Had battery issues and called tires plus since I have been using their services for a few years, they were very helpful and took care of checking and replacing my battery in a timely manner. I feel comfortable with tires plus service, it s my go too place for my car repairs

Called in for a battery replacement, gave them make and model of the car and he told me no problem. Arrived about 15 min later, he checked in the car and said it would be about an hour. Almost 2 hours later they said they were comfortable changing the battery in the car. Yep you heard that correctly they were comfortable changing the battery since it s located behind the front seat. So we wasted 2 hours of our time. You would think a tire and battery place would feel comfortable about changing the battery. It sure doesn t say much about their technician they employ.

Joe, got me scheduled in and when I came in he made sure my truck was done quickly. I really appreciated he and the team there to get me serviced and back to work quickly!

They were helpful with tracking down tires and getting them on but the trouble started when i was informed that my inner tie rod was worn by the "tire specialist". While driving away the truck away it began bouncing like never before. I asked them the next day if it was possible that the balancing could be bad. They said for 100 dollars they can inspect. I left and took the vehicle to the dealership where they began laughing and taking photos of the horrible balancing job. Dealership also informed me that my steering and suspension are in great shape.

When I arrived, they addressed my needs and took my car exactly at my scheduled time to replace 2 front tires and a lifetime alignment. They promised my car to be done at a certain time and it was. They also gave me all the paperwork I needed at the end. I do want to mention that not only was it great service but the price of the lifetime alignment was the best in town

Good guys working here. Very helpful to me who knows very little about cars. Had a problem with my tire and they fixed them all. Evened, checked oil (because I asked), sent me on my way.

Joe and Ronnie helped me out with my 2016 Cadillac CTS. They constantly kept me informed of the issues and how long it would take for the work to be done. They charged me a very reasonable price and got the work done right. The guys are good here at Oldsmar Tires Plus. I'll be back when I need them.

I'm in the hospital and just got out of surgery. My wife stopped by to get a patch on a tire in our Tesla model 3. Shop guys took excellent care of her. Didn't try to upsell her on anything. Just did the work and made her feel great during the entire visit. I'm very thankful for them. We will be back whenever we need work done. Great job.

After a little bit of a problem, which was beyond their control, they made it right and delivered true FIVE star customer service. I ordered some tires on line and they were the affiliated shop to install them. I had an appointment and a very tight schedule that day. When I arrived early that morning, (first appointment of the day) I was informed that one of they guys had to call out due to a family illness. These things happen, so I was able to move some things around and come back later and the manager really helped me out to make sure I got the new tires on.I was very appreciative of him taking care of me and doing the best he could dealing with things that were completely out of his control. He easily could have told me to reschedule for another day, but when it was all said and done I had my new tires on by lunch time. Thank you and I will be sure to stop in for the inevitable nail that is lying on US 19 just waiting for my new tires.

My second experience with these guys. First time they told me my car was fixed and when I went to pick up, car started but would not go anywhere. So, I finished fixing my car in their parking lot. Second time, I check the website...close at 7. PERFECT!!. Get there at 620 and they are closed. My work truck not available to me till 8am. Done..Gotta find someone else.

I scheduled to have a wheel alignment done on my car Sunday 4:00pm, today, on Saturday evening through the online portal. All of my information was given on my cars make and model as well as adequate contact information to reach me. The day of my scheduled service I was contacted at 8:56 am, while at work, by Joe (come to find out he is the manager). He let me know that the store would not be open at 4 even though the stores hours say open until 5 and I was able to select that time slot on the portal. Regardless of that he agrees to reschedule my appointment for 3:00pm instead. Upon arrival Joe informs me that there was no one there who could complete the service for me because he had sent them home, due to the fact that "no one was coming in". Despite the fact we had spoken on the phone previously to confirm. Joe then refused to make the situation right as well as trying to deflect responsibility for his actions by making rude comments/remarks about my vehicle and stating multiple reasons as to why the service wouldn't be able to be done on my car regardless. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and I used to work in the field myself so I am very versed in these interactions. I would never recommend this location to anyone and would never bring any of my (4) vehicles here again. This is the only time I have ever been inclined to leave a review in my entire life of any kind, that should let you know how upsetting this interaction was.

