Wow, this shop is above and beyond any thing I could ever imagine. Very professional and courteous. They did my repair like no other. They went as far as detailing my car. I highly recommend this shop for all your auto repairs. Thanks for being awesome

These folks do amazing work and they are laser focused on customer satisfaction. Our repairs were done promptly and professionally. They kept us informed via text and phone every step of the way. I honestly would not even consider taking my car anywhere else.

Absolutely an outstanding job! The employees were so nice and I was kept apprised of the progress during the entire process. An extremely great experience under the circumstances. They made eveything so easy. My car looks beautiful!!! I would highly recommend Crash Champions!!! Great job to all at Crash Champions!

I have used Crash Collision Auto Repair a couple of times. I am super impressed with their professionalism and their attention to detail ! Both times , they sent daily texts updating my status. They finished the car within the time stated and made it look like brand new again! Awesome job!!

9:40 am on 2/15/24Every company has customer service systems in place and they are mainly based on how many points of customer contacts they have. From a very early age I wast taught that a point of contact is an Opportunity! Especially when the contact is with the manager. Mainly because it would allow the manager to illustrate how the company culture deals with out of the norm issues.To be fair the representative that handled my call provided great customer service until I asked to negotiate the price. Since it was beyond the realm of her authority I asked to speak with the manager. Of course she did not sound happy to oblige. The manager took the call and that is when Crash Champions failed. I will not detail the entire conversation but I hope it was recorded and that someone shows the initiative to listen. To briefly describe it, she was not calm, showed no tact, was very defensive and almost insulting. A simple, agreeable explanation would have kept me as a customer (I am a returning Service King customer ). A professional understands how important tone and tact are during a phone conversation. The manager did not conduct herself as such. I ve been in her position more than once and a simple, genuine and factual answer was all it took : I m so sorry, although I would love to do it, our company policy does not allow me . If it were my business I would not implicitly trust the manager to train employees in this area. No communication skills, no tact, no empathy and less civility. BTW, I asked for a better price not because I felt it was too expensive. I just did not have it at the moment. I have just been terminated after 24 years right after open heart surgery. The manager did not have time to be empathetic.

We had a great experience here! There was great communication, the process was smooth, and my car looks fantastic! Will definitely use Crash Champions- Service King Oldsmar again in the future if needed.

My experience at Crash Champions (used to be Service King) was fantastic! It was super easy to schedule an appointment and the office staff was friendly and helpful. My car was fixed fast and looked amazing when I got it back. I am very happy with the work done and will definitely return to them if I ever need to.

I am very picky about my pick-up truck. when i had it repaired here i know i was a bit of a pain but they worked with me and made me feel comfortable about choosing them. Truck looked great! they even did a courtesy buff on the tailgate for me! The manager was very involved and both of the estimators sure seemed like they knew what they were talking about. They did an outstanding job with the repairs on my car. They sent daily texts with a link to update me on the progress. They partnered flawlessly with GEICO to help me get a rental from Enterprise. They are very friendly and responsive over the phone.

I can t say enough nice things about this shop or it s people. After being blown off for days by Roberts Collision, I called the next shop on the list that the insurance company provided.Vivian was so professional and helpful and I learned she would be this way every single time we spoke. They repaired my vehicle so fast that when she called for me to pick it up I honestly thought she had the wrong person.They had me in and out, assisted me with the rental vehicle since they are an Enterprise location as well, and back in my car in a couple of days.The repair is flawless and trust me, I literally got home and went over it with a flashlight, magnifying glass and a meter to compare their paint job to the surrounding panels.They call and text you with updates on the vehicle and it s done before anyone from the other shop could even return a phone call.Thank you Vivian and staff for making a car crash a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Service King. My daughter was in an accident, and they made the process of repairing her vehicle easy and stress-free. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were very professional every time I called or stopped by, and Katie at the front desk was amazing! My daughter's car looks brand new! Pretty happy with the service! They only had my car for exactly a week, and honored the lifetime warranty and fixed an area I had repaired at a service king 5 years ago! They had to replace my rear window and I was surprised that they even replaced my tint with the same shade as the rest of my car. We never even discussed that, they just got the job done right.

They did a great job repairing my vehicle. However, I have had a couple questions and I have not heard back from them calls not return as of yet.I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they are researching my questions. But until then no review.I gave them a one star because calls were not returned. I m guessing they re understaffed, but we finally connectEd and I think we are on track for a solution.It was up to us to keep calling on them. They did not return calls.Ultimately, we re mostly happy with the repairService: Body & Trim

Disappointed. My car stayed for 2 weeks to replace the 2 driver side doors. Well MISALIGNED DOORS, REAR DOOR WITH PAINTING FAILURE. (Is it a manufacturing defect in the door?????) I went back to repair it and they tried to make me think it was fixed. But this time I checked it well and it's like before. Service King in Oldsmar did such a great job repairing my bumper and door after an accident. While it did take a while for parts to arrive (not their fault) they kept me in the loop the whole time about when parts would arrive and when my car would be ready. Not only were the repairs great but my car left their lot washed and buffed to perfection. Thank you for your great work!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my SUV here for repair. Every day I was emailed an update if the status. They were waiting for a door to come in from the manufacturer and it took a few weeks because everything in this world is taking time with no one working. I was updated daily. I honestly think the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend them. Also just on a side note my insurance company gave me eight other places to go that couldn't get me in for more than a month. When I contacted service King they got me in and a week to get everything started. I cannot say enough about how awesome they are.

Service king did an excellent job at repairing my car following an auto accident. They were very easy to work with, kept me up to date with great communication and my car was actually ready a day earlier than expected. They were also wonderful at helping me with my rental car. They also cleaned my car so it looks better than ever when I picked it up. I would highly recommend them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Picked up the car and the check engine light was on, according to the shops diagnostic the historical codes shows it was on prior to dropping it off, well obviously because the vehicle was involved in an accident. We were told to call the insurance company, they declined to keep the car and fix the problem. Many days spent back and forth with insurance, we got our own diagnostic test and it was determined the shop replaced the shutter part but not the shutter module and this was prompting the check engine light to come on. The shop needs to be more thorough. Unhappy with the front bumper job and also car was not cleaned, bondo dust left near lift gate.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I made arrangements thru Allstate Insurance. Service King is one of their preferred providers. Booking the appointment took about 2 minutes. I took my car to Service King at 9:00 AM and was promptly greeted by the store manager. We looked at the damage and he electronically provided all documents necessary to begin the repairs. About 5 minutes later a car pulled up from Enterprise Care Rental and after a short trip to their facility I was on my way home. Great car by the way. I received a text message the following morning stating my car was done. I was stunned so I called Service King who confirmed my car was ready. Wow, a total of 24 hours. I dropped the rental car off at Enterprise and they too me back to Service King. I inspected my car with the service manager. The work was expertly completed and my car looked great and had been washed and vacuumed. After going over the care guide, I was on my way. ALL VERY SEEMLESS! I gave Service King 5 stars; they deserved each and every star!Service: Painting

They did a marvelous job in fixing the rear bumper of my Rav4. To my surprise they did the extra mile by fixing minor scratches on the rear side of the car (not in the estimate ).They cleaned in and out and polished it. Came home like a new car. Highly recommended!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Allstate recommended them to me and that was a mistake. The people who answer the phones are inexperienced and rude and nothing gets done in a timely fashion. The lack of customer service and the amount of apathy are astounding. Not sure about the quality of work because it never got done. Don t go here.
