We like to go for a run over there. They have a small fitness park along the fitness trail. Nothing too intense just keeps the joints going for most people. I do that with my son that I like to go to the gym. I need a little bit more resistance

Not satisfied at all they have this young guys there that they do not know what the heck they doing bought a part from a different store the manager from the first store call elkcam store to let them know I was on my way to pick up my part that I already had pay for it because I needed the part right away when I got to the store they had send my part to be deliver to the first store now I have to wait while the driver goes around all the store about2hr to be able to get my part and all this because this young guys all they do is joke around and go out to smoke and whoever got the call didn't say anything about my part before the took the delivery for the day now I I wasted my time my gas and now the customer is never going to bring me his car so yeah I'm loosing business because of some unprofessional people.

Went into the store to buy a 40:1 2 cycle engine fuel mixture which took me 10 minutes to find. Then after 20 minutes of BS at the register the bar code was not working. it wasn t listed in their POS system and no one could take my $5.99 + tax so I walked out in disgust. I drove 2/10th of a mile to Advanced Auto told the Sales Consultant at the register what I needed took her 30 seconds to fetch it and 30 seconds to cash me out. Their price was $6.99 I told her it was $5.99 at Auto Zone she said no problem and met the price. We go to local businesses for customer service which is totally lacking at this Auto Zone location.

The worst customer service ever !!!! They have people working there that have NO KNOWLEDGE of cars or PARTS !!!! THE DONT HAVE A SCANNER TO PLUG IN A CAR THAT LETS CUSTOMERS NO WHAT IT PULLS UP ???? AUTO ZONE GOES OUT TO HELP THERE CUSTOMERS.I CALLED TO COMPARE PRICE ON PART & IT WAS DOUBLE IN YOUR STORE ?? HOPE OTHER PEOPLE SHOP AROUND & COMPARE PRICES Before GOING TO ADVANCE AUTO

I had to have a car battery changed and went to Advance Auto Parts. I found the "Diehard Gold" edition and with purchase they installed it in no time at all. The car battery has a 3 yr warranty and they've always been reliable in my years of purchase. This location was helpful and quick to get the job done without hesitation. I highly recommend their services.

Frank helped me tonight with my 2017 Hyundai Veloster and he was awesome! He was so thorough and nice, assured me my alternator and battery were good. He was very thorough, and treated me very respectfully. I appreciate that!

Luke, Tom, and Alfred are excellent employees that almost always give sound advice. Happy with my kocal location, they've answered lots of questions overt the past 3 years for me while getting me the right products to do the job

I just bought a battery, and had it installed here, and received fast and friendly service from Mike. He even gave me a 5% discount although I had an AutoZone discount card and not an Advanced Auto card. I appreciate the service and I'll be back. Thanks again.

I have been to this location twice. The first time the associate argued and questioned me whether or not the radiator cap would work on the car that Iin have owned for 26 years. My second trip was today I attempted to buy an air cleaner assembly for my car and the associates just stood behind the counter laughing and joking not helping customers

Been coming here for 7 years and have spent a lot of money with them. Yesterday they price matched for Walmart and now today they won't all of a sudden. Even though Walmart is listed on their list of competitors when they process the price match.

Good sales. The rewards program shouldn't be more than giving your phone number. Over thought it. Nizeal was very nice and helpful , genuinely nice young man.

Best auto part store the staff is super helpful and friendly. Frank is amazing extremely kind and helpful and they don't treat you different as a women buying parts to fix my truck. Awesome place

They said that they could have my shocks delivered the same day to the store at 3:10pm. I arrived to pick up my parts at 3:20pm only to be told that the parts were not there. The guy behind the counter was very rude. It took almost 30 minutes for them to tell me that they ordered from the wrong store. I went to Auto Zone, and they had my parts in stock for less with a smile.

They used to mail coupons, now they put them in e mail. Store won't accept them. They say only online. Will go someplace else.

I took my Battery to Auto Zone, and they said it was Not charging and No Good. So then I Took it toAdvance Auto AND THEY CHARGED IT FOR AN HOUR AND TOLD ME IT WAS VERY GOOD STILL. ADVANCE AUTO are Honest. People..

Came for lower bushings tool and they gave me upper . I called back and they said it could be used for both. Looked on there web site and they it said tool they gave me is for upper only. So I had to go twice and figure it out on my own . No knowledgeable help...
