEN customers who come in.. Every time I try to say something they tell me I'm wrong & then look it up themselves just to say the same thing I said.. This is 2018.. Women can do more than Bake freaking cookies now Men, so PLEASE Respect Women when we come into Automotive stores cause trust me, we wouldn't come in if we didn't know what we were talking about.. BET..

Everytime i come in here the manager Tom NEVER HELPS nd it feels like im ignored. Its annoying. Luckily they have employee's like Sarah...ive come to this location 3 separate times and shes literally the one who helps me EVERY TIME, y'all need more employee's like her! Thank you every time Sarah!!!

Just left here and my wife just had a hysterectomy done. We stood in line while 5 other employees discussed their work schedules in front of us while we were waiting to check out. Samuel is the only one that acknowledged us and gave us a discount for having to wait and thank you to him. The other employees need to be talked to because they should not be discussing their schedules while there is a line of customers waiting to check out and not helping them, but yet standing around. Will be going to advanced auto parts from now on.

Wanted to thank Maiva and the general manager for taking care of my issue in a very fast manner. Thought it would take a week to hear from someone but it was within an hr and had it taken care of. Thanks autozone appreciate the help for going above and beyond. Amazing job Maiva.

I never thought I would be writing a review for a auto part store. I been buying parts for AutoZone for a long time. Today however my experience was very disappointing to the point that I felt compelled to write about it. I was this morning limited on time but needed a part. As I walked in the store there was a customer in Front if me. There was one employee on the register helping the customer in front of me, one employee on the floor , one employee on the back and two managers to the left front side of the store. It took them 15 minutes to acknowledge that I was in line and offer me help. To top it off they did not have the part. It was going to take a day to arrive and I was going to have to pay for it in advance for them to order it. Like I said before I never thought I was going to be writing about an auto part store but my experience was pretty negative today...
