This place is amazing. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. My problem was fixed in less than 30 minutes and I was helped in more ways than one. I would recommend Wilson's Tire to everyone for your automotive needs.

Wilson s Tires is Awesome!They re like a small town business where you know the owners, but I don t.I asked them to look at a tire leak. They said the tire wasn t repairable. Uh oh, I was waiting on the sales pitch of 1,2, or 4 new tires. Instead they put on a similar used tire for me at no charge. Who does that?I even said maybe I could buy two new tires to replace my bad tire and another. David at the counter told me I could do that but the other tires were good and they have about 10,000 miles left on them. He said I ll just put on a good used tire with as much life on it and you re good to go.I asked how much and he said no charge. I offered to at least pay for the labor and he said don t worry about it.Wilson Tire s understands word of mouth advertising and reputation.I know where I m going to get my tires replaced when it s needed.

Very pleased. Have been going to a dealership for almost 35 years. Have purchased and serviced all my cars at this dealership. Will now be going to Wilson's. They are trustworthy and honest. Can't praise this company enough!

Went into Wilson,the gentleman said there was nothing wrong with the alignment on my 2014 Chrysler Town and country. possibly a strut issue. gave me a price set me out the door didn't charge me a dime. I'll certainly will be back to this place when I need an alignment on one of my other five cars.

Went in for what I thought was a bad alternator, but they said it was a cheap battery terminal fix. They could've easily taken advantage of me because I have no idea what I'm doing, but they were honest.Service: Electrical repairService: Electrical repair

These guys are THE BEST! I ve been going here for over 10 years. The owner, Dave Wilson, has instilled a quality and work ethic where the customer is listened to, treated courteously and fairly while giving great (and transparent) pricing and service. Quality staffers from front desk to bays and throughout. They not only treat their customers as valued and bend over backwards to work with accommodating, they give great pricing! During my over ten years working with them, they ve priced big repairs substantially less than any competitors I compared them to. These days of buyer beware you can put your trust in these guys. They replaced two axles for me just recently for far less than a dealer quote I had. Go with these guys and rest assured you ll be treated great ..on all fronts!

I made an appt the day prior for service. There wasn t any pressure to buy or upgrade services like most places. Clean waiting area, and great customer service. Two separate experiences at Wilson's. First: New tires for the old Accord. I had always purchased Michelin tires in the past for my 15 yo Accord. I liked the quiet ride, the good gas mileage and great performance in the rain. Well Wilson's Tire & Automotive sold me a less expensive set of tires and they are JUST AS GOOD AS THE MICHELINS as far as I'm concerned. These tires have been on my car for 8 months.Second: Oil change, tire rotation and brake fluid. I'll just give it to you straight. Wilson's is honest, quick, easy and very reasonably priced.

What a great, friendly, helpful place I experienced on my first visit to Wilson's tire and automotive. Their prices are super competitive and they'll work with you to make sure your leaving their store in good condition. They fixed my blinker without me even tellling them the blinker was not working, and gave me a suggestion on what to do if it stops working again! They truly do care about their customers. I would ignore any of the bad reviews written on here and go to the place yourself so you can see how absolutely friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming Dave and his team is at Wilson's tire and automotive. You won't be disappointed.

I was referred to Wilson's Tire in Oldsmar from several friends, when I had an issue with my BMW, as well as for our family vehicles. They were friendly, efficient, timely, professional, trustworthy and affordable. I have personally used them for brakes, tires and oil changes. The staff is great and as a female, always helped me to understand the services that were needed.I will continue to use their services for our family vehicles, and I HIGHLY recommend them!Services: Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

These guys provide great service at reasonable prices. I ve had two tires patched and today I went to get all my tires checked as pressure was low on all four and I wanted to make sure there were no flats. They checked them, found no visible damage, put air and reset the internal system all free of charge. Cannot recommend them enough.

I went to Wilson's to have a nail removed from a tire, and the tire flat repaired. Beforehand on the phone they quoted me $20, a much better price than the $30 and $35 quotes I got from a national tire chain store and a gas station mechanic. Considering all the positive reviews and the good price, I made an appointment. Upon arrival, I verified the $20 price again. My car was taken in shortly after arrival and the work was done properly - hence the three stars. But when it came to checkout, the price was $3 more. I didn't complain and paid the bill, but when signing the receipt I asked if this was based on the price quoted. He said yes, but that there was a $3.00 "shop charge" which they charge on all work that they do. It was still cheaper than the others, but he had two opportunities to tell me about the shop charge - when I called on the phone and when I checked in for the appointment. Why hide it? Not mentioning it makes me feel that they are somewhat shady. Besides getting the flat repaired, this was a test for me of this mechanic. The person I spoke with on the phone and at the front desk was obviously either the manager or owner. There is simply no way that not mentioning the $3.00 shop charge was an oversight, especially since when asked about it he said, without my saying anything about the charge, that other places charge $30 or more for a flat repair, to justify the extra $3. He could have told me up front about his shop charge, and built trust with a potential long-term customer. To top it off, today, a few weeks later, I checked the air pressure of my tires - first time since getting the flat repair. The tire that was repaired had 35 lbs, while my other three had 30 lbs which is where I always keep it per the car manufacturer's recommendation. Maybe the mechanic knows better, or maybe he simply went by the tire manufacturer's recommendation instead. But why not take the extra minute or so to check the pressure in the other three tires on the car to make sure that it matched? That would be simple good customer service. I would have been happy to have them all at 35 or all at 30, but not running on one tire that is higher than the others. I was hoping for a good first experience at this mechanic who is close to home and has good reviews. Instead I am left with distrust and won't be back.Service: Tires

Fast and reliable ! My friend told me about this spot and I was in need of new brakes. Brought it in and within hours my Jeep was ready to be picked up. They are extremely nice and honest as well. I will be referring everyone I know to come here for ANY car issues, small or large. I m very pleased with the customer service !

Finding myself in an unknown area and not knowing where to go when my car needed to towed I felt vulnerable. Very fortunate to find trustworthy and honest people at Wilson's Auto and Tire. I'm very thankful to all of you!! I'd most definitely absolutely highly recommend them!

I originally posted a 5 star review 10 years ago and found no way to submit a new one so I'm updating this instead. After all these years these guys have never disappointed me. Dave and his crew are top-notch, very trustworthy and always have reasonable prices. They've done all sorts of work for the different types of cars I've had and I always know I can depend on them to keep me on the road.Original post: very clean and professional. they gave me a very competitive price on some tires but without the hassle. you would never know they are just a mom and pop shop.

I have lived in this area for over 30 years, I have a transport service and I've tried all the local mechanics. You want friendly Professional Service? You want excellent service at an exceptional price? You want on time as promised service? When you pick up your car do you want the same price that was quoted to you when you dropped it off?If you are reading me 5 by 5 then the only place to go is Wilson's Tire & Auto on Forest Lakes Road in Oldsmar

There is no one like Dave! He is the best mechanic in the Tampa area. He is extremely honest and fair. I have been with Dave and Wilson tire for 10 years now and there are so many positive experiences and outcomes from working with Dave. They have never asked me for a review, so this is 100% from the heart- he is simply the best. He works 70 hours a week to take care of his customers and is as honest as any man I know. I fully trust him with my vehicles and I am not a car guy. If you are new to the area and need someone to trust, this is the guy and company.

They are wonderful. I can call and get in at the latest the next day or they have me come in right then. Their prices are very good too. I have never had a problem with having them making me come back over and over again. Being a women they don't try to tell you you need something you don't like other repair shops.
