To begin my aftermarket pioneer h.u wasnt turning on along with the rest of my system. After trying to bench power the unit and failed i figured the unit was bad. Tons of reasons to believe this conclusion. Instead of spending hundreds on a new one i looked up certified pioneer engineers. This company came up and was located on west side of fl. Im on the east. I had to send my unit to them and as soon as they got it they called me and informed me the steps from that point on. Now they could have claimed all kinds of stuff and told me i need to repair this and this and i would have. Instead they ran it through diagnostic and the unit is working 100. He called me and informed me. This company has nice, helpful, respectful and most of all honest employees. It could have been the boss that helped me but they know who they are and thank you so much for all your help. On top of everything they hot the unit back to me in a day and package as like it was new so no damage could happen along its delivery back to me. O plus it was the harness that was bad.

Had a 4200Nex that was in boot loop. From the beginning I was always able to get ahold of someone pretty quickly when I had questions - plus they were always professional and nice to speak with. When it was sent back, there was something that was missed by the technician. Techni-Car paid for the return overnight shipping and overnighted it back to me. Much better service than expected! Overnighting stuff is NOT cheap!Now have my 4200 back in and working and couldn't be any happier!

I just reinstalled my repaired pioneer unit into my vehicle and it's even upgraded with "fancy" neon lights. It also was shipped to me overnight and carefully packaged. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. I want to especially thank Wesley. When the world gets complicated and I need to decompress, blasting music in my vehicle is my happy place. Thank you for giving that back to me.

Unfortunately a terrible experience this time. They previously were a great vendor. Not so in this particular transaction. Surprising how bad actually.

Sent in my old Pioneer AVH-X5600BHS to Techni Car. The service manager Westly called upon arrival of of the unit. Explained to me after a couple of days what needed to be repaired and what the failure was. Took all of my silly calls with pleasure.Moved to customer service. Notified me when the unit had been repaired and was ready to ship. Followed up with the the tracking number.First time using this group and thus far execution has been flawless.Update: the unit in question repaired was a Pioneer 5600 BHS. It is working flawless. With these new head units. You have to update the firmware. Tech-Car saved me a lot of money for some good music.

Repaired a C4 Corvette Bose system. Repair lasted <30 days - very unhappy... they claim to guarantee for 12 months - yet to see it! Unresponsive Team - Having the work redone elsewhere!