Joe and the other guys are AMAZING! They've worked hard to get my air conditioner fixed, my tires and alignment done, and my radiator hoses and housing repaired. They do great work, they didn't try to fool me into buying something I don't need just because I'm a woman; Joe showed me the things he was talking about and advised me on the things that needed urgent repair versus the things that didn't and then let me decide. The guys all have great attitudes and an awesome sense of humor. Joe remained unflappable in the face of problems with the credit card company and got the problem with them resolved.I completely recommend this location of Tires Plus (I can't speak to other locations). This isn't the first time we've been to this location, and it definitely won't be the last.You guys are incredible! Thanks

LOW CAR FRIENDLY.I called around all over Northern Pinellas county and this Tires Plus was the only shop willing to help me get an alignment on my car due to ground clearance. Tod and James took really good care of my car and really helped out in the clutch.A third mechanic whom I didnt get a name from was also very helpful

Super unhelpful and overcharged me for an oil change, said my invoice would show up in my email and it didn t so who knows what sketchy stuff they have going on there. Also, misplaced my wheel lock key and blamed me so I had to buy a replacement and pay for an overpriced tire at a dealership. 0/10 do not recommend.

These guys are awesome my jet ski trailer blew a tire and although they did not have the tire in stock we were able to run to Walmart and grab one while leaving the trailer with them and them change it. Thank you for the great service!

I called to see if I could come in and get my tire looked at.. Joe who I believe is the manager answered and said of course come right over.After seeing I had a nail in my tire. My low air light was on as well and I expected this to take atleast an hour.I arrived and checked in. My tires are under warranty but I didn't need to use it because there was nothing wrong with the tire. They just added air and I was back on the road.I truly appreciate the professionalism and great customer service!I highly recommend this location and their staff!Thanks guys!

The guy who I dealt with was friendly and fast. I got a fair deal on 4 new tires with lifetime road hazard repairs and rotations. The technician worked quickly and I was driving away in around an hour or so. They offer 6 months interest free financing too.

We hit something in the road and were losing tire pressure, and found Tires Plus was a half mile away. We pulled in, they were able to service us immediately, fixed the tire with a patch, and we were in and out in 25 minutes! Very reasonable charge as well!

I have used this location for the past year... they are kind and honest. Which is very helpful with three kids and a budget.... Paid for a new set of tires, oilchange, an alignment, and a inspection. The steering was cracked 45 deg when they gave it back, a lug bolt fell out month or so later, and now I'm wondering if they even changed my oil. I guess I need to do it all over again + weld on a new lug bolt. These guys are clowns. Stay away.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I shopped their site for tires and chose a set at $1000. When I walked in they didn't have them, but sold me on some for $750. I also needed a lug bolt replaced. Once working on the car, they explained they needed $250 in labor to replace the lug bolt. A quick YouTube search confirmed that was a lie. They blamed it on an incompetent employee. GO ELSEWHERE!Service: Tires

I've actually used cars plus many times in the past some of the locations have been horrible especially with overbooking For instance This morning we had scheduled an oil change and entire rotation which should take no more than 20 to 30 minutes for 10 AM 2 and a 1/2 hours later before they got it done also had 4 other appointments book for the same time and only 2 mechanics working in the entire garage 2 and a half hours for an oil change in a tire rotation is unacceptable especially when you have a scheduled appointment time Is a walkin customer academic I could understand

Gf dropped off a vehicle for wheel alignment, in the process of leaving the vehicle she was told it s unlikely that the shaking produced at speed was due to misalignment before anyone took a look at the vehicle.I was later advised by the staff calling that the they performed the wheel alignment, however, the condition of the rear tires is what s causing shaking, not the misalignment, and that doing the wheel alignment would not produce any results. I declined the proposed tire swap x 4.Picking the vehicle, I was given the key card. That s it. I asked if there is a receipt or any bill of service. The guy looked annoyed at my request, but did manage to produce 3 sheets of paper, meanwhile signing the document, which it appears was supposed to be my signature.Once again I had to make the guy s workday unbearable by asking what was performed on the vehicle, as he silently passed the 3 pieces of paper to me. Wheel alignment, it was spot on. According to the invoice it was rechecked .Can t say I appreciate someone signing for me in this instance, telling me a service was completed when that wasn t the case.
