Amazing service and great quality work. I had a well fail after only 6 months done by a different company which is now out of business. Affordable well was able to come out and establish a new well quickly, affordable, and reliable water. The water is clean no smell and taste better that our original well. I had an issue with the well in my new home. I called Chris and he came out and inspected the well and said they would have to drill a little deeper. His crew came out within a reasonable amount of time and corrected the problem. Great service.Chris is a man of integrity.I highly recommend this business.

Excellent service with this company. Katie, Chris and Jason came to our aid after hours when we came home to no water. First, Katie and Chris tried to patiently walk me through how to trouble shoot the possible issues so that we would not have to pay a service charge. When that did not resolve our problem, they dispatched Jason, who already worked a long day, but came right out in the cold and dark and replaced the switch that lizards had caused to burn out. He did this all by flashlight. Such polite, efficient and amazing folks. Thank you all for being a wonderful service provider. We are very grateful for your efforts.

We rent, but Affordable was called out by the Owner of our home. They were here twice, today they installed our filter system. I am never comfortable dealing with companies, as the "woman at home" but these guys were great. Friendly, knowledgeable and they were happy to answer all my questions, even the ones that had nothing to do with the filter system. Chris is the best!They came, did their work and left no mess, no questions lingering. Bravo, and Thank you!

Had Affordable put in a new well not too long ago. I was in the shower this morning and had just lathered up my hair when my water just stopped. I called my husband and he walked me thru checking a few things to no avail. Called Affordable and Josh and Jason were out here to rescue me in under 10 minutes. They had me up and running again in no time. It is so nice to call for service on something and have 2 young men come and fix it with professionalism, knowledge and personality. Good job guys!!

They were very fast getting us taken care of! We were very satisfied with the quality and service we received. Cost wise was higher than anticipated but they did what was needed to insure clean and great pressure. Learned alot from this and we are comfortable about the whole process. Guys that drilled well were very professional and nice . People who go through this please educate yourself and ask questions. Our well was at least 60 years old and was drilled shallow. We would recommend you calling them if you need a new well dug.Service: Well installation

Excellent service couldn't ask for any better. I had a late night issue with my well and Affordable Well and Pump didn't disappoint. Chris came out and was extremely knowledgeable and fixed the problem I was dealing with and then some. Trust in this business and you won't be let down. Good service is hard to find these days but this business is as genuine as they come

These guys are great honest and they will pick up the phone on a weekend if you have a problem. I was extremely happy with the service affordable well provided when we installed are well in Umatilla. A year later I had a problem with my pump because a lizard had gone into the electrical. I called the owner on his cell on a Saturday And he answered and walked me through a Quik troubleshooting which fix the problem. Highly recommend them. These guys are awesome. They came out same day to assess the situation and get us back on track. They provided a fair and honest estimate for the replacement of my old well pump. We were able to schedule the replacement and they were in contact with me every step of the way. They came out when they said they would and got straight to work so as not to keep my family without water longer than needed. The well ended up being deeper than originally thought but they didn't charge more due to extra time and labor needed. They showed me the old pump and new replacement pump so I could see and understand a bit more of the details of the job. Water is running with strong pressure. Overall I was thoroughly impressed with the their service!

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! They try to sell you things you don t need and the lie and make excuses in the process!!!! They tried to tell me my pump was no longer working on my well and I needed a new one for $1450. Phoned another well/pump repair company for a second opinion. My capacitor was bad, $10 later I had water again! THEY CLAIM they checked that part and that it wasn t the problem. They are liars and deceitful crooks. Not to mention EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful.

Looking past any neighborly disagreements in the past I must say they conduct themselves with great honor as a business! I needed help with my well they rushed to my house diagnosed the problem and informed me of what my issue was via phone call. If you have issues with a well call these guys!

When our well pump died we contacted the well company who first installed it many years ago only to find out that they no longer keep the 3" submersible pump in stock and that it would take days to get it in and then another week to get it installed (not exactly what you want to hear when you have no water for your family or horses!) We tried Affordable Well Drilling instead and they were awesome! They had our pump in stock and we received same-day service at no extra charge. Chris was great with his responsive, prompt and punctual service! This company's rates were cheaper than the first one's and they definitely make you feel like family and that you are important to them...something that matters when you are in a desperate situation! Thanks so much for your great professionalism, we'll use you again!
